John and Dave were very helpful and accommodating.

Very quiet, out-of-the-way place. I was there when the lake was down (December) so I didn't get to enjoy the dock, but it looks nice and functional. The recreational room downstairs had a pool table, dart board, and a place to play checkers. The entire place has been remodeled recently. It looks great and everything works! The Host was always quick to answer questions. Would come back again!

My family and I stayed at Gilbert’s cabin for the Christmas Holidays and really enjoyed it. The cabin sits on a large piece of land, so even though there are neighbors it feels very private. It was very quiet and the fire pit outside was the perfect place to stargaze. The cabin is only 10-15 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge and there are also plenty of hikes nearby as well. We would love to come back in the summertime and enjoy the lake!

Great peaceful stay!! Everything you could imagine in the kitchen and more. The bathroom even had extras of little things you might’ve forgotten to bring with you. Debbie and rick were beyond sweet, friendly & attentive. Kayaks were an awesome addition - highly recommend going out right before sunset to enjoy it. My dog had a great time, the neighbors had super sweet dogs who greeted us on the first day! ( loved them ❤️) Stinging Fork falls is about 30-45 minutes away and is an awesome hike. Lost sea adventures about 30 minutes away. Would absolutely come stay again! Thank you again Debbie & Rick! ☺️❤️

We had a wonderful time! The hosts made all instructions very clear and easy to follow. They provided so many things like grilling tools, s’mores supplies, outdoor and indoor games, and much more. The space was beautiful and we had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!!

Angela went beyond all needs , everything is there!!!!! games for kids , craft, games for adults, hot chocolate corner , pet toys blankets ,etc etc... and the most appreciated , everything is so clean, which i really appreciated . they were so friendly also we had a great time at their place , and i could not thanks enough to them for sharing it with us !! can not wait to go back in another season thanks again!! Amazingly relaxing location set right on the river, with the dam sounding like your own personal waterfall. Very private and safe location. Opted out of my first nights plans to enjoy the peace from the balcony. Will stay here again!

Was looking for a quiet place out of town to get away with the hubby for a weekend and this was just perfect. Chattanooga is about a 35 minute drive depending on where you’re going. The house is spacious and open yet cozy and home like. There are a few other houses nearby but it was quiet and peaceful. Place is newer and clean and can tell the owners put thought into preparing it for those staying. Thank you for having us at your home!

We spend a few days after Christmas and the place was clean and quiet to relax , we definitely stay here again .

Nathan’s place was absolutely breathtaking and stunning. We visited family for Thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The space was so peaceful. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. You can tell a lot of time and care went into creating this space. Would absolutely visit again and recommend it for other people in the future.

Loved every minute of our getaway to Sparta. The place had a wonderful “at home” feel. Would love to book here again next time we come back to Sparta. Advija was a wonderful host!

This was the perfect home away from home to celebrate with family! Bonus! We got to bring our dogs. They had a pup house and spacious yard to themselves. The views were amazing! The deck was welcoming with lots of sitting locations from all sides. We love this area of TN for the local waterfalls, hikes, and unique places to eat! It was wonderful to have such a cozy place to enjoy! Our hosts felt like friends, and did a wonderful job! Thank you!! We will be back!

This was our second stay at Lakewood Cottage. The lake house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the dock and enjoying the beautiful lake view. It was the perfect, relaxing weekend that we needed. Allison and Chad are great hosts and we’re so glad they share their beautiful lake house.

Very nice place, all the things you needed, especially in the kitchen.Nice view of the lake and enjoyed being able to sit in the screened in porch to drink coffee in the mornings. The only drawbacks were that cell service was sporadic, the internet did not work well, as we could not get any internet connection speed, so could not get anything out of our devices. Also, the cable tv did not work, as it showed on the screen that we needed to contact the cable company. We could not get in touch with Ann, as they were out of country and did not return our text. Therefore it made for very quiet evening, so no news updates, no kid shows for my granddaughter. Other than internet and cable tv, it was a very nice place to stay.

It was a great stay for us and our friends. It was perfect for kids as well. The home was warm during the winter storm we encountered. There were even food supplies in case of emergency. Then the view of the lake was gorgeous and so picturesque. We will definitely come back and hope to see it in the summer for some fishing.

This beautiful cabin was perfect for a large family! The view was incredible and the environment was welcoming and very clean! We especially loved the thoughtfulness of the s’mores kit for the kids! Russell was very prompt in responding and making sure we had all the details for our stay! The local grocery mart is about an hour away, so it was helpful he noted that in the description so we could stop and get all of our groceries before heading to the cabin. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, a clean hot tub, board games and a large dining table that the entire family could enjoy. The dock and kayaks were in great shape, great fun to fish! We look forward to visiting this home again. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful experience! Everything was exactly as advertised and Sandy communicates very quickly and effectively. There was one small maintenance issue and Sandy had someone there to correct it within 1 hour of check-in. Very impressive. The one comment I would make to future renters - the final mile of the drive is gravel with large washed out areas. Anyone in an SUV or truck will have no issues at all. However, any car with low suspension may have difficulty navigating the final mile. We visited immediately after a heavy amount of snow and ice which I would assume affected the road more than normal. Just check with Sandy first.

We booked this lovely place for a girls weekend and it did not disappoint!! The cabin is beautiful, surroundings amazing and the sunset view from the deck breathtaking. We had 8 ladies and were very comfortable. We only left the property once to go hiking and that was only a few miles away. The kitchen was well stocked and the fireplace very cozy. The hot tub was warm and ready for us to climb in. Cathy was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back soon.

Came to the Coalmont Cabin for a mother-daughter trip and it truly was a serenity retreat. Ryan and Genette's place is amazing! It's really hard to articulate how wonderfully "unplugged" we were from the outside world. We did venture out to do some hiking..Greeter Falls, Boardtree Falls, Stone Door and Laurel Falls...but the rest of the time was spent at the cabin reading, listening to music, talking, laughing, cooking, kayaking, getting in the hot tub and sitting by the fire. We made so many wonderful memories and plan to return again!

We had a wonderful time staying at J's cabin in Blue Ridge! The views were incredible and we were nice and secluded towards the top of the hill. The layout was great for the two families we had staying there and we enjoyed the Hot Tub during the cooler temperatures. In addition to the great house, J was awesome and proactive with communication. On our final morning it was scheduled to snow and J messaged us the day before warning us about the dangers of getting down the mountain with snow and kindly offered us a refund of our final night when we decided to leave early. Overall, a great stay!
