Had an amazing stay at Sharon and Daves log cabin, a lovely quiet break away. The hot tub is amazing and spent few hours in it watching the stars. The scones are fantastic. the bed was so comfy think I had best sleep I've had for ages. can't wait to book again with a bit of planning for the best time to catch the moom.

Lovely little getaway. The host had the hot tub ready for us when we arrived which was really appreciated. Great value stay, beautiful location, very peaceful. We enjoyed watching the lambs playing in the field in the morning whilst having a cup of tea in the hot tub!

Sweet cabin in the countryside, had a great experience here and done a lovely walk along the river seeing farm animals and walked into the local village for a drink! Definitely recommend for those who love the countryside and enjoy walking!

Sara & Mark are communicative and friendly. 5* Hosts. Check in was quick and easy with no faff. The location was easy to find and had good parking. I have a large estate car and had no issues parking it. Sara included what3words for directions which I wish more hosts would do! We enjoyed our stay, it was peaceful, quiet, secluded and beautiful views. Will stay here again if we visit this part of the UK again. No downsides, all good and just as the description said it would be. :-) Happy guests!

Honestly I can’t fault my stay at this location. Upon arrival the heating was on and the hot tub and fans were ready to use which was a nice surprise. The set up was amazing and the sauna was a really nice touch. We brought our dog with us and was worried about him wondering off. However our outside decking area is closed off so we could chill and not worry about him wondering outside by himself. The gentleman who tested the hot tub every day - was amazing. He recommended some local walks to do with the dog and even gave him a treat and scratches every morning.  The only thing I would say is - there are a lot of flies ( I mean ALOT) the host is aware and has fans over the hot tub to get rid of them. But honestly it wasn’t that bothersome - however we went the end of March. So think it would be worse in the summer time. But don’t let this deter you from going it’s honestly such a nice place. It’s about 15 mins away from the town - so easy drive and there is a market every week

Absolutely beautiful Pod, furnished to a high modern standard (smart plugs and lighting etc.) the scenery just outside the doors was incredible. Would come back for sure!

What a lovely peaceful place! We stayed for a few days and felt like time slowed down. The house had everything we needed. We had a really relaxing time and very much enjoyed the hot tub. We had great food from a few places very close by as well. Thank you Ruth and Dean :))

My partner and I stayed at Penny’s place for a long weekend and we couldn’t have asked for anywhere more perfect. The location is so peaceful and really allows you to re-centre. The Shepherd’s hut and the barns are so cosy and have everything you could possibly need for a more “off the grid” feel. We loved spending evenings in the barn - playing darts before the sunset and bird spotting with the binoculars Penny provides, then later sitting in candlelight and taking in the night sky. Make sure to listen out for the Tawny Owl who is very vocal! Penny is so friendly and is more than willing to give you walk recommendations or anything else you might need help with. She’s also left us some of the nicest carrot cake we both ever had. Thank you, Penny. We will definitely be returning!

We LOVED our stay in the cabin, the views and peacefulness were exactly what we needed and the hot tub was perfect after a day trekking up and around the nearby waterfall. Only thing was the heating stopped working at one point and it got pretty chilly but a quick message to the host and it was sorted within the hour, so no real complaints there. Very good communication from the hosts, I always felt I could ask anything I needed and knew I’d get a quick and helpful response. We would definitely come back, maybe next time try one of the other cabins!

We and the dog had a great weekend at angies den, the cabin is very peaceful and cosy. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

We enjoyed a fantastic weekend at Tim's place, it was a perfect location for a short break. Very peaceful and beautiful setting, the cabin was just as described and exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay here, lovely location, hut was bigger than expected and lovely and warm. Hot tub was a lovely treat at the end of the day and we could see the sunrise from the porch in the morning with a cup of tea - dreamy. Thank you for a memorable trip ❤️

Loved my short stay here, description is accurate and cabin is lovely and cosy. despite the working farm location it was very quiet and peaceful.

We stayed for a weekend, and the place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and easy to find. The kitchen had only a small electric stove, which I was initially worried about, but it worked perfectly for all our cooking needs. However, a bigger fridge would be helpful for longer stays since the nearest shops are 30 minutes away. The bedroom was lovely, and the bed was super comfortable. The biggest downside was the lack of WiFi, which we either missed in the listing or wasn’t mentioned. Both my partner and I needed to do some additional work. Also phone signal was very weak, it was hard to look up things to do in the area. The host family was very friendly and checked in to make sure everything was okay. I also hope our naughty doggies weren’t too much trouble with their barking! Overall, it was a great stay.

We stayed here the night of our wedding, the host left some rose petals shaped in a heart with some love heart sweets, which was so lovely of them. The cabin was absolutely beautiful, the views & location was so peaceful and relaxing and the inside was perfect. Thankyou so much would 1000% stay again

We stayed at Riverside Cabins as a surprise for my husband's birthday. From the time of booking, with help to have balloons in the cabin prior to our arrival, to organising the hot tub to warm up quicker as we were only staying for 1 night, everyone was so friendly, accommodating & extremely helpful! I couldn't recommend this place enough! The location is no more than perfect! It was a freezing cold night (-2 i think) which gave us the beautifully clear skies on which to view the stars from the hot tub. I couldn't think of a better place to have been on such a perfect night! Luckily we live local so will definitely be staying again and I have already recommended Riverside Cabins to my family and friends. The cabin was clean, warm and cosy, well equiped & beautifully decorated with a very comfy bed. Loved it! I would say more but I'm running out of the allocated number of characters! Quick you need to book before you miss out on experiencing such a perfect location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You greeted us with the warmest of welcomes, complete with thoughtful gifts that made us feel instantly at home. Your advice on the local area was spot-on and helped us make the most of our time. The cabin itself was superb, every detail carefully considered to create the perfect space to relax and unwind. Whether we were toasting marshmallows by the cozy log burner or soaking in the hot tub with a glass of fizz, every moment was pure bliss. It truly was the ideal retreat for leaving the world behind and recharging in comfort and style. Highly recommended!

Sharon’s cabin was absolutely beautiful, real luxury surrounded by natural beauty. Warm and cosy with lovely finishes such as a modern kitchen, lovely clean bedding and furniture and a beautiful clean bathroom. The cabin was just spotlessly clean. We even had bath robes to wear which were a lovely touch and almost made us feel like we were at a spa. We arrived in the dark and were stunned by gorgeous views from every window when we woke up in the morning. Even the woodwork, decking out front and bathtub felt high end and well thought out. We stayed for our friends birthday and Sharon kindly left a cake for us on our arrival which was much appreciated Thankyou! 5* host who gave us our privacy but also made us feel very welcome and came to say hello. I must mention the star gazing here too, we sat on the decking till late at night enjoying a sky full of stars! Not something we get in london! I will be recommending Sharon’s cabins to all my friends and family. Thankyou for having us x

Gorgeous two night stay at Deer Cottage for my partners birthday. The cottage is beautiful, with everything you need and the view from the bedroom is amazing. Ria was the perfect host, she was so helpful and answered any prior questions I had within minutes, she even left us a couple of birthday muffins as little gift. I'd recommend this little cottage to anyone.

Absolutely loved our stay at the canal side cabin, will definitely return. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Our daughter loved the playground and all the animals. Thanks to Rod for making us feel so welcome.

We absolutely loved this place from the moment we opened the door. Everything from the meticulously sourced textiles/crockery etc that matched the setting so well to the detail in finish of the cabin etc has been SO well thought out. It was the perfect place to recuperate and relax in nature. We saw so much wildlife- even just from the bedroom window! As soon as we walked in we saw deer just behind the cabin, rabbits, foxes, woodpeckers, red kites…the list goes on. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets a stride away. The icing on the cake was the wood fired tub which was unbelievable! On our last night we had the most peaceful, still and clear night, meaning that we could see the most incredible amount of stars! Cannot recommend this air BnB enough and Trish was the perfect host. A lovely welcome with personal touches, attentive and friendly host. Thanks so much for such a great stay!
