This was a great experience. We were able to explore the area and spend time with family in the area. Lots of room and much like my own place. Had coffee, water, utensils, cookware, etc. We were able to prepare a couple of dishes to carry to a family gathering. The location was quiet and we felt a sense of privacy. We will consider this location again when in the area.

Well appointed condo. Within walking distance to the Riverwalk, Scottie’s and other downtown attractions.

We loved our stay. It was everything we thought and more. Highly recommend and will def stay here again next time we are in Chattanooga.

We really enjoyed the time we spent. Having the kitchen (especially the refrigerator) was a great perk. We plan to come back the same weekend next year and definitely want to stay here again! The response rate was almost instant, so the few questions we had were answered within 2 minutes. PS- looking down at and walking by the dogs in the dog park next door were a fun thing to see from the hallway and outside 😊

Betina’s place is a unit inside of the Fairfield Glade / Wyndham Resorts units. Our family has stayed at the Wyndham unit many times. Crossville has some wonderful dining including The Lantern for steaks and Annie’s for pizza. Food City is the closest grocery and Instacart does deliver. Is currently the off-season so the resort was quiet. Be sure to bring your swimsuit if you want to use the pool, etc.

We had four people staying in the condo, it was a perfectly sized space to accommodate us. It was extremely clean, and we had everything we needed for the weekend. We did bring our own snacks and food to prepare meals, which I would recommend doing! We really appreciated seeing staff being mindful and practicing precautions the entire stay. When we arrived, we did have to wait about an hour after check-in as it wasn’t ready yet. And our wristband/keycards weren’t properly activated so they sent a maintenance person to fix that, who was very helpful. We got to see two baby raccoons from the back porch as soon as we arrived though, so we didn’t mind. Would highly recommend this stay for a quiet getaway!! We had a great time.

Can’t wait to see how fun this place will be in the summer. Disclaimer- it shows that you have access to a pool and basketball court. You do, you just pay a guest fee for both.

Lovely large apartment with two separate bedrooms. Nice quiet location but close to downtown. There was also a Tesla Supercharger about 3 miles away, next to Whole Foods, which means one can get supplies while feeding your EV.

A very contemporary condo. Lovely layout. Very informative with directions.

Everything was perfect we had our privacy and also enjoyed time with family.

One of the best stays that we have had due to the comfortable feels of the house. The amenities were taken care of, the neighborhood felt safe, close proximity to "things," and the detail spent in maintaining this awesome house are second to none. Shower was clean and the water was hot with good pressure, beds were comfortable, bedroom carpet was inviting, wood floor was well taken care of, family got to enjoy movie night in the basement on the last night we were there. An easy 5 stars.

Kathi was an amazing host! Upon arriving and checking in she gave us fresh eggs! The place was very comfortable and had everything you could need for your trip. The perfect home away from home. The amenities were amazing we used the kayaks and pickleball and the hot tub. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you so much!

Nice home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Convenient to everything. The large kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for up to eight people and enough dishes and silverware for everyone. We had no problem parking five vehicles in the long driveway. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We’ve already booked it for next year. Althea communicated very well. Check in was easy with the passcode. Highly recommended.

Cute cottage! We had a great time. It was the perfect size for a family of four.

We loved our stay! The house was just as described. The theater room and patio areas were our favorite! You can tell Jenny and George put in a lot of thought when decorating and filling the house. Everything was amazing!

Great place to stay! Convenient to all the attractions we wanted to do! Very pleasant to work with. Very clean home! Appears someone currently lives here, so a bit of a challenge maneuvering around personal items. But overall a beautiful place!

We were there for 3 weeks and it was the perfect spot. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. People in the neighborhood were friendly and there were lots of trails through the trees to walk as well. The house is on a hill and high enough that you don’t notice the house below it which makes you feel like you’re more secluded. We bought a water filter for our time there because we didn’t like the taste of chlorine from the tap. The beds were comfortable. Firm but soft which worked well for us. Overall great experience!

The location& house was beautiful, but we weren’t aware the 2nd master was disconnected from the rest of the house so that was a little disappointing. Also,the drive to get to the house is a little scary & that’s not the adventurous way,so it was kinda nerve wrecking leaving and coming back,but other than that the water area was absolutely breathtaking,as well as the view from the porch. Just wish description was a little clearer.
