We loved this cozy, confortable and nicely decorated house. Perfect distance from the Center . Claudia is a great host. The guardians of La Arcada are very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to comeback .

The house is spacious clean and very comfortable. We stayed for five weeks to be close to our son’s family. There is a little tienda on the estate and a pool and park. It costs about $10 for an Uber to Antigua and there are lots of food deliveries nearby. We will book again

Our stay in Antigua was incredible! The property had breathtaking views of the volcano and beautifully designed rooms, each with its own bathroom—perfect for our group. The layout was spacious and ideal for relaxing together. The personal chef prepared a delicious dinner, and the pool added the perfect touch of ambiance—especially for our last night. Truly unforgettable!

A beautiful casa in an quiet, safe and optimal location. The housekeeper Elma was super responsive and was able to accommodate an early check-in. I look forward to staying here again because there's just so much to do in Antigua. Only downside was that sometimes the wi-fi was spotty.

Todo estaba muy limpio, Kevin fue muy amable y lo recomendaría con personas de cualquier país, y cumple con todo lo que se espera, volvería a hospedarme.

El lugar es excelente, la ubicación y las comodidades. El personal de la garita y el resto de personal operativo son lo mejor. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

I’ve been to Antigua a number of times and stayed in different AirBnBs. This place is nice. The onsite staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It is ~1 mile to Central Park. I usually walked to the gym and to grab lunch. However there were many times that I utilized the free onsite shuttle or used Uber, which relatively cheap in Guatemala. All-in-all, I’d recommend this place.

If you want stunning views, and some peaceful surroundings, stay here! You can see Volcán de Auga, Fuego and Acatenango! I had just hiked Acatenango and chose this place to relax mainly. At night you can see the lava on Fuego, it's amazing! The bed was comfortable, nice bathroom and kitchen. Gorgeous pool, again facing the most incredible view. It is a bit remote, but if you have a car, then you're fine, otherwise they can arrange Jose or Israel to get you to town or the airport. There are a few restaurants that you can walk to as well. I felt totally safe there travelling as a solo female, and the locals I passed by on my walks were so lovely. Overall such a beautiful relaxing place to stay. The hosts were great and responded quickly and arranged my transfers.

Carolina fue amable y atenta en todo momento. El alojamiento lo encontramos impecable, limpio, bien equipado, muy cómodo. Definitivamente nos volvemos a hospedar en esta propiedad.

Este lugar está hermoso, super cómodo y sobre todo cerca de todo. Tienes un mall que cuentas con restaurantes, tiendas para comprar cualquier cosa que olvidases & lo mejor de todo la Estación del buss que te lleva directamente para Antigua Guatemala! Lo recomiendo, tiene de todo para cocinar, es super frío pero ellos te tienen muchas frisas y un heater para que no pases frío! 100%% recomendable y los host siempre pendiente a todo❤️❤️

Staying at DeAnn’s place was a true pleasure. The beautiful, clean home left nothing for want and I immediately felt comfortable. The staff at the property were all so lovely and helpful, too! DeAnn goes above and beyond as a host and human. Her communication was flawless and had a list of recommendations from restaurants to beauty salons! Staying at DeAnn’s is a treat, not just because of the beautiful, peaceful property, but also because of DeAnn herself.
