Charlie & Rosie's house was fabulous & as the hosts they were very good at communicating! It was comfortable and peaceful, just what was needed. Perfect location, quiet & easily walkable to all the shops & restaurants! 10 out of 10! 🙂

We stayed at Acre House from January to March while our home was under construction, and it was the perfect home-away-from-home. Spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, the house has everything you need—from a full kitchen and large dining table to a super king bed in the main bedroom, a double in the second, and a fantastic jungle-themed kids' room with an old-school arcade and desk. Located within walking distance of Bramhall village and Cheadle Hulme, it’s close to shops, restaurants, and pubs, with excellent transport links to Manchester and the airport. Highly recommend for anyone visiting family or exploring the area!

Richard makes you feel home from the beginning. Very friendly and helpful, digitally and live. Richard happened to be at the manor at our arrival time, so we got to meet eachother live as well. The manor is absolutely stunning! Our party of 7 had all the room and freedom to enjoy a weekend away and relax. The house is classic, yet all the equipment is completely up to speed. Clean bathrooms and kitchen, all the accessories are there to cook and enjoy the jacuzzi. We BBQ’ed 2 nights since it was good weather. The night it rained we enjoyed the games room. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay at Sarah’s place. It is so conveniently situated in the heart of Leek. The accommodation is ideal for a short or long stay. The cottage is beautifully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the evening we arrived we had a great meal at Goose+Duck (booking advised). Saturday morning we spent time browsing around the antiques and vintage market. We loved hearing the church bells on Sunday morning and being able to walk across the road to the pub to have a cooked breakfast. Sarah is a very friendly and responsive host who provided us with lots of local information. We hope to return for another visit.

5* rating. Excellent cottage with everything you need. Peaceful, relaxing and great base for days out hiking on the peaks. Fabulous park in nearby Poynton for dog walk. Great restaurants there too. Claire was amazing host. Will return and thank you for everything

We had a lovely couple of nights at Judy & Brian's beautiful house whilst working away! Brian welcomed us with the log burner on and a quick tour of the house and showed us where everything was. The house is in a peaceful and beautiful location and we felt right at home! Willow (Brian & Judy's dog) was the sweetest! We played fetch with her and she gave us plenty of laughs. We also met their beautiful cat who gave us lots of fuss too. This was great! Especially as missed our pets when we were away. We would love to visit again and explore the area! Thanks for having us! :)

Great property in a great location! had a fantastic stay, and some great walks along the canal. The property is in a great location for getting down into Poynton, and the surrounding villages but has everything you need for a cosy night in. had a great time, thank you!

My second time staying here and was just as good as the first time. Jules is a great host and accommodated me with a last minute booking. The place is unique and very comfortable and ideally situated for Bramhall village. I'll most defintitely be back !

Clear instructions, so easy to find. Quiet and secluded, with a view of nothing but fields and countryside. Plenty of blankets to wrap up against the cold!

The apartment was perfect, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you could need with top quality furnishings etc. The balcony with lovely views was well used for sitting and relaxing in the spring sunshine. we were attending a family wedding and birthday in the area and the location was perfect. Ruth, the hostess was very welcoming and the goodies that she left for us were a lovely touch, thank you. We would definitely stay here again.

Scott's place is located in a quiet spot close to the centre of Macclesfield, so in easy reach of all the amenities and train station. The studio flat is full of quirky little touches that make you feel right at home. Scott is very helpful and gave some local help on where to park.

I can't wait to book again and come back... next time we'll stay longer

We book a lot of Airbnbs and this is one of the best ones we have stayed in. Paul was friendly and responsive and check in was super easy. The Annex is really lovely and in a great location, right in the centre of Poynton. We were visiting family and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Also a lovely touch leaving us a bottle of wine and a pack of cookies!

We had a pleasant stay at Pete's. Self check-in is good giving flexibility for an arrival time. The property was vey clean and tidy. The bed was fab, the best bed i've slept in at an AirBnB. Being able to regulate the heating in individual rooms is really good. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need apart from an oven which was a bit of a curve ball but with a bit of thought and the use of the air fryer we were able to cook the meals we had taken with us. I took it for granted that there'd be a conventional oven, my bad. The bathroom provides everything anyone would need with a separate shower cubicle and freestanding bath, plenty of hot water. The town was within walking distance for us so we were able to make use of the bar at the Torr Vale Tap. The property gave us everything we needed for the plans we had during the weekend. We would recommend this to anyone wanting to spend time in that part of the Peak District. Will book again if we need accomodation in that area.

Spent a long weekend walking in the Peak District with my daughter. Richard is an excellent host who responds quickly. The place is as described, clean, quiet and provides everything in terms of kitchen equipment to make our meals during the time we spent there. The property provides everything needed for a home from home stay. There is a large Tesco and CO-OP in Whaley Bridge. We enjoyed walking Stanage Edge, Jacobs Ladder & Kinder Scout. Bugsworth Basin also provided a lovely flat canal side walk on Monday before our return home. Recommend Bridge Bakery in Whaley Bridge for great selection of post walk cakes, and they also have a really good selection of breakfast in a box.
