Una volta provata e assaporata l'atmosfera di questo magico posto e la bellissima energia delle persone che gestiscono tutto posso dire con certezza che quando tornerò in Toscana non ho più bisogno di cercare altro e diventare matto. Qui c'è tutto quello che cerchi quando pensi alla parola vacanza. Ideale anche per bambini. Oltre ogni aspettativa. Grazie ancora dei giorni passati insieme🙏

The place was easily to reach, close to several bus stops. also, clean and has enough equipment for a short trip.

Lorenzo and Alma were absolutely wonderful. Despite the delays in our arrival, they supported us throughout the entire process. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and very quiet. The stairs might be a challenge for some, but they weren’t an issue for us. I would definitely love to come back!

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist in Darias kleinem Häuschen bestens aufgehoben. Aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist es ein perfekter Ort. Nach Pisa/Lucca ist man schnell gefahren und dank der nahen Bahnstation (Romano/St.Croce, kostenloses Parken) ist man in einer Dreiviertelstunde ohne Stress in Florenz. In Cerretti selbst ist nicht viel los, es gibt aber einen kleinen Supermarkt. In den nahegelegenen Orten Buti und Quattro Strade isst man gut. Daria gibt wunderbare Tipps, auch für Ausflüge, Strand etc. und ist rund um die Uhr zu erreichen. Eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin! Das Häuschen ist liebevoll im Vintage - Cottage - Core - Stil ausgestattet. Das muss man aber auch mögen, wer Luxus erwartet, ist hier falsch. Wer hingegen uriges Landleben liebt, ist goldrichtig. Der Pool war eine Wohltat nach langen Ausflügen. Die Terrasse hinterm Haus ist wunderbar für lange Sommerabende, auch WLAN funktioniert dort. Ansonsten ist alles da, was man benötigt - reichlich Geschirr, Grundausstattung, Bettwäsche. Wie gesagt, die wunderbar herzliche Gastgeberin kümmert sich mit Hingabe. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war top!

Wir waren zu 5. in der Villa und es hat perfekt zu uns gepasst. Alles sah aus wie auf den Bildern und die Kommunikation zu den Gastgebern war schnell und immer sehr offen für neue Tipps für Unternehmungen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Man hatte durch die etwas abgelegene Lage Privatsphäre, konnte aber dennoch zu Fuß den Supermarkt oder kleine Restaurants erreichen. Ansonsten waren wir mit einem Auto mobil und waren in ca. 10-15 min in Lucca. Wir würden es alle auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!! Preis Leistung auch super☺️👍🏼

Appartamento incantevole davvero! Tutto molto pulito e ben arredato, Lucia e’ stata molto disponibile per aiutarci con il check-in, ottimo rapporto qualita’ prezzo e la zona e’ molto tranquilla. Approvato!

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

Casa típica Italiana, muito grande com quartos grandes e casas de banho igualmente grandes. Sendo uma casa típica Italiana, antiga embora com boa estrutura, recorda aquelas mansões muito grandes... decoração faz-se sentir em outra época! Lugar calmo. Anfitrião é 5 estrelas, sempre responde prontamente com soluções. Possibilidade de contratar serviço de Almoço ou Jantar para algum evento especial, no meu caso, aniversário que foi uma noite mágica, com jantar típico Toscano muito bem elaborado, decorado, saboroso com música ao vivo (jazz).

Our stay @ David Friendly Apartment was amazing. We got a very warm welcome when we arrived, from Gabriella & Manlio, who showed us how to access the private car park and how to open/close the automated gate. The apartment looked neat and tidy, functional and relaxing, with a spacious, well-lit living room where large door windows, allow sunlight to enter the room and brighten up the space. We enjoyed having a coffee sitting outside on the balcony, listening to the birds chirping while watching the natural view. The place looks well insulated and easy to keep warm. Carlo was easy to communicate with, and would promptly respond to our enquiries. We enjoyed the quietness, the simplicity of the surrounding environment and the peaceful minimal-style of the apartment interior design. The playful canvas present all around the apartment, and the numerous references to travels made us really feel on holiday, and gave us a real vibe of the host’s globe-trotter personality.
