Just a short walk to the boardwalk and night life, then to be able to come back to have peace and quietness was so satisfying. Don’t hesitate to book this property! It’s a must!!

Harrison's accommodations were terrific. We felt right at home in a very charming and well equipped apartment with plenty of room and lots of amenities. It is within less than a 5 minute walk to the metro station, and 10-15 minutes from a Safeway. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to see all the highlights of Washington, D.C. It's clean, comfortable, spacious and convenient. There are a handful of restaurants within a block, and just one stop down on the metro gets you to Barracks Row where there are tons of restaurants ranging from casual to high end dining. We loved it!!!

Thad is a great host. He went above and beyond in welcoming us. His communication was spot on. The property is beautiful and cozy. Hope we get to go back.

I enjoyed my stay here while attending a conference at the Hyatt Regency. It was quiet, clean, and convenient. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Chad was an excellent communicator and the place was perfect for a sisters' weekend. Great location - great cafes and wine locations close by and the capitol was a 10-minute walk. Just lovely. Would go back again.

Sharee’s place was a dream. We bought our dogs and infant son and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. There were clean towels and linens in every room, the kitchen was fully stocked (which was important to us because we cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner most days), and bathrooms were spotless. Beds and all furniture were extremely comfortable and sturdy. We traveled to Ocean City and Rehobeth and both locations were really close. It was always nice to come back to a peaceful neighborhood and home. Neighbors were also really friendly, so that’s a plus! We’ll be back and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone interested.

We love coming to Georgetown and love staying at Rick's place. It's perfect for us, and we can relax there. The house is beautiful with great amenities. My mom appreciates the walk-in shower. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture in living and dining rooms. Rick is a fantastic host. I highly recommend this home!

We loved our stay, everything was perfect. Our 20 months daughter was super happy to play with the toys in the house and the outdoor toys! Thank you for having us we will come back 😊

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a great neighborhood and a suitable stay for our needs. There were some hiccups with entry due to technical issues but the host was incredibly responsive, helping us solve these issues promptly. I would add the stairs are a bit steep inside, which was fine for us but just calling it out for those with mobility issues. Overall, it's a lovely home and will definitely be staying again for our next trip to DC.

Michelle's house was perfect for our family of 4. We traveled to the area to go to Busch Gardens and Williamsburg over Spring Break. The house was so clean and well decorated. We loved the big couch and giant tv for our evenings after we had spent the whole day on our feet. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place!

This is a fantastic clean condo with anything one would need to enjoy a stay in Rehoboth. The condo is close to everything. Very walkable into downtown Rehoboth, the beach is close - accessible via short bike or car ride & Dewey is only a couple miles down Coastal Hwy. Recommend!

We love staying at Sunset Island. This is the first time in a condo and it was perfect!

The best about Nika's place is the location. Is a block from the beach, and the amazing park is right behind the apartment. We went fishing every day at the pier, there were many people crabbing also. The building is a little dated, but once you get into the apartment it doesn't matter. The pool was also nice and clean.

Perfect . Felt right at home. There is great city Cape May near. Because it is holiday season, we spend time there. Thank you so much!
