This is a very nice place in a nice neighborhood. Only stopped for a quick overnight and was out most of the evening at friends for dinner so I can't comment on much. My 3 Border Collies did enjoy the large , fenced in yard. Would stay here again.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay while traveling to Denver, look no further! We had a great stay with our three dogs. The home was very clean, had all necessities and more. 15-20 minutes from anywhere you want to go in Denver and nice that it’s away from the traffic of the city. 3-5 minutes from tons of food options around and Walmart. We were also able to extend an extra day very easily our host nice enough to not charge us extra fees aside from the night rate. Our host was very quick to respond and help with all our needs. We can’t recommend this home more, and if you have pups the big yard is awesome (just keep in mind it is not grassed/fully paved so only maintenance is cleaning your pups feet when they enter but no big deal). Shower has hot water that doesn’t run out. Sheets, towels, dishes, etc. all clean and a big plus was having the washer/dryer since we were staying for almost a week. We will definitely be booking here again on our next road trip to Colorado

Rachel's place was great! It was homey and comfortable and it was so nice having a doggy door for our pup who loved to roam the backyard and chew on sticks. The pictures showed two desks, but the one in the bedroom wasn't there. My husband and I both work remotely so it would have been nice to have two desks, but there was a kitchen table so we were able to make it work. Overall, great spot and would stay here again!

Excellent place to stay. I loved the convenience of having my dog be able to stay without having a shared wall. The separate entrance was great and I loved that I felt safe enough to walk him after dark; also safe enough to leave my vehicle parked on the street. Although there was traffic noise as noted in the posting, I absolutely feel this place was worth the price paid.

Katherine was a wonderful host, and made things very easy. The house was perfect for the amount of people we had and was in a great location.

Rachel’s place was the perfect home base for our trip to Denver! The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was ideal—just south of downtown and within walking distance of the convention center, entertainment, restaurants, and the light rail. We came to help our son find an apartment for his big move from Michigan after graduating from MSU, and he ended up finding a great place just down the street. In addition to apartment hunting, this Airbnb was the perfect spot for all our adventures—hiking, a comedy club, Red Rocks, a hockey game, shopping, and dining. Rachel was an amazing host, providing great local recommendations and insight that made our stay even better. We couldn’t have been more pleased and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Denver!

Greg was helpful from check-in to check-out. He has a wonderful place that easy to get to (even in the snow). He provided clear instructions and was very responsive when communicating with us. I would only note that the walls are thin so you might hear the neighbors (obviously not something in his control though). Thank you for the wonderful stay!

My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

We loved everything about this house & host! The house was beautifully furnished with everything we needed and then some! It was clean, tidy & beautifully appointed. Sabine obviously knows how to have fun and make people feel at home. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets for the cool evenings. The foose ball table was a blast and the kids bedroom was so cute and full of toys! If you have young children they will love it!! The yard was landscaped nicely and the back patio offered many comfortable seating options, plenty of shade and a pool! Sabine had thought of everything and provided all the necessities plus many little extras. She was proactive with instructions & offered many ideas for things to do, beautiful scenic drives & things to see. The neighborhood was quiet, nice, safe and made for a nice evening walk. Location is great! Close to everything. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this warm and cozy condo. It was perfect for our family trip! One of our favorite moments was sitting at the dining table, enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the beautiful snow outside. The host was fantastic to communicate with and responded quickly to our requests for extra shampoo, body wash, and coffee, which we really appreciated. The parking was also very convenient—there was plenty of space for our two cars, and we always had a spot no matter what time we returned. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

We had an enjoyable stay at this very nice house. Super quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for visitors. The green belt out front is great for the grand kids. No street to worry about! And the safely fenced backyard was perfect for our puppy. The bed linens were very nice. And the kitchen is well stocked, the best of all the Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. We hope this home is available the next time we’re in town!

Another great stay at one of Dawn’s places! So convenient to visiting our son and family. Very clean, comfortable and felt at home. Places to walk our dog either on property or off. Will stay here again!

GET THIS HOUSE !!!!! CHOOSE IT you wont go wrong. Me and my entire family loved this house it exceeded our expectations. The views, vibes and atmosphere matched what we were looking for. The pictures don’t do it justice it was breath taking. Such a great host answered quickly, no hassle and was very welcoming. if I can rate this place from 1/10 It would BE 100, BMS(break my scale)!!!! Book with them. IM SO GLAD THEY WERE OUR CHOICE !

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.

Great location for activities, and easy access to walking trails. We felt right at home and loved the secluded feeling, while being at the heart of shopping, restaurants and great rec center activities

Really enjoyed our time at the Basement Bungalow! It met our expectations from the pictures and we had what we needed to have a great weekend. Definitely recommend for couples wanting a quiet and cozy place.

Tamara’s place was great my dog Mabel was very excited to play with the toys that they had left for her to play with. It was very clean and nice and so nice to let Mabel run in the yard and not have to have her on a leash the whole time. They also offer pet sitting which we did not take advantage of and a hot tub! They were great hosts. I would highly recommend staying there should your travels take you close.

WOW - Daniel's carriage house may just be the best Airbnb. The location is a few blocks from city park in a safe, quiet, and gorgeous family-friendly neighborhood. Street parking was not a problem at all - there was ample space in front of the main house. Daniel and Jennifer were friendly, proactive, and overall cool hosts. The space is thoughtfully (and beautifully) designed, and the private patio was a tranquil spot to bask in the Colorado sun with my pup. I had the best night's sleep in the comfiest bed I've ever slept in, too. 100% would book again!

Todd was very helpful and communicative, and the space was cozy and quiet. I had to wait out part of a snowstorm and booked the space last minute, and Todd was very accommodating and gracious.

We stayed in Sara‘s Airbnb for four days before our furniture arrived in our new house in Denver. It is small, but laid out well. The location is great, with a short walk to Tennyson Street that has pretty much every restaurant you could ask for. This Airbnb suited our needs exactly.
