Super recomendado, zona tranquila muy cerca de paseo montejo, y cerca de muchos lugares para conocer, el lugar 10/10 super cómodo y la casa traía todo lo que decía, incluso hasta más, sin duda ya tengo un lugar favorito para regresar a hospedarme a Mérida

Todo en orden, siempre estuvo al pendiente de la llegada, la casa es muy bonita, y todo en perfecto estado, sin duda volveremos

We really enjoyed staying here for 2.5 weeks. The house is HUGE with lots of space and a swimming pool. The house was very well equipped for our stay even with drinking water and a bidet in the bathroom! The large king beds were very comfortable. The Internet was fast and stable, the kitchen was great to cook in with everything needed. The area is quiet and safe and is about 15mins walk from the center square. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

its a good value for the area, clean, I like the stone floor and walls, close to paseo de montejo, and a bit far from the centro, though note the hot water isn't the best and the kitchen dishes looked like they hadn't been used in forever.

It was a pleasure to stay at Jane's place again! It's so well located, has fast wifi and it's really comfortable. Jane's a lovely host -- really responsive and kind. Thank you for another terrific stay!

El alojamiento es cómodo, acorde a lo descrito en el anuncio, tiene todos los servicios cercanos desde restaurantes hasta farmacia, útil si vas las universidades. Cómodo y limpio, Todo muy bien.

La casa de Adriana es lindisima , el patio que tiene donde está la alberca es súper amplio y agradable todos los espacios coinciden con las fotos. La casa es amplia y súper linda todos los cuartos cuentan con TV ya aire acondicionado. No dudaría en recomendar este lugar. Solo como consejo que no tiene que ver con la casa, les sugiere llevar o alquilar un carro para moverse más fácil.

La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy cómoda, además de estar muy bien ubicada cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y tienditas locales. Raymundo fue bastante atento desde el momento de la reservación. Sin duda regresaría en la siguiente visita a Mérida.

Great location, walking distance to Santa Lucia. The house is clean, comfortable, and the kitchen is very well-equipped—it is definitely a cozy place to stay in Merida. The place includes all the expected services and more. We couldn't ask for a better place.

,This was our second year at Casa Wayib. It truly feels like our home away from home. We appreciate the location, it is walkable to all of El Centro, plazas, el mercado, great restaurants. We cooked breakfast each morning, & cooked several dinners as well. BBQ on the roof is great, the kitchen is well appointed & had everything we needed including sharp knives. The thoughtful supplies are also very appreciated (insect repellent, After Sun products, coffee, etc. The pool is a wonderful way to cool off after walking in the heat of the day. The guest staff were responsive, very helpful answering questions & making recommendations, & arranging a taxi for us to the airport. The only issue was the washer/dryer not working, but that was also handled helpfully by the hosts. We plan to return next year again!

Staying here was one of the highlights of our Yucatan vacation!! The pictures don't capture just how lovely and authentic this colonial home is. Super high ceilings, tonnes of space in every room, cool tiles underfoot - and the garden!! We are so grateful that we had this to come home to every day around 3pm when it is SO hot in Merida. Would not hesitate to book again and recommend to others.

Four old ladies from New England rented Casa Skylarkin for a week in January. We loved the accommodations and found the location perfect, as it was only half a block from Cafe Organico, a favorite breakfast place (Corner of C.73). It's hard to see, but look for the sandwich board on the sidewalk, next to Prognosticos Aimee. Cafe Lave, just down 73 is also a great find. The pool was refreshing and men came in to clean it in the middle of the week. Becca and Beto were quick to respond to questions and were very helpful. Outside entrance was beautiful, in an otherwise shabby area, but it felt very safe and the glorious interior made Casa Skylarkin a hospitable oasis! We were surprised that housekeepers came in and changed all beds in the middle of the week (not necessary, but nice!). We hope to return! P.S. Don't miss the ceviche at Marlin Azul!! And the beach at Progresso...only $1.25 each way on the air conditioned bus!

The house is in a great location , very roomy and comfortable. We lost power, as will happen at the beach. Maria Fernanda was helpful and checked in often to see if we needed anything. Would definately rent here again!

Muy amables, nos permitieron entrar antes por que teníamos un curso cerca de ahí. Se comunicaron antes y durante la estancia para que fuera lo más placentera estancia. Limpio y ordenado, súper recomendable.

We loved visiting Merida and staying at Mariana's beautiful home. We had four couples and there was plenty of room for each to have privacy but also come together for breakfast, share the pool and plan excursions and dinners. There are many activities to do in and around Merida, and we found having our own cars was very helpful for getting out into the larger area. Having garage space at the house was great, as street parking is a bit tricky by the house. Around town, we walked, as there are many great restaurants, museums and shops within close range. Additionally, it was very fun for us was having Mariana's housekeeper, Librada, make breakfast for us each day. She was a delightful person and a great cook! We would love to visit Merida again and if we do, we hope we can stay at Mariana's home again.

The house and amenities are good. The location requires a car to move around. It is a nice residential community. Not many businesses near by. Preferable to arrive during the day and not at night. It is very lonely. But we were able to move around well because the proximity to the beach and other tourists places. Overall it was a very good experience. Cristian and his crew were great.

This is a beautiful house- recently and tastefully designed and furnished with good facilities. The hosts were particularly accommodating, flexible and responsive. Definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful six-night stay at Casa del Árbol. The house is a beautiful combination of historic architecture and modern amenities. Lovingly restored and tastefully decorated with many personal touches, it has huge common areas spread over multiple rooms, exceptionally comfortable and private bedrooms, its own pool and second-floor terrace. Jérôme was an incredible host. He responded instantly to any questions. He was easily reachable and always in touch with incredible local and authentic recommendations. Gastronomy, sightseeing even birding ! This truly felt like concierge service or staying at the home of a local friend. Thank you Jérôme, merci, gracias.
