This place is an excellent option if you do not want to be in a noisy area, it is easy to arrive, very comfy, and if needed there are stores and restaurants where you can get something good for eating. It connects easily with other places in Tokyo

Wonderful location. Close to all transportation. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 7-11 was the favorite for my kids.

I’ve given five star reviews to other Airbnb’s, but now that I’ve stayed at Ryuji’s place, I feel like the other ones should’ve been four stars! Seriously this apartment is beautiful and in a fabulous location next door to the incredible new Azabudai Hills shopping and restaurant complex, which is an example of utopian architecture and features luxury shopping. The neighborhood has a ton of embassies so there are lots of English speakers and tons of security. Japan feels safe already and this neighborhood feels even more so. Ryuji has been nothing short of a gracious host who has gone out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The place is an easy walk to the subway. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Ryuji!

We had a wonderful stay and it has made the start of experience in Tokyo a wonderful experience. The apartment is just on the other side of the river to Electric town which made it easy walking distance and far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the beautiful restaurant at the door step and local recommendations provided in the guest book. The cleanliness of the apartment stood out and for a family of 6 we had plenty of room. I would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay in a very clean and quiet neighborhood in Sumida City. A few blocks away from an Ozeki grocery store and across the street from a drink vending machine. Very easy 10 min walk to the JR Kinshicho station and Kikukawa Station with direct lines to Tokyo Station and Asakusa Station. Clean home with enough space for the three of us. The traditional room with tatami mats was very spacious and kitchen has everything you need to cook food. Bathroom/shower was clean with hot water and good water pressure. Thank you again!!!!

這次的住宿讓我覺得很滿意，整棟房子很乾淨有家的感覺，廚房設備使用也方便，有問題寫簡訊給房東，房東都會及時回覆，服務很好，房子附近有一間大超市及7-11，買東西很方便，房子離新柴又車站也近，走路約五分鐘，唯一美中不足的地方就是離東京市區太遠了，一趟出門到東京市區要轉三次車子，雖然如此，但我還是會強力推薦這個好房源的，謝謝房東的招待！

The place was spotless and very well maintained. The location was convenient, with an easy commute to various spots by train. Overall, a great stay would definitely book again!

The property was excellent for our needs. We were at a conference near Chiba for some of the stay, amd visiting Tokyo sights the rest. This property was between the two and was super spacious for our 5 person stay. Everything was very good, clean and tidy, with many spare items such as bin bags, toilet rolls and toiletries. it was 2 minutes walk to excellent convenience stores and other shopping. Communication with the host was so easy and helpful. She answered messages within minutes, and was flexible when we wanted to extend our stay. All the beds were comfortable and the 2 toilets were important for our group size. The washing machine and drying racks meant we did not need to use the nearby laundromat. All really good, would recommend.

AMAZING home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the train station. Great places to shop and eat nearby. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Kaori Linlin, hat mich am ersten Tag freundlich begrüßt und mir alles über das Haus erklärt. Das Haus bietet alles, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und alle notwendigen Artikel im Badezimmer. Ich war 5 Wochen beruflich unterwegs und habe den Aufenthalt als sehr komfortabel empfunden!

Eine schöne große Unterkunft in einer guten Lage! Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht da, aber ich wäre gerne länger geblieben. Für große Gruppen sind genug Zimmer und Platz vorhanden! Wenn ich nochmal mit einer Gruppe komme, würde ich die Unterkunft jederzeit erneut buchen. Die Gastgeberin war gut zu erreichen und hat auch schnell geantwortet. Ebenfalls hat sie einen sehr nett kontaktiert, wenn es ein Anliegen gab. Die Kommunikation war super transparent unf schnell. Wirklich eine Empfehlung wert!

Thank you MKG Home for best hospitality, support and helpful. The unit is in so strategic location, near to many station (Daimon, Tamachi, Hamamatasucho, etc) and near a local supermarket which is cheaper than kombini (711,fami,lawson,etc).

Cet appartement est juste parfait. Il est super bien équipé, fonctionnel, lumineux et très spacieux ! Il est à quelques mètres de la Skytree et plusieurs stations. Je recommande ☺️ ! J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour.

This was my second Airbnb stay in Japan, and it didn’t disappoint. The property is brand new, stylish and offers everything you might need—from cooking utilities to hygiene products—free for use. I needed a quiet space to finish a work presentation, and this place was perfect. The building faces the Pacific Ocean, offering a stunning and unobstructed view. The clean, deserted beach was ideal for reading, strolling and morning yoga. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. The interior was unique, with a stunning red theme, a super comfortable bed and a strong shower. It even had a work desk and chair, perfect for remote work. There’s a small pool outside (likely summer-only) and outdoor showers for surfers. The owner recommended a French bistro nearby—it was AMAZING, with delicious food and a friendly French staff. A seafood restaurant is also within walking distance. Getting there is easy by JR Wakashio line to Wadaura Station (~2 hours). Free parking lot next to the building.

家族４人で約1週間泊まりました。全てが綺麗でしたし、近くにスーパー、コンビニ、公園等もあり快適な滞在でした。また利用したいと思いました。

if i could give 10 stars i would!!! this place was not only accommodating but exactly how the host listed & described it. loved how it was very close to the station and so many food/grocery stores nearby. house was super cute & was easy to navigate. 10/10 would definitely stay here again & recommend!

Very clean and spacious! Generous amenities, feels just like at home. Comes with the chocolate complimentary I expected. It was delicious! I highly recommend this place. Well worth the money!
