Our group of 11-14 friends try to do a trip together a couple of times a year. We've stayed in many AirBnBs at this point and would rank this place *very* highly on our list. The house was gorgeous and had more than enough room for everyone to come together or spread out. The highlights were probably the kitchen (tons of space, appliances and an extra oven in the basement) and the hot tub, which we took full advantage of. It's also rare to find a home with so many bedrooms with king beds, which was great. The hosts are super responsive and accommodating. Due to weather, the house lost electricity on our last night. I couldn't believe how quickly Kayla sent over gallons of water and other supplies. They were also quick to try to find a solution for refunding (i.e., if we decided to leave early due to the power). We actually stuck it out and ended up having a great time despite having no power. I think that says a lot about how nice the house itself was and how great the hosts are!

Kathryn's property is located in a private, peaceful setting that afforded my family exactly what it needed during our recent trip. The home provides space for families to spread out - even in the winter when the outdoor space is not in use.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood, and accomodated our family very well while we were visiting the area. The house is older, but everything was clean and tidy!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

Beautiful home in a quiet setting, great for a family getaway. Hosts were wonderful as well ensuring that the home was ready for our arrival.

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

Beautiful home. Christopher and Claudia were great hosts. They gave me plenty of recommendations around the area for to get familiar with. The house was set up beautifully especially when I walked inside and was greeted with an intimate setting with slow jazz music and dim lighting (I was on a romantic get away). 10/10 would book again!

We had a fantastic stay at Maureen’s house! It was perfect for my family – the kids absolutely loved the basement, and the upstairs furniture was so comfortable. The house had all the comforts of home, making it easy to settle in and relax. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet we were just a 10-minute drive from downtown West Chester, which was super convenient. A special touch we all appreciated was the sound machines in the bedrooms – everyone used them and slept so well! Thank you, Maureen, for such a great experience. We would love to stay here again!

Six Stars would be given if possible! Our stay was a a last minute trip to attend to a family emergency and honestly it was made much easier to handle staying in this lovely, cozy home. The house is really beautiful, interesting, spacious, well appointed, private and really comfy! Troy is an incredible host, a true professional, very responsive and flexible for a few requests that we had during our stay. The location is excellent also. Highly recommend staying here if you plan to explore anywhere in the Delaware Valley actually! A few other comments…the beds are high quality and very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, useful electronics like Tvs and soundbars are great to have, strong wifi, great hot water and water pressure, quality towels and linens…just top notch all around. Neighborhood is walkable and very very safe with some neat shops and restaurants very close by, Convenient off street parking and access to highway is quick. Thank you Troy!!

Fantastic little cottage. Super clean and conveniently located near restaurants, coffee shops and markets. So many farm stands in the area. I visited an Amish grocery store daily for provisions. Back country is beautiful. So many farms and beautiful landscapes. The horse and buggies passing just outside the front door was a treat. MaMarilyn was super friendly and quick to respond to messages. Would love to stay here again.

Bo and Bills place was great! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Although we were there in inclement weather, the backyard was beautiful. They were extremely communicative and easy to work with. Check in and check out was a breeze. I would highly recommend their place for any stay in the KOP/Philly area!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Annette’s cozy home. It is clean, cozy and peaceful. We love all the attention to detail. 💕☘️😃

We had a wonderful stay. The House was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

This place is lovely and within walking distance of many great restaurants, boutiques, and pretty neighborhoods. A beautiful church across the street makes for an appealing view from upstairs bedroom. Love the historic feeling of the building, and the owners have struck a really tasteful balance between original architectural details and modern upgrades that add to the comfort and aesthetic appeal of the place. Very clean (and I'm super picky about this)! Has a full size washer and dryer, which adds convenience. This town and (particularly) Gay Street exude a fun, vibrant vibe mixed with old world charm. The presence of West Chester University nearby adds an air of youthful exuberance. There is occasional street noise, and the stairs are a bit creaky, which didn't bother us but might affect a light sleeper. Overall, a truly awesome place; we would definitely stay again!

What a wonderful stay! Mark and Linda’s place is a lovely gem. They thought of everything! Really enjoyed the hot tub at night and the pup greetings :) The house was filled with everything you would ever need and more! Definitely look forward to returning when in the area again. This was a personal experience. 1st time bringing guest to visit my family and hometown. So staying at Sam’s place was a good first impression. The place was neat and clean. The host was responsive and very helpful when needed. The next door neighbors were also friendly. I would definitely recommend for a comfortable place to stay.

My family and I stayed comfortably in this cute and cozy home. The living room view had an amazing view of Amish Farms . We also had the pleasure to meet Mariam. We definitely will be coming back in the near future!

I just arrived home from a fantastic weekend with my adult children, their spouses and my granddaughters. The home is beautiful, spacious and even had a playroom for my 2 and 4 year old granddaughters! We love to cook and the large open kitchen allowed us to be together and keep an eye on the girls. We all loved watching the 2 adorable goats adjacent to the yard. The yard has a nice playset for kids and a beautiful deck! I had to change our original booking because of family illness and we were graciously accommodated in being able to change our dates. Thank you so much! I can't say enough about the home! Absolutely lovely!

This home was beautiful and very clean. The bathtub and hot tub were particularly nice amenities. Also, we enjoyed having a large kitchen area to cook - this became our main gathering space over the weekend. The host was responsive - got back to me within a couple of hours before our stay. During our stay, anytime we had a question, she responded sooner.

My guest and I really enjoyed staying at Dennis's home. His home is a perfect get away spot to relax, play games, watch movies, and cozy up under a big blanket. We are looking forward to staying there again! We also really appreciate you Dennis for accepting and accommodating our last minute booking request! Just stayed here with a group of five college friends (35th year reunion). It was perfect for five of us (in our 50s) - easy to find, convenient to downtown West Chester, quiet, roomy, clean and comfy! Also, simply a beautiful old house high above the lovely Brandywine River.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We felt right at home. The kitchen was stocked with just the right things and everything was easy to find. We could have easily cooked all of our meals here. The home was tastefully decorated, and I didn't feel as though we were missing anything. A great place to relax. The entire house was spotless! Only thing to be made aware of - it is right on a busy road so if you aren't used to the sound of traffic it might be a bit loud at first, but it quickly turns to background noise and is easy to tune out. The back yard and house still felt very private.

Our stay at this cozy home was truly memorable. We spent four nights there, and it had everything we needed to make delicious meals and feel right at home. The fact that it had condiments, pots, and pans was a huge plus! There were also plenty of bathroom towels, and she even provided toiletries in case we forgot anything. It was too chilly to go outside, but the grounds were absolutely stunning. We even spotted some deer, which was super cool! We’re planning to come back later in the year so we can enjoy the outdoors and use the BBQ. Tammy is an amazing host - she’s super responsible and friendly. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
