We stayed here (myself and 4 friends) for a few days during Cowes week and it could not have been more perfect. Location was great and we couldn’t have asked for any more - hopefully Viki will take us back next year as we would love to return xx

My husband and I stayed at the Auction House for two weeks in March while visiting our daughter, son in law and our new grandchild. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to our daughter’s home as well as enjoy downtown Ryde restaurants in the evening. Christine and Terry were great hosts. Their home is very nice, clean and has everything you need to feel at home. We especially loved our welcome treat. We will definitely return to the Auction House in the future.

A great location with an easy walk into Cowes. We loved the view from the sitting room window out to sea and watching the boats and ferries coming and going. The house was just as pictured and described with easy communication from the hosts. Thank you

Yvonne was a lovely host and provided good communication. We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House - it is a lovely house on the beach, clean, well equipped for our needs. Fortunately we also had good weather and were able to explore the IOW on the bikes we hired. The only suggestion I would make is for some allocated parking nearer by that would make it easier for residents to access the house. Otherwise, thank you for the enjoyable stay.

Fantastic property, great location in town centre, but once inside feels like you are in the heart of the countryside. Very well presented with plenty of towels, good linen etc. Host very helpful and friendly.

Me and some colleagues stayed for work. Both my boss and coworkers were very happy with the accommodation as was I. if I had one very small complaint. I couldn’t work out the tumble dryer but that’s not a problem. All in all it’s suited our needs perfectly when a crypt kitchen garden space out the back for some fresh air great location perfect host. We will be back.

Perfect for what we wanted! Nice little area for a few nice children’s parks and national trust place. Cottage was perfect, everything we needed in the kitchen, clean, and comfy bed! Little park right opposite and one stop few minutes walk. Hosts were very helpful and inviting and the welcome gift was a lovely thought.

We had a fantastic stay whilst getting away over Easter with a group of friends. The house is very well located, offered great accommodation and was great value for money. Jo couldn’t have communicated better, and was on hand for anything we needed before, during and after our stay. We would all highly recommend staying at the house. Thanks so much Jo.

Very central location from the Red Jet Ferry terminal. 10 minute walk to the main street. Was able to find parking close by using the residence parking permit organised by the host. Appreciated the 2.5 bathrooms. Made good use of the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Comfortable stay overall. Note there is only one tv and the steep stairs to the loft bedroom would suit younger people.

Lovely house, we immediately felt at home. We are a family of 6 and the house accommodated us perfectly. The house is centrally located and only a few mins stroll from shops, restaurants, and the harbour views.

We had a great time there, and our kids really enjoyed a nice weekend treat living in the house near the seafront!

beautiful house, stunning decor throughout, not the normal 'sterile' places you can book, it is filled with thought and attention to detail. Great location, so close to the Historic Docklands and great bars and cafes.

The presentation of this property is simply immaculate. Pastries and fresh flowers (and plenty more) greet you on your arrival. The attention to detail in the decor is next level. You will want Rachel to come around and do the interior decorating at your own home after seeing this. There are more sitting rooms than you will possibly be able to use. There is actually not much point to reviewing this place: all you need to know is that if you are going to Chichester and surrounds, do yourself a favour and stay here if you possibly can.

We had a nice stay. The house is located only 10 minutes walk away from the center with all the nice reviews and bars. It was a little bit too small for 4 adults and 2 kids but overall comfortable enough. Sebastian responded in seconds to all our inquiries. Thank you!

We had a great time at Palermo Villa. It's beautifully decorated and the perfect location for exploring Southsea Common, the seafront and some lovely Portsmouth bars and restaurants. Nicola is a great host, quick to respond to messages and the house is spotless! Highly recommend.
