We had a great time with friends and family over the weekend at your house. it was perfectly sized and spacious. The added advantage of having access to the clubhouse was a perfect arrangement for kids. Sharing a very few things that we think can be improved upon - a. Given the winters are off peak time for this beach town and the fact that outdoor amenities are not usable such as Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball courts, the clubhouse rate is steep. b. Having to carry our own linens is not that big an issue but does add more luggage. at least towels should have been provided. c. None of the toilets had any toiletries. It was clarified before the trip that toiletries will be provided so we were caught off guard. d. The powder room which is the only toilet in the first floor, did not have Trash Can. Otherwise, it was a good outing. There was something to do for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed. Lynn was generous enough and allowed early check-in.

Very nice place to stay! 40 mins from Ocean City, MD. Great place to stay for USSSA Nationals Tournament in Salisbury. Close to shopping centers and lots of restaurants. Townhouse was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive-would definitely stay here again.

I went to Deltaville to work on my boat and Tom's place Is a cozy place to come home to at night. We'll be coming back again soon.

The apartment was sooo nice! Literally loved everything about it . Ian communication was amazing. The roads are dark at night , to the point you have to use your high beams. As soon as you get to the main road , it’s lit up and there are so many stores. The water could have been hotter but it was good enough to get washed . I would definitely stay here again! The home is beautiful & convenient to the beach

Lovely home in a beautiful setting. A very cozy, restful winter holiday with great surroundings and beautiful views of the river Host was responsive and home is very well-equipped with an amazing kitchen. We enjoyed walking in the village, relaxing in the den, cooking meals, and playing with our dogs in the fenced yard.

This house is perfect for large groups. It is very spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the dock taking in the serene natural beauty of the Creek and observing the local birdlife, including Kingfishers, Great Blue Herons, and Bald Eagles. The house is situated very near to the entrance of Lookout Point State Park which we greatly enjoyed exploring on bicycles. Seeing a large wedge of Tundra Swans fly overhead was a special moment. If you want to spend some time relaxing in a beautiful setting in a beautiful and very interesting area with a large group, this house will serve you well.

Outstanding communication and the stay was 100% as described. Beautiful place and the sites were amazing. I highly recommend Violet and her property! So very welcoming and clean! Just a short walk to the boardwalk and night life, then to be able to come back to have peace and quietness was so satisfying. Don’t hesitate to book this property! It’s a must!!

Felt super comfortable there. Everything was in walking distance beach, great restaurants bars and we even utilized the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Loved the coffee set up and the quite seating area on the water out back. We def would recommend and would love to stay again!

Imperia's place was the perfect walking distance to a nearby family gathering and a great location right in town with easy street parking and an amazing bakery right down the street. The apartment was spacious and spotless, and the eclectic decor was a fun counterpoint to historic Snow Hill. There is plenty of seating at a spacious kitchen counter, but no separate dining table. Imperia communicated well and was responsive to our questions and needs.

Great location, very clean. Would definitely stay at Brooke’s place again. My family loved sitting on the deck reading their books and relaxing! Being pet friendly made our visit even better having our dog with us.

John was a great host, the place was as pictured and clean. Easy access and great communication from John. Location was A+ would stay again.

It was a really nice and peaceful weekend getaway. The place is right on the beach and the view is beautiful. The place looks like the photos and was really comfortable. The bed is kind of heavy when coming down from the wall, so just be careful. The shower was wonderful and the heater in the bathroom made a huge difference. There were plenty of seasonings in the kitchen which was helpful. The host was very friendly and proactive, so please feel comfortable that they will care if you need something done. The local restaurants were amazing and many walkable locations. Would definitely return!

Loved this little spot in Ocean City. Went for a girls weekend with my sisters and Colleen’s place was perfect for our retreat. Quiet neighborhood in walking distance of the beach. Would stay here again!

This location is perfect for easy beach access with lots of great food options nearby. You can catch the sunrise from the private balcony or on the beach just steps away. The unit was very clean and no maintenance issues. I will definitely book again.

it was nice to be kind of like in the woods, but only minutes from THE BEACH 🤩⛱️

My family of 5 has stayed at Beth's place going on 4 years in a row now. It's always been a pleasure. The neighborhood is still just as quiet and friendly. Bethany Beach has gotten a bit more popular, so driving to the beach has started to take a little longer from the community, but the short drive is still straightforward and mostly painless. My favorite feature of her home has always been the covered patio. There is nothing better than being outside in the summer without being "outside," lol.

Our family enjoyed our vacation and stay in Judie’s home. She was a very responsive host throughout our stay. The home had everything we needed and more- which made things very convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were all comfy and cozy and very clean. Bathrooms had all toiletries including makeup remover! We literally did not need to pack any towels from home because Judie had everything! We traveled with two kids ages 3 and 4 so the fact that she had beach toys and chairs for them and a wagon in the garage for us to use was very convenient. It was overall less things I had to worry about packing. We love the Bishop’s Landing community pools; the one pool is within a short walking distance from Judie’s home. The location to stores and restaurants are easy and quick as well. This is our second year staying in Bishop’s Landing and we hope to be back again. Judie’s home would be at the top of our list.

It was a wonderful stay in an absolutely gorgeous location. The back deck has an incredible view of the marshes and it’s very quiet and peaceful. I appreciated the lack of electronics during our brief stay. Kyle (the caretaker) was very helpful with recommendations of what to see and do and was immediately responsive if we noticed something missing like towels or paper towels. Maggie is very on top of answering questions and coordinating check in times. I would definitely stay again!

My family and I found this rental unit to be very clean and well kept. Rich was very responsive with the few questions that I had for him. I would recommend this rental to others!

Rajan was such a great person to work with leading up to and during our stay. The house was incredibly clean and just as described. More than enough space for our 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The location is fantastic with beaches and plenty of activities within a short distance. The three pools within the neighborhood were a great addition with two kids. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Beautiful condo and community. Went for an off-season getaway and was very happy they are dog friendly. The condo was clean and spacious. There were LOTS of steps to the second floor. Not a problem for us, just something to be aware of. We did not use any of the resort amenities but the community was quiet and a great place to walk the dog. Since it was a winter getaway, was hoping to cozy up by the fire however there was a tag on the mantel saying the gas was off due to a valve leak. It was dated 2021, so I guess they aren’t concerned with getting it fixed. I would stay here again.

Don't think about it for another minute - book this property. You will not be disappointed. While it might not seem possible, the pictures do not do this place justice. Everything was top notch from the accommodations to the decorating detail. The cleanliness was unmatched. We were welcomed with music playing throughout the house, fresh baked cookies and beautiful flowers. What a special way to kick off our 14th semi-annual girls weekend! The sunrises were too spectacular to miss, so that is how we started each day. We also took time to enjoy the sauna, crabs on the pier, a bike ride to watch the sunset across the street, use of both the firepit by the water and the gas powered fire on the porch, and one of us took a dip in the pool! The experience was so wonderful that we are already planning our next trip in the spring and look forward to treating ourselves to a stay at another one of their properties.
