Laura is a great host and I appreciate her flexibility with our schedule and her quick responses and attention to detail. The house was perfect! The back room is cozy with the most amazing view! My family loved the amazingly huge dining room table. We found ourselves gathering around it a lot to talk or play games and of course eat! And the large kitchen island is perfect for a family pizza making night!! I would totally stay here again. Thanks Laura!

This property was lovely. Great location for going to lookout mountain. The road leading to the house definitely needs to be paved but it was clearly mentioned in the descriptions so it wasnt a surprise. Amber was very quick to respond to the few questions we had. She was great. The view was stunning. The weather was windy and cold so we sadly couldnt explore the property but we would love to come back in the future. Definitely recommend this listing.

Clean and great location.

My best friend and I met up half way between our homes for a rare visit, and we stayed at Mike and Teresa's place. It was a lovely and peaceful getaway. The suite was pristine and had absolutely everything we needed. Mike and Teresa were excellent communicators with the gift of hospitality. I have stayed in Airbnbs around the world, and this one may be my favorite.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect—close to downtown yet feels like a peaceful retreat right on the river. The space is incredibly clean, open, and spacious, making it ideal for relaxing or entertaining. The amenities were top-notch; we especially enjoyed the hot tub and grill, which added a luxurious touch to our stay. Waking up to the beautiful river view in the morning was the cherry on top. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

Great place would definitely recommend

This place was perfect for our needs. It is located in a beautiful area and was very private. The swimming pool was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked. There were several restaurants close to the house and I highly recommend Steelhouse Corner. We were able to go on a train ride to Copperhill and loved that experience!

Enjoyed a family Thanksgiving with my extended family from 4 different states! The space was perfect for us! It provided beds for everyone and a large hangout space for meals and nightly card games! Having 2 separate houses allowed the freedom for the night owls to stay up and not worry about disturbing the ones who ended the evening a little earlier! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had every dish, pot, pan, utensil and appliance needed to prepare daily meals as well as Thanksgiving dinner! The golf course and carts were a big hit with everyone especially the golfers in the group! Well had a couple minor issues and Juanita was very responsive and easy to reach! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! The hosts made all instructions very clear and easy to follow. They provided so many things like grilling tools, s’mores supplies, outdoor and indoor games, and much more. The space was beautiful and we had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!!

Jongee’s place is absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and neat. Jongee stopped by, introduced herself and gave us some goodies as a welcoming gift. She gave suggestions of where to go eat and just all around friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Sparta.

Used this beautiful home for myself and my bridesmaids to stay in the weekend of my wedding! It was perfect! The beautiful windows in the living room were perfect for us getting ready on wedding day!

Stepping into this cottage was like stepping back in time, but with all the modern comforts of today. The charming details, whispered stories of a bygone era. It was a truly peaceful and unique getaway, and I left feeling refreshed and inspired by its vintage charm.

Amanda was super kind, responsive, and friendly. The place was full of character. Exactly the kind of place we wanted.

The house is close to Heritage park. The house is very spacious and accommodating for us. There was coffee, tea and some complimentary water bottles.The beds were so comfortable! The directions to get in were very easy to follow. I would definitely book again.

Ben and Tori's place was perfect for our family vacation. They gave us a list of activities in the area along with places to eat. All great recommendations, I just wish we were there longer and could have hiked some trails. We felt welcomed even before we checked in. Definitely on our list to stay here again! Thank you Ben and Tori for being amazing hosts and for providing a beautiful home for a memorable vacation.

Nathaniel was such a kind, helpful, amazing host. I’ve stayed at many AIRbnbs and this was one of top 3 favorite stays yet!! Grateful to have chosen that for our stay and highly recommend this listing!

Dougs place was immaculate and we felt very at home. I loved the easy checkin, especially since we were in a rush to get to a rehearsal dinner as soon as we got everything unpacked. All 4 of our kids had a place to sleep comfortably, which was great. I especially loved sitting on the back porch listening to the birds while I had some quiet time in the sunshine. Doug made the whole process very simple and he always responded quickly to any questions I had. Not sure if we will ever have a reason to be in that part of TN again, but if so, we would definitely stay at Dougs place.

This Old House was absolutely wonderful. The surroundings were picturesque. House was immaculate and full of unique cute little cubbies and spaces. We hiked trails, fed the farm animals, and made trips into Chattanooga with ease. It was a wonderful place to spend family time for all ages. We’ve decided it will be our new family vacation spot!

This was such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The hosts make sure that you have everything that you need! Downtown Chattanooga was so fun and Lookout Mountain was beautiful. Would highly recommend this beautiful location!!

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful house on the bluff! The view was simply breathtaking, especially at sunset, when the entire horizon turned into a spectacular display of colors. The kitchen was fantastic—spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. Cooking here was a joy, with plenty of counter space and high-quality appliances. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort. One of my favorite parts was the cozy sunroom, where I enjoyed my morning coffee while listening to the birds. The natural light and peaceful atmosphere were the perfect start to each day. Plus, being so close to Chattanooga and Cloudland Canyon State Park was a huge bonus! We could easily explore the city and enjoy all the attractions, dining, and shopping it has to offer before retreating to the serenity of the bluff.

This place was really great for a small work retreat. Josh communicated clearly and timely. He was helpful and made sure we had all we needed. The house exceeded my expectations - the pictures don’t do it justice! We had a great stay and will stay there again.
