Overall great Airbnb. We enjoyed the art throughout. Place was spacious and we enjoyed the location (cute cocktail bars across the street was a plus!). Street parking available and close to train. Steam shower in bathroom was nice. The only thing to note, there is only one closet and it’s in the main bedroom. The bedroom with the two beds has no drawers that I could find or anywhere to hang my items or fold in drawers. We wished for a second couch but that was our preference. Overall we enjoyed it.

We really enjoyed the space. My kids thought it was great for a basement apartment. It is well maintained and stocked. We have stayed in Lincoln Park before and enjoy the area. Easy walk to restaurants and the metro. We would definitely use it again.

We were able to easily fit 5 people in the airbnb. The provided soap was nice. Space was very homey, and good for relaxing when coming back from a long day of walking in the city. Good location where everything we needed was walking distance (Jewel osco, coffee shops, restaurants). It was really easy to get to the blue line to travel into the city. However, we were able to hear the tenants above us a bit in the evening/night. It also was very difficult to find parking due to residential roads - would have to pay for spots. But overall a great airbnb space/experience!

Maureen’s place was great! Easy to find and very cozy. She provided clear directions and was always communicative. Maureen’s place is also very conveniently located and walkable. I would recommend!

We have stayed here before, and certainly will again. It is such a comfortable place to stay - clean, spacious, with a well-stocked kitchen (including the much-appreciated coffee for the coffeemaker!) The Ukrainian Village neighborhood is wonderful and peaceful, but close enough to restaurants and a supermarket. When we were first considering this Airbnb, the comment that helped the most was someone saying "don't be put off by it being a basement-level apartment". That is so true. There is plenty of light, there is heating in the floors in winter, and it is so carefully designed and constructed that it has none of the feel of a "basement".

The condo was very spacious and clean. It was comfortable and I love the modern kitchen and overall look. I am an interior and architectural designer so I appreciate that the interior is well done. I love that the condo is adjacent to Lake Michigan it makes for easy access to great views at any time of day. It’s also next to a park, walking distance to the L train and it’s a nice walkable area close to many restaurants. We enjoyed our time and appreciated having a nice place to stay. The owner was also very responsive to any questions.

Super cool spot in a great location. Very clean and just as described. Clear instructions for everything and almost no work for guests to do when they check out which is nice.

We were a party of five attending a scientific conference in Chicago's Loop. The accomodation was great as it is in the very quiet street and safe street but very close to all of the activities of Lakeview. Access to public transport is great. Overall we give highest recommendation for this great place to explore the great city of Chicago.

Had a great stay over St. Patrick’s day weekend. The apartments are in a very walkable area with great access to public transportation. Fenton was also very quick to communicate and gave clear instructions. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

What’s a serene and breathtaking property. The home is very vibrantly adorned with tons of natural light, lush vegetation, earthy and stylish decor. A perfect place to find your center in nature while still being in the heart of a Metropolitan city. The house was responsive, respectful, and was willing to modify my reservation as travel plans changed. 10/10 I would absolutely love to return the next time I find myself in Chicago!

The location alone makes this home worth booking. Add that there’s ample room for family/friends and it’s a gem in the middle of a great Chicago neighborhood. We were a group of six and loved every minute.

Shabbir's place was perfect for our family of 10 during the holidays. We spent Christmas and New Year here, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable family reunion. The private parking was very convenient, and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Its location was ideal—just 10-15 minutes from all the major attractions in Chicago and about 30 minutes from the airport. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby local restaurants and an Italian bakery with great takeout options. The host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

My friends and I celebrated the new year in Chicago and were so grateful to find this place! Logan Square is a great neighborhood with plenty of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment was easy to access and very clean. It was particularly clean for a place that people use for celebrations and parties! I really appreciated that. Bathrooms were roomy, great fixtures, and nice decor. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I’d happily book it again.

Hosts are super kind & very responsive — area feels very welcoming and safe — Space was beautifully decorated & had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Chicago!!

My colleagues and i stayed here for a tattoo convention. We all enjoyed the place, found the rooms to be accommodating especially with a group as big as ours (9 people.) The neighborhood was quiet, but still close to everything you need. We had no issues our entire trip. Definitely a more hands-off host, which we appreciated! 10/10 recommend for anyone needing to stay close to the chicago area.

I appreciate how host was responsive to my messages. I was not fully aware of the way to put the parking sticker in my car window and incurred a $75 ticket for posting it on the interior left side and not right side. This was not any fault of the host, just very disappointing that the local security was not more mindful as the sticker was there, just wrong side and I was from out of state. The kitchen was nice, however if you plan to cook much, bring a 9x13 casserole dish and some pot holders.

Colin's place is cute, clean, and VERY convenient! Just a short walk to the Fullerton or Armitage L stations. Tons of closeby restaurants, and a very good coffee shop/diner just downstairs below us! It is on a busy corner, so be warned the traffic & evening pedestrian noise can be loud, especially in the corner turret bedroom, but the heater makes pretty good white noise. Thanks for a perfect homebase for our girl weekend away!

Great place! Very well kept and clean. Tom is very responsive from the time you book. Just be mindful that as stated there is NO where to park if you drive. All in all such a great neighborhood.

Perfectly located- we loved being so close to o’hare and where we wanted to be in Chicago. Check in and check out is clearly communicated, and Matt is a responsive and proactive host, which I greatly appreciate. Also definitely take Matt’s recommendation for Lula Cafe nearby- absolutely a must try!

Great place and location if you are a Cubs Fan. We are train enthusiasts and this location was the best to see and feel the CTA trains passing by. We did not mind the noise. We will definitely come back.

Nathan’s place is even better than the photos. The moment I stepped into his home I felt good positive energy. Even though I didn’t meet Nathan, he was kind, courteous, informative and super responsive. He really tries to accommodate your needs so just communicate with him. His place is so nice I honestly did not want to go sightseeing, and just wanted to chill there. But I had limited time and needed to speed run all the places to see so I didn’t really get to take advantage of all the amenities. I literally sat on the sofa, at the dining table, and kitchen counter for about a minute each just to feel like I got some use out of them. Also don’t be a dummy like me and go to the rooftop right before checking out! The view is freaking fantastic so take advantage of it. If you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet, and really clean accommodation stay here! The neighborhood is really safe and transportation by train was great even during late nights. I would 100% book again with Nathan.

Great place, spacious for 3 guests. Had everything we needed. Downstairs was a little tight with ceiling just a couple inches above my head. I’m 6 ft so anything taller would have been tough. But two upstairs bedrooms and living were fine. Would stay there again for that price
