Me and my granddaughter had the best week here. Polly was lovely and even cooked for us. The pool was amazing and they welcomed my dog. We will definitely be returning.

Just had a great three-night break here. It’s a brilliant place to stay with a dog - my dog loved running around in the woods and investigating the house. Pauline and John gave us a warm welcome, and we’re extremely helpful. The room was big and airy and I enjoyed the vegan food. Would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful stay, I wished we stayed longer. Upon arrival I was met by Russell and he really is such an interesting character! For anyone about thinking twice because of the meet & greet worry no more! It really made the whole experience so much better. It’s situated in a perfect area for anyone looking to go out for food & drinks too! Most within walking distance and a great selection of bars. Thankyou so much for a lovely stay, we can’t wait to comeback!

I had a fantastic experience staying with Joe! He is incredibly respectful and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The place was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting their attention to detail. Big THANK YOU to Polly, John, and your gorgeous dogs Misty and Spud for a wonderful 3 night stay, they were walm and welcoming and put on lovely breakfast each morning. The rooms were large, clean and decorated with vintage pieces. The home was full of wonderful unique picture's and pieces of art and it was so lovely to walk around and take it all in. The grounds are beautiful and the weather allowed us to take full advantage of the pool, which was fabulous. Such a convenient spot to break up our long journey to Scotland, just off the M6. Quiet and close to a lovely pub the Old Hall that is welcoming, dog friendly and good food (and gorgeous inside and out). Tracey was lovely, and having breakfast was a lovely surprise too. Thank you!! Would recommend.

A lovely comfortable room, super clean and everything I needed for a nights stay. Superb breakfast available for £10. Lots of selection and beautifully cooked. Definitely recommend. The only thing I can think of that could be improved is a new telly but that’s minor detail as everything else was great
