What can I say. One if the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Very cosy, communication was on point. Hot tub was fantastic. Well definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Had a lovely stay for my birthday with friends. It was so peaceful and we loved using the sauna and hot tub. The lodge was clean and comfortable and met our needs for the weekend. It is only a short drive from local towns so we were able to go out for dinner and lunch nearby in Evesham and Studley. The hosts were lovely and friendly. I liked how they left us supplies to make s’mores on the bbq outside. We really enjoyed doing this. I would definitely recommend The Den and would revisit in the future.

This is a brilliant place to stay. Comfy, clean, private and had everything we needed. Heidi also put some lovely extra touches out as we were there to celebrate Christmas. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again when we next visit our family in the area!

House was as described - clean and comfortable and the host was very responsive. I'd recommend this to others.

The property was beautiful and exactly how Alexis described. It was very easy to check-in, and the neighbourhood was very peaceful.

Geoff as a host was superb. Constantly in communication with us before arrival and met us when we got there. Left easy instructions and some nice touches with a bottle of prosecco and a little bottle of milk etc. The place is immaculate and beds really comfy. The varanda is cute, with tables and chairs, perfect for a morning coffee. Perfect location by the water either a short uber to Stratford or a river taxi by the complex. The complex has a lovely bar and restaurant with reasonably priced food, which was also delicious. A proper home from home and could not recommend the place or Geoff any more. Superb host. Will be going again!

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, stylish, and well-equipped the space was. The house really all in one everything was there with a big kitchen space for hangout while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. The hosts were super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The check-in process was seamless, and every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish, and hassle-free getaway, look no further! We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed over a New Years Eve and it was cosy warm and the theatre, sights, restaurants were just a short walk away. Stratford upon Avon is a town worth visiting. The house is well cut, nicely furnished and we can only recommend.

Lovely accommodation, Gemma was very attentive to our needs (we required a few things for our young daughter such as a high chair and cot) and quick to answer any queries we had. The place was really tidy and welcoming, and they even supplied a welcome pack for our arrival which I thought was incredibly thoughtful and shows that they're willing to go the extra mile. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean. It was great to have so many showers in the accommodation as we could get out of the door quickly in the morning and explore! Overall a lovely holiday home in a stunning location. Would recommend to anyone, especially families.
