Minh’s home is really beautiful, very spacious I loved that all the rooms had nice size televisions and ceiling fans! Easy to check in and she allowed up to check in early as well! Great communication and everything you need is there plus more! There was even a lot of games and plenty of snacks as well! We appreciate your hospitality & can’t wait to book again thank you so much O! And the neighborhood is pretty quiet and friendly neighbors 🤎 I love the wrap around drive way also, thank you again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. Its location is perfect—close to everything. Toan was an exceptional host, always helpful and quick to respond to any questions. His clear and friendly communication made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Crystal’s house was everything we expected it to be, neat, clean and a little on the funky side. We were in town for a wedding and had our two children, their spouses and five grandchildren, all under 10. It was really nice to have a yard the kids could play in so they could burn off some energy. We would definitely recommend Crystal‘s house to friends.

The house is very clean and neat with comfortable accommodations for seven of us. Extra amenities and touches were so nice to have. The girls loved having blankets to use other than the bed linens. The location was perfect for our needs in downtown Richmond. Off-street parking was great. The host let us adjust our stay dates. Even though we left the house clean and sorted, check-out was very nice not having to complete a laundry list of items before leaving early in the morning. We would recommend the host and house and definitely would stay with her and in this house again if heading to downtown Richmond.

What a great place! Check-in was easy, the place was lovely and we really enjoyed relaxing & chatting on the second floor deck.

Amazing place! Great host, lovely home, perfect location for our girls weekend! Alexis was very responsive to any questions we had. The location, very close to the VMFA and Cary Town, meant we parked the car and walked everywhere! The neighborhood is lovely. The house had everything we needed and more! If it were possible I would have given our stay 10 stars instead of 5. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tim’s place. The home is charming and super walkable to some great eateries. Not to mention, the coffee setup was something I looked forward to every morning during our extended stay. Tim was very hospitable and accommodating of our needs. If we ever have to stay in the area again, we’ll definitely be checking to see if Tim’s place is available in the future.

Historic vibe in a nice safe neighborhood. Convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Mitchell was great about checking in with me to make sure everything was okay. It was a great experience and I would absolutely stay again!

David was very accommodating and helpful in ensuring we had a clean, comfortable place to stay on short notice. The location is great and there is a nice local coffee shop across the street. One thing to note, while there is street parking in the area, you have to be strategic in locating a space during certain parts of the day.

Andrew’s place is a great location in The Fan. Great visit!

We reserved the apartment about 5 pm for that night and we received a response and were inside in an hour. It is much larger than it looks in the pictures and is very well furnished. The neighborhood is wonderful with great coffee shops within easy walking distance. Great sidewalks and very safe for walking dogs. We were able to park on the street within a block of the apartment. The one bathroom is between the two bedrooms and one door doesn’t close completely but wasn’t a problem for us. We’ve stayed at one of Trey and Emilys’ places before and will happily stay again when needed.

Stayed in RVA for an extended weekend with my girlfriend, we couldn't have asked for a better spot, right in what felt like the most walkable part of Richmond. We had dozens of options for restaurants and cafes, never having to repeat a single time. The Airbnb itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Parking was easy, with options on the street or in the alley behind the unit, and again, we had what felt like unlimited options within walking distance. Hands down would stay again or recommend!

Everything about the stay was great. Instructions on location and entry were clear. Matt was very communicative. The place was just as described: airy and full of light, with everything needed for a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay in this cozy basement apartment! Excellent location from which to explore and eat (didn’t move the car all weekend), and we enjoyed the comfortable bed, spacious shower, and cozy couches. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Catherine’s place! Such an adorable and charming place with beautiful mood lighting and artwork everywhere. The beds were incredibly comfortable and it was toasty and cozy in the space despite whenever it was chilly outside. We had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The location is close to everything we wanted to do and the nearby restaurants are amazing. Her sweet little dog River was a bonus to get to meet. Overall such a delightful experience and we definitely hope to return!

I had a wonderful stay at Reagan's place. Reagan was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment is in a great location with an assigned garage parking space. The apartment was very clean; had great closet space; and easy access to the building and apt. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone traveling to Richmond.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

A beautiful unit! Very comfortable, quiet and clean. The beds are amazing, best sleep I've gotten in a while. Nice size kitchen stocked with all the necessities. The area is nice, and the location was perfect, close to the events we attended this weekend. Theres a spot for parking at the building and plenty of decently priced parking nearby (within a half mile). Mark was very communicative the whole trip and was always available if we needed. We would absolutely stay again The guards on the underside of the spiral staircase is a very nice and thoughtful touch

Gabrielle was communicative and accommodating, especially given the unexpected boil water advisory. I truly appreciated Gabrielle's flexibility as I worked out my plans up into the very last minute, and for leaving some drinking water upon my arrival. The apartment itself is nestled in a very residential area. It was clean and inviting, with nice accent pieces and artwork that created a homey atmosphere without feeling cluttered. My stay was short, but the kitchen appeared well-equipped with all the basic necessities. Lovely apartment, would definitely stay again!

I'd highly recommend Chandra's place if you plan to visit Richmond. Lovely, spacious space with very cool art. Primo location with convenient street parking that is walkable to many great restaurants, shops, and venues. She's a great host and we had enjoyed our stay very much.

It was fun to return to the Fan and lovely to be in such an artistic loft. We had everything we needed and location was awesome. And Jill was so kind to reach out and let us know about a forgotten item. Would recommend and stay here again!

We loved the space, the location, and clear communication. Tommy (and Mark) were so helpful helping us with parking options and even getting our things in! Elevators and codes may access easy and we would stay again!
