Awesome location. Place was squeaky clean and felt like it was brand new. Hosts were very helpful and available if needed. Also, well priced for the amount of space available compared to the competition.

We love this little apartment in Chattanooga so much we've stayed here twice! It's the perfect distance from pretty much everything, and you have a stunning view of the city. I recommend coming in the daylight, as some of the "mountain" roads can be a little hard to navigate in the dark.

Spacious apartment on the lower level of the home. Charming decor and construction. A fine place for our family to stay overnight on our cross-country drive.

David was a great host (Joanna was out of town during my stay)! He was very responsive & had suggestions for local eateries and parks. I was there for work and had a big pickup truck, so my designated parking spot was a tight fit. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if I need a place for a week or longer.

Traveled to Sparta with immediate family to visit our extended family who just moved there. Unit is conveniently close to town and their home. Perfect spot to stay in. Having a washer, dryer and kitchen really helped! (So did the 2.5 bathrooms when you have two pre-teen boys!) Will be returning often!

Charming, comfortable and quiet, Adrienne’s apartments are immaculately managed. A perfect location in an historic North Shore neighborhood, you can easily access everything Chattanooga has to offer and then return to a cozy, relaxed ambience with lots of natural light. The apartments are well equipped with anything you might need and are beautifully decorated with colorful, local art (some of which are signed by Adrienne!). We even decided to stay in one day because the apartment is so inviting; as is the sunny front porch overlooking, during the season, a flower-filled yard. Adrienne is a friendly, thoughtful and responsive host. She takes exceptional care of her property. As a guest your comfort and enjoyment are her priority. You will be lucky to stay here!

Very clean lovely spot with a balcony! We enjoyed having a grill and heat lamp on the balcony for the cool evenings. This unit is beautifully designed and decorated and is so comfortable for long or short stays. Highly recommend!

Curtis was very responsive and the house had plenty of room. Large beds and bedrooms. Excellent.

This was exactly what we needed for our stay in Cleveland. Everything was just perfect! The THREE bathrooms were wonderful to have- that alone can make a trip excellent when you’re traveling with a big family. Traci even lent me her own crock pot when I asked if there was one available! She was very helpful and such an excellent host. We will definitely plan to stay here again next time we return to Cleveland.

Stepping into this cottage was like stepping back in time, but with all the modern comforts of today. The charming details, whispered stories of a bygone era. It was a truly peaceful and unique getaway, and I left feeling refreshed and inspired by its vintage charm.

Beautiful scenery, very private. House is beautiful and clean.

Stayed here with family and a couple dogs. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed their stay. Plenty of space to sleep 7 because of the extra sofa bed upstairs. The parking directions helped some but we had to pay to park on the street. You have to renew your parking every two hours or get fined $20 if you miss it by a few minutes because it's next to the UTC parking lots. So stay on top of it or find somewhere far away to park.

Love the location. It is an easy walk to the heart of downtown. Especially loved being right across the street from Parkway Pourhouse. Great food and drinks and we went there several times.

This was an excellent family friendly location and great stay for anyone looking to enjoy Chattanooga tourist activities! We would love to stay again next time we come!

Great location, just a few blocks from the start of the Chattanooga marathon.

The apartment was very conveniently located for everything I wanted to do, very easy to access by car and close to the river walk for walks or jogging. I used the gym a couple of times too. The apartment was mostly well equipped and it was easy to feel at home. The only downside is that the laundry is right in the middle of the apartment with no sound barrier, so finding time to do any laundry is not easy. Also someone might have left some wet laundry in the washer for far too long at some point. Otherwise, the hosts were friendly and responsive and the location was just what I was looking for.

Such a cute and homie place! The pictures perfectly described the place and it did not disappoint. Host responded quickly to anything we needed. It was easily accessible to restaurants and activities, and a nice stroll to get there. I hope to go back soon and will be looking for availability for this space!

Perfect place for a couple looking to get away for a trip! Studio apartment was clean and well kept! Host was responsive and respectful and we plan on returning there to stay anytime we want to come to Chattanooga!

A nice clean apartment with 2 bed/bath and a well stocked kitchen. Very quiet area and still walkable to many great places. Would stay here again.
