Jill’s vacation home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 5 kids ages 1-13. The house was very clean and super cozy! Our family visited for Thanksgiving and we were able to prep our entire meal in the well-stocked kitchen and had room for all of us to sit to eat. The family room and kitchen area were large enough for us to all to play games, watch tv, and for the kids to play with their toys. The location was perfect, close to everything but far enough away to be able to sit outside peacefully (even though it was cold!) or take walks from the property. Jill was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed for our arrival. I would highly recommend this vacation rental! This was definitely one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in.

Paws and Reflect was simply amazing! We felt right at home and Dawn had thought of everything and then some. Very helpful and detailed instructions as well as recommendations, plentiful items to use in every room of the house, and each space was an exact match of photos and descriptions but we were still blown away when we got in and got to see it in person! The memory tree for dog lovers was such a unique and beautiful touch and we added our loved ones to it. So many things to do! The dock was nice for fishing, outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun and fresh air, fire pit, garage with pool table and other games was super fun, beautiful kitchen, spacious living area, and the main bedroom was a dream. Plenty of space for workouts, daybed was so comfy to read in, the bathroom had everything plus some. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Paws and Reflect and hope to be back in the warmer weather!

Great neighborhood. Close to everything. Activities, shopping, and dining all within walking distance. Even more shopping, activities, beaches and dining within a few minutes drive. Property was easy to find and has ample off street parking. Spotless inside and all amenities as described. Perfect setup for pet owners with fenced in yard. I highly recommend Bohdan's property if you're going to be in the Rehoboth/Dewey area.

Access to 2nd bedroom is through the master bedroom. Large yard good to exercise dogs. Nearby restaurants open late. Back Street Grill in Salisbury was comfortable with good food and service.

Great location. A lot of things closed when visiting out of season in the region but we still found things to do.

Booking with Chad made my family vacation a breeze. Super accommodating, very considerate and friendly. Beautiful home and lovely atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend and would book again.

I have a whole new standard for what an Air BnB should be like after staying here. To say this beautiful place was just perfect is an understatement. Every little detail was amazing! Our dogs had the best time, we had the best time, and it was so nice to have space for them and not have to worry about them while on vacation. The fenced in area out back for them made it so easy, no leashes needed. I’m can’t say enough about this place. Location was PERFECT, amenities were more than we could’ve imagined and the pictures don’t do this beautiful gem justice. 100 out of 10! Highly recommend. We will definitely be back next year, and this is our new OCMD go to for sure! Thanks to the best hosts we’ve ever been lucky enough to have. This was our best vacation yet! Can’t wait for the next one!

Liz’s place is private and quiet. Good walkable neighborhood for my dog. Clean and had everything I needed for a weekend beach getaway! We will be back!

The house was huge—there was lots of space for everyone!! The WiFi was not working, but Marcia came right away and fixed it. The beds were comfortable!

House is in one of the best spots for easy in and out of inlet access to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Gives you an extremely personal, and private way to thoroughly enjoy beach life environment. Doug was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Hospitality beyond expectations, which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

This was a fantastic place for a relaxing break between the holidays! I loved being right on the river, it was so serene and comfortable. The house was wonderful with the windows looking right out onto the river. I'd definitely recommend this place and hope to return. Cheryl was there to greet me when I arrived and sent great information about things to do in the area.

This was such a great stay. From the start the owner was in contact with me weeks before our arrival. Andrew, who is the property manager, was very helpful and responsive. From the owner to the manager, everyone was very accommodating and you felt right at home. The property is beautiful with water all around. Would highly recommend staying here.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Delaware! The home was clean, beautiful, and just as described. Serena was easy to work with and very responsive. With the pool, access to the bay, walkable neighborhood, and close proximity to restaurants and the beach, we would love to stay here again!!

This spacious 3 bed, 2 bath home is perfect for families seeking comfort and convenience. The generous living space offers plenty of room for everyone, with well-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The dining area was great for meals, and the kitchen is equipped with appliances and ample counter space. One of the standout features is the home's prime location, directly across from the community pool, making it ideal for summertime fun and relaxation. The neighborhood is friendly and safe, with excellent restaurants nearby. This home truly offers the best of both comfort and convenience, making it a perfect choice for families looking to vacation in OC.

Absolutely fabulous experience! We stayed during a very low key time (Christmas+) but were able to find lots of fun things to do (shopping in St Michael’s [don’t miss The Blue Heron for the best caffeine], driving tour of Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, etc.). We got incredible photos during sunrise/sunset, safely walked-ran on the neighborhood roads, enjoyed the fire pit, and thoroughly rested and relaxed. So grateful we chose Jon’s home for 5 days/4 nights of R&R ❤️

Wonderful 3-night stay in a very cute rental home! Great communication with the owner and she even let us know that we could enter our rental hours before the official check-in. The home was very clean and I would recommend!

Lara and her home was great! We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like we were right at home, and we weren’t too far from the boardwalk and all of the fun but it felt nice coming home to a quiet, peaceful, clean neighborhood. Lara’s home was just as pictured very clean and she was very responsive. We will definitely keep Lara’s home in mind when coming back to Ocean City.

James, has a beautiful home and we had a great stay. His house was immaculate and everything needed for our stay was on hand. There was exceptional attention to detail in everything important and even less important areas. Nothing was overlooked. The TV is amazing, many choices of coffee, snacks for humans and dogs, cold drinks, great WiFi, wonderful bedrooms, kitchen bathrooms and showers, I could go on and on. James’ place is certainly in the top 1% of all the places we have stayed. If we are in the area again, I won’t even bother looking for alternatives.

My fiancé and I went away for the weekend and we brought our dog with us. We all loved the stay! It felt like home. Brett was very responsive throughout the entire booking, before and after! I will be booking with Brett again!

We had a wonderful stay. The location in uptown Ocean City is peaceful and the neighborhood is idyllic. The house is very clean and exactly as pictured. I definitely recommend this house for families visiting OCMD!
