Both me and my partner were very impressed with the property it went above and beyond our expectations. It was clean and comfortable. A little tricky to spot initially however the instructions were clear to help us when we were stuck. We were sad to be staying one night and wished we had longer to enjoy the property. Thanks for the late check out, we would love to come back in the future.

We had an enjoyable stay here in March. Nick and his wife were very friendly and informative hosts. The flat was beautiful and looked just as advertised. It was cosy and spotlessly clean, smelled lovely and had everything you need. Nick had also left a useful folder containing a lot of helpful information, clearly a lot of thought had gone into this. The location of the flat was perfect for us as we were visiting family who have just moved into Cheadle Village. There are plenty of shops, takeaways and restaurants withing walking distance of the property. We were especially pleased with the property being so secure with coded gates and security cameras. We will definitely return and would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends. Thank you once again Nick.

Lovely little studio with everything we needed for a quiet couple of days, including breakfast, biscuits and some decent wine and beer in the fridge (along with reasonable prices and an honesty box). Comfortable bed, and a picture window over the garden, clear instructions and easy free parking. Nicely located too. We would love to return!

This is our second stay in this property and as with our first stay everything was absolutely perfect. Cannot fault the property and its location and Mandy is a great host.

Julie's is always a lovely place to stay and close to the shops, well laid out and modern, comfortable luxury bed. Close to Todmorden, Littleborough and Whitworth. Julie is great at communication and a great host

The Garden Apartment was just what we were looking for, in a lovely area of Sheffield, close to our grandchildren and so spacious. Lovely to have the luxury of a bath with nice toiletries. We appreciated that the apartment was decorated for Christmas and there was milk in the fridge and mince pies! Thank you Linda

A wonderful stay at The Coach House! It’s not often that I call out flooring, but on this occasion I must! I loved the style of the living space flooring! A real uniqueness. Comfortable bed and modern setting all round. Of particular note was the EV charging point right on the driveway. So simple and easy. Great addition. It’s a lovely walk straight down into central Harrogate.

We had a fantastic stay, it was great to all have our own private bathrooms and so many perfect rooms to relax in. Everything had been thought of for our comfort. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk away and we had a long walk there, but no swimming as it's tidal. We found a lovely restuarant locally too. It is a happy house and has kind, helpful hosts, we cannot recommend highly enough.

Great place to stay for the weekend of our relatives’ wedding. Check in was straightforward and hosts welcoming. Super house, load of space and well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely private and secure garden for the pooch. Drive for off road parking. Cool tv and audio facilities. Sparkly clean top to bottom. Thoughtful touches like local walking books and a local map with recommendations for places to go up on the wall in the study. Even tea / coffee / shower gel / dishwasher tabs in case we had forgotten. Comfortable and homely. Loved it. Looking forward to visiting again. Thanks!

Penny is a lovely host who goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Her home is comfortable, clean and as described. Cake, coffee, condiments was provided. Was a great weekend catch up trip with friends. A massive 5 stars!!!

Amy and Oliver - I actually have no words for how amazing this place was! I first put it in my wishlist a long while back and somehow stumbled upon it again to stay for the first time this weekend. My family and I were completely amazed at absolutely everything - every detail and the handiwork you have both put into this place is just immaculate. I’m so grateful I was able to find this place - it was so homely, so clean, absolutely stunning, the most equipped place we’ve stayed in and so much more. My only complaint is that we wish we stayed LONGER! I hope you will continue to keep your home open as it’s an amazing place to stay - we hope to be back (and perhaps with others who haven’t been blessed to see it yet). Thank you for everything you supplied us with this weekend - we were fascinated by everything and we are still talking about the home now that we’re home! Great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep. Would stay again!

The apartment is clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. Toiletries and basic provisions (eg tea , coffee, milk, orange juice etc) were supplied. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Claudia was flexible about check in and very responsive to messages. The apartment is in the center of town with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend the apartment and would stay there again if I’m in the area.

The apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and well set out. The large bed was very comfy. Bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. The apartment is close to the centre of town but the area is surprisingly peaceful. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was appreciated. We felt at home straight away Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and Matthew did not hesitate to work with us to retrieve an item we had left behind. it was an amazing weekend and we will definitely return. J'ai passé un super séjour dans cet appartement, à deux pas du stade OLD TRAFFORD, mais aussi du tramway. Facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport, à cinq minutes du centre-ville, l'emplacement est super. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et réactifs, l'appartement était propre et bien équipé. Bref, je recommande !

We absolutely loved our stay and couldn't ask for better host❤️It's a beautiful flat with huge attention to details and small personal touches were super cute😊It's a great location and wee balcony was my personal favourite! Warren is awesome and never met another host who cared so much about their guests.Honestly couldn't fault it and will book again next time I'm in Manchester Massive thank you once again for making us feel so welcome❤️❤️

The Annex provided everything I needed for a perfectly comfortable stay. It was clean, well-organised, and Lyndsay's communication was top-notch. I'd definitely stay again when visiting Wolverhampton.
