Rebecca is kind hearted and quick to respond. she came right over to show us how to turn on the heat since we had an unexpected cold snap after she had gotten the house ready for warmer weather. she's the best!

Felt like home. Spacious bedrooms and nicely updated bathrooms. Beautiful country setting for our family’s holiday visit to southern Maryland. Loved it!

This house is perfect for large groups. It is very spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the dock taking in the serene natural beauty of the Creek and observing the local birdlife, including Kingfishers, Great Blue Herons, and Bald Eagles. The house is situated very near to the entrance of Lookout Point State Park which we greatly enjoyed exploring on bicycles. Seeing a large wedge of Tundra Swans fly overhead was a special moment. If you want to spend some time relaxing in a beautiful setting in a beautiful and very interesting area with a large group, this house will serve you well.

We loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay again. The property was easy to find and in a quiet neghborhood. The fenced in yard was great for our puppy and it even included a ramp for dogs that struggle with steps! Inside was superb, everything we needed was taken care of. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with quality appliances, cutlery, and cookware. The bathrooms were spotless. I hope this property is available the next time we visit North Beach!

We had the pleasure of staying here during the winter while we looked for a place to live. It was perfect! Quiet and peaceful yet super close to all restaurants and stores. We had some snowfall and the views were stunning! Once it warmed up we even got to see some wild life in the woods behind us. Lovely huge porch! Lots of space in garden escape. Can bring the entire family and more!!! Nice big driveway for easy turned around. Patrick was beyond responsive for all my questions.Whether is was just informing be as something as simple as an Internet outage in the area or we had one situation with an unsure smell. Patrick acted immediately on the problem and it was resolved within 2 hours from start to finish. Cannot recommend this place enough!

thanks so much for the lovely stay. I thought it was so sweet they reached out to ask if it was okay to do some light decorations for christmas. I appreciate the consideration and loved them. when I arrived at the home one of the smoke detectors was chirping and I offered to replace it if they could tell me where some batteries were. bill came over right away and took care of the chirping detector. I really appreciate that.

An extraordinary place to rest & recharge. The views, the comfort of the home, and the gorgeous walking trails, through woods & beach are a perfect combination. Everything we needed & then some.

Older but nice home on acreage with a gated drive. Peaceful area. Beds were comfortable, shower had good hot water and good pressure. House was clean, needed amenities were there, host and care taker were responsive to our needs. Very friendly and helpful folks who went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. House is an older house and could use some electrical updates (better outlet locations in the bedroom in particular for phone chargers) but changes to the property would probably necessitate raising the price so happy with what we had. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Our family had a great time at Connie’s! The kids had loads to do in the game room and we all enjoyed the scenic views and relaxing environment. Bathrooms were also super clean. The refrigerator is enormous and was helpful because there aren’t too many food places around so we cooked a lot. Connie was responsive and friendly. We would recommend her place!

It was absolutely wonderful staying at Joanne's home. It was very comfortable and loved the outdoor firepit. Very peaceful and lovely home. We would love to come back again for another visit.

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving gathering at Casey’s Porch on the bay for an extended family reunion. The house is lovely - spacious, gorgeous and cozy at the same time. The views on the water were amazing. There were plenty of beds and ‘hang out’ spots for our tweens and teens, and 3 private baths for the adult couples were much appreciated. And our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to make more happy memories together!

Great place to stay. Hyrum was quick to respond when I messaged him. Neighborhood is quiet but conveniently located to the highway. Would stay here again.

The home and property were peaceful and quiet. We especially loved the spacious, (all weather) sunny enclosed porch. The kitchen and family room were comfy and had everything we needed. We walked the neighborhood with our dogs and the beach was beautiful as well as relaxing. Such a wonderful weekend get away.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet in a peaceful setting. The house was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s an excellent space for multiple families, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The layout was thoughtful, and the amenities made it easy to enjoy our time together. There were so many things to do both at the house and nearby—whether it was games, outdoor activities, or just relaxing in the inviting common areas. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a clean, spacious, and fun getaway!

This was a great vacation. This place has it all from the pool to the kayaking, fishing, crabbing and the late night fires were we all just sat around the fire and enjoyed the time together. The house was awesome, plenty of room for all. The family had a great time. Definitely would rent this place again.

The place was perfect, clean, homey, comfortable and really unique. Loved the pool, cold plunge, sauna, screen porch. We had everything we needed from fresh flowers and cookies to convenient multiple charging stations by the beds. Loved the outdoor lighting and overall coziness of this place. Quiet and peaceful, sounds of the water lapping the shore, beautiful place to drink morning coffee and watch the sunrise. Also found some great sea glass on the beach!! Love, love, loved staying here :)

I have stayed here several times and always had a great experience. She has updated a few things and it is very nice. Do be aware if someone is going to sleep on the futon couch that it is very firm.bed was very comfortable and kitchen had all I needed. A few snacks and water bottles were left for us and that was appreciated. Roxanne is very responsive when questions were asked. Will be back!

This is a lovely and friendly home - which is no surprise as it matches my impression of the owners! My family created a spontaneous plan to visit this area and Terri & Bo accommodated us very graciously despite the short notice. Their home is lovely, well-equipped and designed for family fun. It is convenient to all the wonderful activities in the area, in particular the fossil hunting, which was the draw for our crew. Although we found fossil's on our own, Terri's information directed us to a guide who was extremely knowledgable and added a great deal to our experience. I would highly recommend this home for a getaway at any time of year. The area is well-known as a summer destination, but we visited over New Year's and loved exploring the beautiful beaches in the off-season.

Very nice location, very private as I am a private person, host was incredibly nice, and the place felt like home.

Place nicer than advertised. Although we only stayed 2 nights we definitely had a good time. The private beach was amazing and overall the place was very relaxing. My only complaint would be to make the pet fee as part of the booking process. My own fault that i didn't notice that after booking in the details.

Lara’s place was lovely, beds comfortable, everything just as described. She was kind enough to let us in early, too. Loved that she had dog bowls for our pup.

We had a very relaxing retreat at this beautiful home in this peaceful location. Great outdoor space with hot tub and fire pit overlooking the beach, kayaks, dock, and a nice big deck. Excellent birdwatching and found some fun local restaurants and things to do in the area too. Hope to return!

We loved our stay with Phillip and Georgia! They were responsive and friendly and could often be found outside on their grounds! They would always say hi and ask how things were going. If I needed anything all I had to do was send a text and Georgia was incredibly responsive. Best of all…this was the PERFECT play for my 3 year old. They had a play ground and a jungle gym that he just had a blast on. Additionally, they had chickens, ducks, goats, cats, and dogs to see and play with and observe. We even got to feed their goats! We felt right at home and we would 100% stay again.
