The place was incredible! The house was nice and clean and even came with some extra goodies! The location is surprisingly great for where its at and is really good and safe. The only thing which could be a turnoff is that the traffic from the highway can be very loud at night but that is such a small thing compared to everything else the house came with that it didn’t matter at all. The host was also so nice and did frequent message checkups. Overall this was a great experience and I will definitely be staying again! (P.S the double bed in the kids room is the comfiest in the house!)

Abigail’s place was absolutely perfect for us!! It is immaculate and so tastefully decorated. Perfect home away from home. We’ll be back!!

Being a realtor and my husband an architectural designer our standards are high...this home exceeded our expectation. The floor plan was wonderful for a larger family like ours. Furnishings were well thought out for smaller children including the easy to use baby gates. Adequate space inside and out for plenty of fun for both adults and little ones. Of note, we had 6 children 7 y/o and below. View was spectacular. While you do sometimes see the train and always hear the train it did not take away from our ability to enjoy this airbnb and honestly for the most part it was a delight to the kids. Our family all being in the profession of real estate appreciated the overall construction of this home, definitely built with quality items and appears no expense was spared to allow for a very enjoyable vacation home.

Once again the River house is a well appointed comfortable stay! The swimming pool is a gem! The house is bright and well located; very clean. There is great and comfortable furniture. The views are beautiful and the location is wonderful. We will be back next year!

This was the perfect house for my whole family. We came to celebrate my brother and his wife’s baby shower. The house was very homey and extremely spacious for all of us.

Six Stars would be given if possible! Our stay was a a last minute trip to attend to a family emergency and honestly it was made much easier to handle staying in this lovely, cozy home. The house is really beautiful, interesting, spacious, well appointed, private and really comfy! Troy is an incredible host, a true professional, very responsive and flexible for a few requests that we had during our stay. The location is excellent also. Highly recommend staying here if you plan to explore anywhere in the Delaware Valley actually! A few other comments…the beds are high quality and very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, useful electronics like Tvs and soundbars are great to have, strong wifi, great hot water and water pressure, quality towels and linens…just top notch all around. Neighborhood is walkable and very very safe with some neat shops and restaurants very close by, Convenient off street parking and access to highway is quick. Thank you Troy!!

My family and I were in Willmington for a family funeral. Richard was very accommodating to our needs. His home is warm and comfortable and we would definitely stay there again if it was available. Mike

Brand new place with brand new furnishings. My family was comfortable there for thanksgiving, and communication was great with both Victor and Isabella. The neighborhood is very quiet and fairly close to the supermarket and a shopping mall. I'd definitely stay here again!

Courtney's home was beautiful and extremely well thought out. Quiet at night and beds were very comfortable. Kids loved the private loft. We used this as home base to explore the area while also working and doing online schooling - no issues with the wifi and the workspace was very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunches. Overall, this was a great place to land - it felt like home. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was wonderful, the property is beautiful the views are awesome. The house architecture is unique and we had all the right amenities to make our stay perfect. very much enjoyed our stay... complete with complimentary fresh bread, bacon/eggs, and jar of farm fresh milk! bedrooms clean and comfortable; really only 3 private bdrms, other is open floor space for air mattresses; full kitchen clean, tho could use a few more real coffee mugs! :) nice place to stay, not far from local activities; nice park/playground/picnic/fishing/boating area nearby (Muddy Run Park), and a must stop: Evans Chocolate Candies (Willow Street, PA, just up the road); thanks to Host David for prompt and friendly communications!

We loved our stay at Peter’s place! The location was peaceful and I was impressed by the privacy with so many houses around. The house was well stocked and so cute. Peter was very communicative and check out was so easy. I would definitely book this house again!

Great place for a weekend getaway or family retreat. Quiet and relaxing. the fenced and gated back yard was great for our dog.

My family stayed two nights at Michelle's and were delighted with the house. It was spotless and the fall-themed decorations made it extra cozy and inviting. She had many small touches that made it a luxurious stay. She had everything from white noise machines in each bedroom to welcome treats, lovely fragrances, and syrups for the Keurig. The beds are comfortable as well. The back porch is beautiful and we would have spent a lot more time out there if it had been warmer and if we had been there longer. Michelle quickly responded to a request I had. We love the Lancaster area and we would definitely stay at Michelle's house again when we come back.

We stayed here while in the east for my son's wedding. Had plenty of bedrooms for an extended family and two complete living spaces. Decor is vintage and interesting with every room being unique. Area is quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Connie was an amazing hostess! This was our 1st experience using an AirB&B, we were cautiously optimistic, and she exceeded every expectation from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out! She thought of everything. The cottage was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, we especially loved the animals and various birds. I could go on and on, suffice to say we are already planning our next stay at “Turtle Cove” which is what we have affectionately named it!!!

Vinay’s Airbnb was cozy, clean, and perfect for our stay. He was incredibly accommodating, especially for a late arrival and during a major snowstorm—walkways were shoveled and salted, which made everything so much easier when we arrived. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water and new toothbrush kits, which were a lifesaver when my son left his toothbrush at a hotel in another state. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Dana was an awesome host! The home was beautiful and looked just like the pictures on the listing. Nice and quiet neighborhood with plenty of things to do in the area, 5 stars and will definitely stay again.

We had a small family group stay at the Beach House in North East for Thanksgiving, and it was perfect in every way for our group. Plenty of room, fantastic location and water views, easy beach access, very well-equipped kitchen, warm and cozy living room area, and great communication from Alexis. We hope to return again soon!
