We all enjoyed staying at the Lodge. It was in beautiful surroundings that were quiet but within easy driving distance of shops etc. Secure garden area for our dogs (one of which is a jumper and he was unable to escape!) Welcome basket was a very nice touch. Coffee machine was a fantastic addition. Hot tub was brilliant. We loved that the cleaning and bathroom/shower products were free from harmful chemicals. The board games were a hit especially dog bingo! We would highly recommend staying here! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🐶🐶

Lovely location, the property was warm, comfortable and immaculate. Check in was super easy, Sarah is so quick to respond to any queries also! A lovely weekend away, thank you ☺️

We had a great stay at Miranda’s cottage. The bedrooms were so cosy, bathrooms spacious and spotless and the view from the kitchen was breathtaking. The children loved the garden, hot tub and the bunkbed room. The location was wonderful with lovely walks from the door and easy access the the rest of Dartmoor. We would very happily stay again!

We had a beautiful stay here! The lodge was lovely and clean with a great view. The hot tub was a perfect addition and we had a great time relaxing here. It is also a great location for getting to Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and other stunning places.

We loved this little cottage. The heating was on before we got there so it was so cosy arriving there on a february evening. Ruth left us milk and snacks and some freshly baked bread! The hot tub was much bigger and more high tech than we expected and very clean with a beautiful view. It was just the other side of the living room so our dog was happy with us being out there and not too far away.

Ceri and Daniel were wonderful hosts and the Cottage is simply stunning, with a perfect location. Will definitely come back! Thanks Both!

Perfect getaway location, with everything you might need easily accessible. Lovely little cottage, very clean, lovely and warm, nice big tv and very comfy sofa’s & bed. The cottage has everything you needed. Hot tub was nice and big and private…Host’s were very friendly with excellent communication. Will definitely return for another trip. This was the perfect stay! Myself and friends stay in Airbnb’s often to see each other as we live all over the UK and this was definitely the favourite. The host went above and beyond what you’d expect to find on arrival. Everything you could need was already there and the little extras were appreciated. The property itself and outdoor space was even better than pictures and was the perfect relaxing weekend. Communication was always answered straight away. Would 100% visit the property again!

We loved this cottage. It was close to the centre but it’s position made it feel tucked away from the main village. We loved the views and the feeling of spaciousness that looking down across the village gave us. We loved the cosy living room and the log burning effect gas fire was very realistic. The larder was very convenient for extra storage as we cooked every evening we stayed. We hope to come and stay again.

We had a great time during our trip, very peaceful place with beautiful views. The Ballroom Cottage at Cutthorne was very clean and cosy, adequately equipped for our needs. The hosts Chris and Freya were friendly and helpful . Many thanks Anna and Gavin.

Enjoyed our stay in Weymouth. Sally's place was far enough out to be quiet but still close enough to not be a burden. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely 4 night stay here - myself, boyfriend & doggo. The place was better than described with a high finish in every room of the cottage. A small but well thought out kitchen was more than enough for our stay, with everything we needed. The bedrooms & bathroom were a good size and comfortable for us. A second toilet is always nice to have, along with a washing machine. We visited the local pub, which was dog friendly and served tasty food.

Had a great stay at Julie's place for a long weekend! The place has everything you need and is very cosy and extremely clean! We particularly loved the fireplace and were very pleasantly surprised by the welcome gift for Vallentine's day and the fact that there was even a dog towel and treats :) Although the place is on a main street, it is very quiet and we had no issues, local amenities within 1-2 mins walking distance! Highly recommend!

Lovely cosy cottage in great location. Pleasant walk to the beautiful coast path and beaches. Well equipped, ridiculously comfy beds…would definitely recommend!

What a beautiful cottage! So warm, clean and spacious with all you could need - Caroline really has thought of everything! This trip was to celebrate a birthday and the card and wine on arrival was a lovely touch thank you again x We would love to visit again and would highly recommend to anyone seeking some peace and tranquillity, and yet you are close enough to visit all that East Devon and Somerset has to offer - a stunning location and such friendly helpful hosts, thank you again and see you soon!

We loved the Owls, we had an amazing stay. Very easy to find, lovely peaceful location. Beautiful settings and extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more. The hot tub was amazing, stayed super hot all night, matched with the blackness of night. Luckily we had a clear sky and was amazing to see all the stars. It was absolutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Ben & Katheryn were very hospitable, even leaving us a bottle of champagne for valentine’s. Very nice touch and was a pleasure to meet you ! I have no doubt we will be back !

The cottage was perfect for a quiet break in cold damp February! Beautifully cosy and warm, we loved the log burner, perfect for reading and relaxing. Fantastic walks and views straight from the cottage. The house was clean, linen good quality and had a fabulous shower. Harriet was friendly and responsive in communication. The cottage and grounds were dog friendly - lots of details thought of, from bowls and bed, to a gated entrance, outside tap and dog treats, Milo loved it!

A cosy cottage, with delightful wonkiness. We made use of the log burner, as it was still chilly in February. A quiet location which was an easy walk into town (with a real kicker of a hill at the end though – I’m glad it wasn’t icy!). David’s Fish & Chips were great as recommended, and Albero’s in town did delicious Italian style seafood. I’d happily stay again.

An idyllic setting for a quiet and relaxing Devon break. This is a comfortable, cosy and beautifully maintained holiday home and we so enjoyed our stay in Nancy’s cottage. It was a lovely welcome to have Nancy’s breakfast gifts which were much appreciated! We look forward to many more visits!

This accommodation is tasteful, immaculate and perfect for a quiet time away. Tina was helpful and responsive and check-in was easy. The attention to detail was wonderful and there was a Christmas tree - really festive! Jasmine Cottage is one of a group of cottages and would be perfect for larger groups of family/friends. We were only there for one night but wished that we could have stayed longer.

A fabulous place to stay. Exceeded expectations in all respects. It’s a beautiful, comfortable and quiet place in a gorgeous village. Linda is a wonderful host whose thoughtfulness and attention to detail makes this a delightful place to stay. Great local recommendations added to the experience.
