Loved the cosy house and felt right at home when I checked in. The place was clean and as described. The stay experience was pretty personal to me as it evoked nostalgia. The hall was decked with a sofa, TV and a work desk with great internet connectivity. The bedrooms were clean and air conditioned with a cute attached balcony and clean bathrooms. Kitchen had all necessary amenities and overall it was a pleasant experience bunking at Runima’s house. Thanks.

Excellent stay apart from strict non-veg norms. Though she won’t be cross checking by frequent unwanted visits by caretaker, only thing she demands is no non-veg inside home. Caretaker Mr. Murugan is so polite and true professional to his job. Minimal calling and great response whenever we tried contacting. Flexible with check in and check out. Apartment is Well secured in very busy area by professional security guards. Ample Carl parking available within the compound. Reputed paediatricians and doctors available within walkable distance Just 50 mtrs walk from Thirivanmiyur Bus stand. Overall great stay

We had a comfortable stay at this place. It is very conveniently located with all amenities available at walking distance. Sumi was very responsive at all times and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is spacious with big rooms and everything was provided as per description. It has elevator access as well which was required for us, due to my mom’s surgery. We didn’t have any problem during our stay. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy comfortable.

we came with as a family of 4 with my 3 yr old son... We felt like staying at home ... kitchen was well equipped to cook anything we wish for ....👍 the entire home was very clean and filled with lot of indoor plants ... home was so lively and pleasant... Our host Romica's choice of furniture and lighting for home is so unique and cool... All tourist attractions are near and we can get groceries vegetables and dairy products in walkable distance... Bed and bedsheets were so fresh and had good sleep throughout our stay ... the helping staff in the home was very friendly and made our stay awesome.... om the whole it was really a memorable stay for us here ... will definitely visit again in future.... Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

Had wonderful stay at Ceann’s place. The house was neat and clean as shown in the pictures. My kids and parents loved the place. The host was kind and responsive.

We were a family of 7 with different check in and check out dates. Our host was very accomodative to our requests. Communication was easy and prompt and the caretaker is reliable and helpful. The apartment was clean when we checked in. Maybe a bit more detail cleaning of the cupboards would have been nice. Otherwise all else was clean. We stayed 8 nights and so we used the washing machine a few times which was very convenient. Aircon and fans were good and the wifi was great. It was easy to order in food and the riders would deliver it to the doorstep. Our suggestion for your consideration is for long staying guests it would be nice to include a free cleaning of the place and a change of towels. We requested a cleaning and it was done promptly with a charge but maybe it should have been included. In conclusion I would say we have a good, comfortable and safe stay at the accommodation. I had an amazing stay at Priya’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The positive vibrations in the house made it an absolute pleasure to stay in. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, but in reality, it’s even cleaner and more well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bed linen, towels, and blankets were spotless. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the parking area was a great convenience. Commuting to and from the location was effortless, and having Kapaleshwar Temple within walking distance was an added bonus.
