Gratitude and Grace is an escape from the ordinary. Its a beautiful unique property in the country that was just about perfect for me and 7 bridesmaids for my low key Bachelorette. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, as it is normally a wedding venue. The inside of the mansion is eclectic and vintage. Ron is very nice and accommodating as well. Some things i may improve: Soap was watered down in all bathrooms Beds werent exactly comfortable, they seemed very old. Hot tub was just nice, It didnt get very hot though and the water was a bit cloudy The most comfortable bed is in the tiny rennovated garden shed. Although peaceful, we did have to request it be opened so we had the 8th bed as advertised. 2 girls had to bunk up together the 1st night, no big deal but would have been nice to know the 8th bed wasnt automatically available. The 7th bed is a fun loft with a ladder above a king sized bed. It was cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable so no one wanted it.

A Perfect Getaway! This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was cozy, well-equipped with everything we needed, and set in a beautiful, secluded location. The peaceful surroundings made it an ideal retreat, yet it was still conveniently located. We truly enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

We stayed at Beeman's on the Hill for an unfortunate funeral. The family was able to be together and visit and enjoy a meal together while there. The young adult cousins enjoyed catching up in the hot tub and our beagle loved the outdoors. The little ones enjoyed watching the Wiggles on the TV. The olders enjoyed catching up under the covered porches. It rained so we didn't do a fire as we would have liked, but the firepit was prepared for us. The view on the hill was fantastic! We had no issues finding the place, due to Joann's instructions and a quick look at Google maps to see where were going. The beds were comfortable! We saw JoAnn on our way down the hill but really didn't need to bother her at all while staying. Great place! Hope to be back sometime! Just as a note: the gentleman who died and his wife celebrated their last anniversary meal at Beeman's Restaurant. He loved Beeman's. 🥰 Thank you, JoAnn! You gave us great consolation!

This property is an absolute gem! The hosts were super helpful and responsive from the moment we booked the property. We received an email detailing the check in process and other details the day we booked. The property itself is located in a quiet, peaceful area overlooking the lake but also very close to several wineries, breweries and towns. The check in process was really easy. The house is warm, cozy and welcoming. The kitchen is well equiped and supplied with basics such as coffee, tea, spices, oil etc. Our hosts had left us detailed instructions about how things work in the house plus a list of things to do in the area. They also have a huge collection of board games, out-door games as well as a lovely entertainment system. The space is perfect for 4 to 6 people and best of all - it is dog friendly. Our pups had a blast running around the yard. This was exactly the kind of place we need for a little get away from our busy noisy lives in NYC and will definitely go back!

So great!! We loved staying at Nathan's place! The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. It was nice to look out the windows and see the beautful fall colors and the wildlife that came to visit (we saw deer and squirrels). Our kids loved playing on the trampoline and jumping in the leaves and I loved sitting on the back deck, reading my book and watching the trees sway in the wind. The house felt private and secluded, but it was close to towns and it was easy to get to. You can tell the house is old, but Nathan has done a great job renovating it. It was stocked with everything we needed, and we had plenty to do. The bedrooms were nice with soft beds and sheets. Nathan was great to work with. We even ended up staying 1 less night than we intended and he gave us a refund for that night, no questions asked. Plus, his guidebook is amazing! Overall, we would defintely recommend Serenity Woods Sanctuary. If we're ever in that neck of the woods again, we know where we'll be staying.

Christianna was amazing! She was friendly, easy to reach, and provided a list of local recommendations for restaurants, wineries, and local taverns. Her home is beautiful! Our first day there we had a winner storm and we spent the entire day in the hot tub and the indoor swimming pool! She even had the driveway plowed out for us so we were ready to go the next morning to explore the Finger Lakes. You will not be disappointed if you stay here and my husband and I plan to return this summer. Thank you again!

I've stayed at more than a dozen Airbnbs in the U.S. and abroad and Kitty's place tops my list. This was our third stay and the best yet. We arrived on a cold snowy night with the driveway and sidewalks thoroughly cleared and salted. I was braver in the kitchen than previously because we simply didn't want to go out in the deep cold. It was completely equipped and the coffee maker was a dream. She also had coffee, snacks and bottled water in abundance (plus a complementary bottle of wine!). Castle on Glen has atmosphere and charm to burn and Kitty's expectations were simple, well articulated and completely reasonable. I give this place my highest and strongest recommendation.

Rita's home is a cozy little home in a beautiful area that's perfect for a long or short stay! It's an a nice, safe area, and Rita is such a friendly and welcoming host and is also very quick to respond to any questions or messages. I cannot say enough good things about this place and highly recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Cute house in an old, classy neighborhood. Definitely worth the price and close to everything. Would stay here again!

Barb and her family were incredibly welcoming and kind, even giving us a tour of their barn, where the kids got to meet the goats—an unforgettable experience. The property is well-maintained, and Barb was always responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for a relaxing farmhouse getaway with wonderful hosts, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!
