Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Wonderful relaxing weekend with extended family. The house is beautiful - exactly as described. Very well equipped kitchen and house. We enjoyed great times at the (very warm) pool, playing tennis and with the many board games in the house. Lara couldn't have been any more helpful. Many thanks!

We so enjoyed our time at this wonderful property. The grounds and surrounding areas are beautiful. My kids enjoyed playing with the nearby cat and dog which I think was the highlight of their whole trip. The house was warm and inviting and we so appreciated checking in and some snacks and drinks on arrival. Ely is so close and the cathedral is a must-see. We would definitely stay here again and the kids are asking to return already!

We had an absolutely wonderful month-long stay at this charming cottage in Saffron Walden! From the moment we arrived, we were delighted by the pretty decor and cozy atmosphere—it truly felt like a home away from home. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and its location near the center of town made exploring Saffron Walden incredibly easy. Naomi, our host, was exceptional. She was so kind and accommodating, always making sure everything was perfect for us. Her attention to detail and hospitality made our stay even more special. If you're visiting Saffron Walden, we can't recommend this place highly enough. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. We would absolutely return!

We found the place actually bigger than what it looked like on the description. Overall clean and walls recently painted. Very comfortable for the 3 couples + 1 kid that we were. The host was very responsive and friendly: upon an incident with the microwave oven, it was replaced by a new one within 3-4 hours!

We (four friends) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is ideally located, with bars and restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance and the city centre is a 15-20 min walk. Communication with the friendly owner (Chris) was very easy and smooth. I would highly recommend this place when visiting Cambridge.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a staycation at Ashmi’s delightful home in Royston, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes and a beautifully presented basket of goodies. It was filled with delectable local treats, indulgent chocolates, and even a bottle of milk to have a cuppa at the start of our stay. Accompanying this was a thoughtfully compiled book of recommendations, brimming with insider tips on the best local spots to explore—from quaint tearooms to scenic country walks. The house itself was absolutely immaculate, with a spotless kitchen that was a joy to use, and spacious, beautifully designed living areas where we could all relax and unwind. Every nook of the home exuded charm and comfort, ensuring that everyone felt right at home. The highlight for us all was undoubtedly the jacuzzi, a luxurious retreat that provided hours of relaxation and laughter under the stars. It’s soothing warmth!

We stayed for a month at Dominik and Eva’s lovely home. It was indeed a home away from home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was stocked with spices/herbs, oil, etc for cooking. Dominik also prepared butter, bread, eggs, milk, cereals, pasta, fruits for our first day! The home was spotless and appeared brand new. It was such a treat to see birds and squirrels in the garden. Location was excellent, very close to bus stop that brings us to the city and the train station. We are looking forward to returning again and staying here!

My family and I had a brilliant two weeks stay at Gareth and Adam's house in Hitchin. Gareth and Adam were both brilliant hosts who made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond our expectations, which made the experience feel more like a five star hotel than an AirBnb. The house is well located, a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We really enjoyed spending the summer evenings in the garden. Highly recommend.

Just what we needed for a 2 night stay visiting family. The house is very well equipped, clean, and just as described, minutes from the station. Close to tracks and footpaths for walks and 5 minutes from the shops. We had a lovely meal at The Red Lion on Saturday night - highly recommended. Thank you Krisztina.

Had everything you’d need for a stay - quiet location. Good size rooms, comfy beds. Has all the expected equipment in the kitchen for anyone doing a longer stray or catering for themselves. Would recommend and hope to book again
