Reggie's place was like a quaint cottage in the middle of London. Very responsive and friendly. Place was clean and smelled great. I felt secure with the private lock. Next to tibe stations and moments away from Earl's Court, South Ken, and Chelsea.

We had a wonderful Christmas week at Flagpole Cottage. The hosts' home was clean, welcoming and extremely well-equipped. We had everything necessary for preparing family feasts, having a wood fire, plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. Robin and Francine even left a beautifully decorated real Christmas tree for us the enjoy (and put our presents under), a very thoughtful touch. We enjoyed the hot tub and trampoline (we were lucky with the weather, cold but not rainy) as well as the local walks to pubs. We bought our Christmas turkey (ordered in advance) at the fabulous Flower Farm shop, which is nearby and is a great source for all things edible. Robin and Francine's guide to local amenities and activities is thorough and quite useful. Robin was very attentive and open to queries but everything was so clearly laid out we didn't really have any questions. One last thing - the gardens are exceptional - even in December! I was in awe - especially the topiary. The old yew trees! xx

Eravamo io e mia moglie ed è stato come essere a casa. Cucina ben fornita, spazi ampi, si vede che è una casa abitata. Due stazioni della metro a meno di 5 minuti ci hanno permesso di raggiungere tutte le zone di nostro interesse in modo agevole. Daniela è stata molto disponibile e pronta a rispondere sia prima che durante la nostra visita. Consigliatissimo.

Carol-Anne's place in Belsize Park is an outstanding base for taking in London. It's steps away from the Northern Line to get around town and Belsize, Hampstead and the rest of NW3 is right outside the door. Three of us were very comfortable. The place is clean, spacious, and fully-equipped with everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Close enough to things to be convenient but on a surprisingly quiet street. Every bed has some access to privacy. Debbie is so great at providing recommendations and letting you know what is what in the flat. A super great value in every way.

Fernando was very responsive throughout, from booking to the stay itself. The location of the apartment is close to Tube on the Jubilee Line, so it was really easy to get to all the main London attractions. Check in was very smooth and welcoming. The apartment was spotless, light and airy. There was plenty of space and a very well equipped kitchen. The bed, mattress, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. I would certainly recommend to all and if we were back in the area I would certainly look to stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

We visited Janets home for my Wifes 40th and there were 4 of staying, Janet was fantastic and helped with the exact trains to get and directions from the train which made the trip so easy from the get go, especially as we were not scheduled to get in until close to midnight but even this was not a problem. The appartment was lovely had all we needed and we would absolutely want to go back there again, the place was so peaceful. Great Host, Great appartment, great location, overall superb experience and had a great time.

We had an amazing time here, so private but a very short drive to get to the shops. The walks were beautiful and couldn’t have been better, right on our doorstep without having to drive anywhere. The cottage was clean and VERY cosy and Sally is very friendly. Hot tub is perfect with a beautiful sitting area next to it and provided with towels, sliders, and robes too. Would come back anytime, highly recommend.

We stayed here as our first AirBnB experience and it was excellent in all respects. This stay was just as we remembered it to be so we would stay again.

June's place was absolutely spot on. We used it as a landing pad to get in and out of Central London for a weekend. Four generations of my family stayed at the same time (12 people aged 8 months to 81 years) so it was important for us to have space to spend time together and also that we had access to our space in case we'd had enough of each other😂. The house is lovely and met our needs perfectly; really homely and well furnished🏡. Also perfectly placed for jumping on the tube which is just a 5 min walk 🚇 Jubed called around to see us before we left and it was great to meet him - he's such a helpful and fantastic host. Thank you so much ❤️

We had a wonderful time at Suzanne's place, it was great having a homely base, we enjoyed the selection of board games and the kids liked having a den to hide in. We were particularly impressed with how reliable and regular the buses in the area are! It's an easy walk to Stoke Newington Church St with lots of cute shops and cafes and a big playground at Clissold Park. We would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.

Sascha’s flat is a wonderful place to discover London. But it is so nicely decorated and furnished that you can also enjoy a relaxing time in the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped. You have a garden to sit outside. Holland Park (the park I love the most in London) is nearby. Undergrounds and buses are very close. We used Shepherds Bush for the Underground, it is a 10min walk. Buses to Kensington and Chelsea are even closer. The street is very quiet. I can only recommend Sascha’s flat. And she is a very nice person. Easy to reach, proactive and caring for her guests. It is her own flat and an authentic experience. I will come back.

Always a great place to stay when we are in the area! This is now our 4th time here! Great host, lovely food and snacks always makes it a fantastic stay!

Cosy and quiet cottage, beautifully and stylishly restored and furnished. A perfect bolt hole for our one night stay with our dog. Sam met us on arrival and was a charming, friendly and unobtrusive host. Little touches made a huge difference - bread, milk, butter, juice etc all ready and waiting for us. The place was immaculately clean. Couldn’t have asked for more and we look forward to coming again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à visiter Londre. Le logement était confortable et répondait à nos besoins. Le transport en commun est proche et facile d'accès.

This was perfect for our family!!! We appreciated that we were close to "central" London but enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and proxity to what we needed. Our family found restaurants we needed nearby on the nights we wanted to stay close by...including our first night in London. There was a great place a couple of blocks away (The Three Stags) on the way to the Tube station where we ate 2 of our 8 nights there. Public transport was close. We traveled mostly by underground, but we took buses to/from the Burrough Market twice...a must to visit if you enjoy food. We live in a county in California that has the 3rd largest farmers market in the state and thought we were spoiled. I realized we are not. That market is amazing!!! And this Airbnb location is so close to it. And I can't say enough about Harriet. If you have a question, she responds immediately. Thank you, Harriet, for helping to provide our family with such a memorable vacation.

Our second stay at this beautiful flat and we loved it even more than the first time. Truly a little oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city. We are so looking forward to going back!

Wendy was so kind waiting for us on our approach,,welcoming , helpful and very informative, the annex was cosy, comfy, homely and just what we both needed, plus she popped over some fresh milk as I’d forgetten to being some , we will return thank you so much

wow .... what a stunning place . pool is nice little chilly but ones you are in and swimming it was fine. amazing comfortable beds fully stocked kitchen and games room was just what we needed. thank you and we will be booking up again soon

Quaint little house in a quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful outdoor garden space. Everything provided, including some food items in the well supplied kitchen.

Warm and friendly, accommodating hostess . Very comfortable accommodation beautifully situated for walking into glorious local village and access to transport all over London.

Carmel was welcoming and had good advice on where to find local amenities. The facilities were clean and tidy. We had a good time and would recommend highly, definitely worth a visit if you like peaceful surroundings. Carmel was on hand to answer any questions we had whilst giving us the space we wanted. Amazing host.

We had a fabulous long stay in Susan’s house. The house was perfect, spacious and homely and in a great location near Clapham high st and Clapham common with lots of nice shops, parks and close to lots of public transport. Susan was very welcoming and responsive and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us during our stay.
