Nuestra estancia en la casa de Jennifer fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta, justo en la playa, ofreciendo vistas espectaculares y un ambiente relajante. La casa está impecable y bien equipada, con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda y sin preocupaciones. Jennifer fue una anfitriona excepcional, atenta a todos los detalles y siempre dispuesta a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Disfrutamos cada momento y definitivamente volveremos. Una experiencia verdaderamente agradable en un lugar que ya consideramos nuestro segundo hogar.

Lovely little place, close to the beach and hot water was lovely. It’s about a 15minute walk to the boom surf break and 40min walk into the little town (transport recommended for this)

We are a Canadian couple who stayed in Drew's house for 2 weeks this February to surf the nearby breaks. From the very beginning, Drew was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions about the area. Drew is very responsive and always there to help. We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Drew's house. It was cool during the hot days and even though you are right in Asseradores it is a secluded and private property. There is an amazing bakery only a few minutes away too for fresh sourdough and cinnamon buns. Highly recommend.

beautiful cozy place and easy to find ! I would stay again at this place. My only recommendation is the staff should clean the Fortnite inside rooms. The cabinets had dust and items from previous owner ( I am not sure) and more towels would have been helpful Communicated to the owner regarding lack of batteries as some of the TV and AC controller didn't have batteries but didn't get a response, but we did a response when one of the AC unit were not working. Overall , good experience, but there is room for improvement

El lugar es impresionante, la casa es super amplia y hay espacio hasta para hacer una carnita asada, les recomendamos ampliamente el hospedaje de Eduardo. Queda cerca del centro de León y puedes descansar, ya que no hay ruidos molestos de la ciudad.

I was so impressed with this Airbnb the first hour I was there. This place was Impeccably clean. Minor issues were resolved immediately. This place was by far, one of my favourites. I just truly enjoyed this kind of outdoor living. The pool was an added bonus for those hot afternoons and evening dips under the stars. If you come across this listing, I would not hesitate to book it. It is a great central location.

The airBnB is really nice and it was clean. We had our own well equipped kitchen, some cozy chairs and a small swimming pool to cool down. Christell is adorable. When we asked here something she always helped us immediately. The only thing you have to know, the wall between the bathroom and the two rooms is open in the upper part.

Séjour paisible, plage très agréable pour les activités surf et autres loisirs. Il faut penser à faire ses courses avant d'y aller (chinandega) les petites épiceries aux alentours peuvent dépanner. Pensez à demander le point GPS pour l'accès à la maison pour plus de facilité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous avons adoré la maison et l'emplacement !!

Fantastic crew, especially Solleith. She was very responsive and kind. The property is located just north of the Boom within walking distance. Highly recommend Bismarck as an in-house chef, his food was fantastic! Thank you to everyone who made our stay one not to forget!

Gary & Lisa are great hosts. We loved our stay on this beautiful beach, and extended our stay from one week to two. The rancho is spectacular, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen is great. Spacious property with ocean breezes and gorgeous sunsets. We rented a motorcycle in town which made getting round fun and easy. Thank you so much for having us! Highly recommended!

We booked Randy’s house very last minute. He was quick to respond and what a treat it was to stay there. We have never stayed so close to the sea! The house is literally on the beach. You can flop out of bed, into the pool and on to the beach. Jacob (caretaker) and his wife are on site. They can give you tips about things but don’t interfere. I would really recommend transport here. We didn’t have any and things are pretty spread out. We ended up hiring motor bikes and putting out kids on the back. Best to get supplies from Chinendega to cook but can buy fresh fish. Didn’t want to leave. Perfect place to just stop

Great cozy place with a great AC. Perfect place to stay if all you need is a bed, bathroom, AC and a fridge. Super friendly and helpful host. There was no water in the neighborhood during part of our stay and they kindly brought us buckets of water to use.

Maria's place was beautiful! Big and spacious. The inside courtyard made you feel like you were in the countryside. The location was quiet and private even though it was right in town. We could easily walk to most attractions and restaurants. We highly enjoyed the spot!

La casa es muy bonita y cómoda, tiene ventiladores y aire acondicionado, lo cual se agradece para combatir el calor que hace en Chinandega, como en los comentarios, la carretera está cerca pero se pudo dormir bien, afuera de la casa hay bastante espacio y bastantes árboles que hacen que haya brisa en la casa.

Un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito, excelente anfitrión, lo recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera pasar una estadía tranquila y acogedora.
