Nice location and nearby the beach and can easily find good place to eat within the main road. Owner please regularly check the house condition. Some items might be not working as expected.

I had a wonderful stay at Uncle Tan’s place! His house is very big, and the room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. Uncle Tan is such a friendly and considerate host. From the moment I checked in, he greeted me warmly and made sure I felt welcomed. I really appreciate his hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and pleasant stay!

Had booked this unit on very last minute. TBH, this is the cleanest unit i’ve rented. Dim light for each bedroom is a great idea. Coway water filter/purifier is very helpful. Very good location near with many tourist attractions, eateries, groceries , clinics etc. Worth to stay here.

The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very welcoming, friendly, and attentive to any needs we had during our stay.
