This is a second visit. Just as before, everything was neat, clean, and very convenient to our son's home. Ed very kindly allowed our grandchildren to visit. My husband and I felt right at home. Ed is very responsive and visits seem comfortable and easy. We appreciated the snacks left for us and the convenient amenities. We are comforted in knowing there is a lovely place to stay close to our NC family.

This was a great stay for visiting our grandbabies! We were in town for the birth of our new granddaughter! Everything was as described and we had a great time!

This is a great place to stay. we where looking for a place to stay to spend time with family for Christmas an this was the perfect stay. Very clean an quiet an safe area to stay. Thank you so much Liliya. we will be staying here again when we return in spring

Neil was an exemplary host. Always quick to respond when I had an issue. He's an extremely nice and outgoing man who's top priority is clearly the comfort and well being of his tenants. Would absolutely recommend to anybody looking to stay in the area.

Great stay!! Perfect for someone who's visiting town, especially if your visiting Carson Newman it's a 2 minute walk! Also walking distance to food, campus, and more. Very easy to fine as well and felt safe and was clean!! We were visiting some family at Carson Newman and were able to walk to the game! We came in kind of early and she was able to accommodate us getting an early check in!! Very friendly host and super cute friendly dog as well! Will 10% book again when we come back to visit!

This will be my home away from home during my Tennessee Project! Great location. Many restaurants available within 5/10mins! Elizabeth is an amazing host & house is exactly like photos.

Lugar agradavel, tudo perto, muito bom!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet and private with great luscious views. You can hear the babbling brook from the second floor porch and great hot tub. The fire pit was perfect for making s'mores and enjoying the beautiful weather. The town of Hot Springs has a few nice restaurants and a fabulous coffee shop to enjoy. Lots of hiking nearby with Max Patch being a highlight. We had a great time, and will definitely book again!

The place is very neat and very comfy to stay in, The host are also friendly and they respond back to you really fast.

We stayed in Middlesboro for 3 nights and Carolyn’s place was great! We brought out 2 pups along and they enjoyed the large yard. Carolyn was extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent AirBnB! Very close to ETSU and surrounding restaurants, etc. Would reserve it again if in the area.

This Airbnb was a lovely little place that suited my needs perfectly. It was a very quiet peaceful area while still being close to everything, and the home was clean and nice. Check in and check out were super easy and I had no issues over the week I was here. If I'm ever in Pigeon Forge again I would book it again.

Fantastic place! Erin was communicative before, during, and after. The place was beautiful and spotless and the perfect gathering place. Kitchen had everything we needed. Just a wonderful place.

We chose to do an AirBnb over a hotel due to the amount of people we were traveling with. House was clean and welcoming. Everything labeled or instructions left on where to find them. We invited family from the area to come join us for dinner and we had plenty of utensils, bowls, plates, cookware to cook, etc for everyone. Plenty of room for the kids to spread out in the house. Hosts were great, we came in really late, they turned the interior lights on and let us know they turned them on so we wouldn’t question if we were in the wrong place lol. We also booked very last minute and they never once made us feel like an inconvenience for doing so- as a previous booking had that we ended up cancelling for the same trip, which is how we ended up here to begin with. TVs in all the bedrooms made for a great time with the kids falling asleep comfortably (strange places plus super quiet and dark rooms can make it hard for them to fall asleep) highly recommend this air bnb, great hosts and home

We have stayed in many air bnb's, and this place and the host are in the top 3! First, she has thought of everything. Water and snacks upon arrival. Coffee provided. washer and dryer tablets and dryer sheets. Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, even a toothbrush if you happen to have forgotten it. I loved the vanity with a mirror in the bedroom to put on my makeup, jewelry, etc. super comfy recliner couches with a smart TV that has everything. squeaky clean everywhere. lovely views and deck, although we didn't get to use the deck because it was cold, rainy, and snowed while we were there! Adeline was kind enough to bring us umbrellas as we were there for a wedding and it rained cats and dogs! Believe me, Adeline has thought of every thing you might need. and she's very responsive if you need to ask questions. we loved how the house was decorated, very cozy. just book this place if it's available, you will be so glad you did. location is very central to everything. We will be back!

Great place! Would stay here again. It was very clean and felt cozy. The bed was very comfy. Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Everything was good, just didn’t know we needed a parking permit until we saw it on other people’s cars, it wasn’t in the instructions, but housekeeping brought us one the next day!

We can’t wait to come back! This Airbnb is by far our fav place we’ve stayed at in the mountains (even over nice cabins w beautiful views). We will definitely be back, the place was super clean and everything was so conveniently close!

My daughter was out of school in spring break, and the weather forecast showed beautiful weather so I decided last minute to visit Pigeon Forge for her birthday! Upon searching, I found this beautiful condo that was reasonably priced, and perfect size for us! Located on a golf course, the location is quiet and gives you the feel of being “from it all”, but you’re literally less than 5 minutes from the main strip. The place was exceptionally clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. And the bed… my daughter said “mommy, this is the most comfortable bed in the world”, and it really might be! She enjoyed the large on suite tub, while the private shower was more my style. The hosts were super responsive, even answering a late night question within minutes. I highly recommend this place, and hosts!

Listing was exactly as described, great location and clean. Has everything you need (linens, extra blankets, towels, etc).

We had a wonderful time exploring Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The place is beautiful with amazing views. Everything was super clean and they have everything you can think of. They are wonderful hosts. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

I feel like Julie did great and represented everything accurately. Very accomodating and clean. The space is nice, views are great, she was accomodating when I needed to reschedule for snow issues, etc. This is more af an AirBnB complaint than one for Julie: Searching AirBnB for a "cabin" in my opinion, should yield results that ARE CABINS. Julie's place is great, it's in the hills, views are beautiful, and once inside everything is very cabin like. It is, however, a condo with other units next door and below. I don't think there was intentional misrepresentation on Julie's part; I think AirBnB made some web design choices that are questionable at best or nefarious at worst. This was a great stay and very relaxing. When I look for a "cabin" on AirBnB I hope to find a cabin.
