Excellent cabin for big group stays. Many toilets, showers and bath facilities. Well appointed kitchen and home. Big space with many areas to sit, lounge and hang out. Super helpful host - she came when we were leaving and saw us stuck in the snow and she helped shovel and together with the snow plough team, helped to get us go on our way. Thank you so much!

Nous avons passé deux nuits parfaites en famille dans cette magnifique maison traditionnelle. L’espace est très grand, chaleureux et parfaitement équipé — il ne manquait absolument rien. Tout était bien pensé et les instructions dans la maison étaient claires et précises. La maison est située dans un quartier très charmant, calme, loin de l’agitation du centre, et à seulement deux minutes à pied de la ruelle historique de Nakamachi, l’un des plus beaux coins de Matsumoto. Un lieu authentique, confortable et idéalement placé. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

We stayed a wonderful couple of nights in Shoko’s Fuji home. It’s a beautifully designed property with so many lovely thoughtful touches. And so close to iconic spots and amenities. Shoko herself is a very attentive and helpful host and made us feel right at home. She preempted our every need and went out of her way to make us comfortable. Would absolutely recommend. It was the perfect round-up to our 2 week trip.

山梨is extremely responsive and very helpful. She helped us checked in seamlessly and explained how to use the various equipments in her house. She even recommended us where to go for sightseeing and shopping places where locals go. The amenities in her place is the most complete that we have come across. Everything that you need to feel at home, cook at home etc are all there. We highly recommend her place, esp in those seasons where the sky is clear and one can seat outside to enjoy the nature and slip a drink. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

リビングは薪ストーブがありとても暖かく快適でした。客室は寒かったですが、ストーブや湯たんぽを用意してくださり、暖かく休むことができました。 お風呂は1つのみですが近くに温泉施設がいくつかあるので何も問題はありませんでした。 大人数での滞在でしたがひろびろと過ごすことができとても良かったです。 ホストの方がとても親切でメッセージへもすぐに返信していただけたため安心して宿泊することができました。 ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。

スノボ帰りに利用させていただきました。 広く清潔で、室内で焚き火が出来る点が個人的に嬉しかったです。 また機会がございましたらご利用させて頂きたいです。

We did have a great stay here. The location is ideal for the Nakasendo walk. We had ideal day for walking through villages from Magome to Nagiso among blooming cherry trees and through cedar forests. Narai town was also wonderful for a day trip. What an atmospheric place. So great access to these places. That said, the accommodation was rustic and charming. But, as it was early April, the heating was not quite adequate in evenings and mornings. Also, though there were stools in the dining area, you will need to be happy to sit on the floor as there is only one bean bag chair. Beyond that, kitchen facilities were fine and shower was great. The host was really fantastic and helped us immensely when my friend lost his credit card. So, all in all, a great stay, but be prepared for a bit rustic and maybe a bit cold if it’s early or late in the season.

It’s my second time and i really love the place and the manager she’s so nice and helpful, recommend for anyone going to Fuji to stay here

The place looks old in photo but it was very clean and the appliances were pretty new. It was a spacious place for a Japanese apartment. Truly enjoyed our stay there. Only cons was it took us awhile to find the apartment as the building is located within the other estates. Google map wasn’t helping. Check in was smart. Truly impressed by the contactless check in process too.

This place is right near the Majestic Mount Fuji. A walk across the road and you can witness Mount Fuji. The facility is fully furnished, kitchen is well equipped with great variety of utensils which are good for cooking almost anything. It has a gas stove which could be added advantage for fast cooking. It has two heaters and one airconditioner which make the stay comfortable during day and night depending on the weather. Katsuyama Bus Stop is 500 m away while Green Line (Saiko) is 800 m away which make it possible to use public transport (Need to be mindful about bus time and plan accordingly as anywhere else in Japan). Best part is the host, Tatsuki who has been very kind in helping us with many things, be it taxi, prompt re-fuelling of heater to count a few. Really look forward to be here if I ever come back to Kawaguchiko.

Super logement. Nous avons adoré séjourné dans ce lieu. La vue sur le mont Fuji est incroyable. Proche de tout, vélo à disposition gratuitement pour explorer et logement très confortable. J’y retournerais avec plaisir

I’m very grateful for the Host’s hospitality! As a photographer, I need to be at places for sunrise and the public transportation system isn’t the best. So what did the Host do? He let me use his electric bike to get around the city and lakes and it was a HUGE help! What would take me an hour and a half via bus/train took me around 30-35 minutes max to arrive. He went above and beyond to make use my stay was satisfying.

リビングがほぼ全面庭側窓で、大雪だったので窓から見える降り積もる雪が見え、特に夜はcozyでとても素敵でした。 ベッドも快適で、マッサージチェアもあり、素晴らしい空間でした。 何よりホストの方の返答が早く、現地の天気やローカルのおすすめ等を詳しく説明して下さり大変ありがたかったです。

温かいホストの方で、お返事もすぐに下さり、安心して滞在ができました。ハイシーズンは予約を取るのが大変そうですが、また夏に来たいです。 入ると、とても良い木の香がしました。 薪ストーブは、以前使ったことがあったのですが、こちらのものは火が簡単につき、燃え尽きずに長く持ったような気がします。良い性能のものなのかな？と思いました。 機密性の高いお部屋と聞いた通り、外は雪でしたが、中はぽかぽかで半袖でOKでした。床暖房もあるので、底冷えもせず快適に過ごせました。

Nataria’s place is beautiful and clean. The lodge looks exactly as shown in the pictures. The airbnb is located in a very quiet and beautiful forest. Tourist attractions are easily reachable as well which made this the perfect place to stay. Nataria was very welcoming and flexible. We would definitely stay there again!

タブレットでのチェックイン手順が若干わかりにくかった以外、特に問題なく、閑静なロケーションにしっかりメンテされた状態のハウスを使えて、家族ともども大変満足しています。また、このあたりに来るチャンスがあった場合は利用を検討したいと思います。

とても楽しかったです！

子ども連れ4家族での滞在でした。多家族、子連れには大変おすすめの宿泊でした。 畳のお部屋が4部屋、洋室が2部屋で、一階の共同トイレの他にも各部屋にトイレがあり便利でした。また温泉も2つあるので、大人数でも混まずにスムーズにお風呂タイムを楽しめました。(順番を待つ人は、酸素カプセルで待つなどなかなか充実しました。) 電波が通らないのですが、施設にあるフリーWi-Fiで事足りたので我々の中には困った人はいませんでした。 場所は周辺を気にしなくてよい自然の中で、室内はとても綺麗に掃除されていました。窓からの景色も素晴らしかったです。 唯一、サウナが使えなかったのが残念でしたが、またの機会を楽しみにしています。 小さめのキッチンなので、大人数のお料理を作るには少し大変かもしれません。ハルニレテラスからも30分ほどの位置なので、美味しいデリやパンを買ってきて食べるのも良いかもしれません。 お子さん連れの方は、天気次第でお庭で遊んだり電動スクーターなどで十分に遊べますが、室内でも遊べるボードゲームや折り紙など子どもが楽しめる何かを持って行くと良いかもしれません。 とにかく、家族みんなが本当にストレスフリーに十分ゆったりと楽しめる最高の施設でした。どうもありがとうございました。

Truly pet- friendly hotel, lots of pets supplies prepared in the living room which is so sweet and relived. The house is so clean and well-equipped, we can find basically everything in the house. The view is also gorgeous, having breakfast at terrace was an enjoyable experience. Great space for vacation and relaxing with family and group of friends.

The house is just as special and welcoming as the photos look! Gorgeous design and attention to detail. Very memorable stay with the vinyl records and wood burning fireplace. Matt and Maya were exceptional hosts and really went out of their way to help us figure out taxi situations as we had forgotten to get an international driver's license. Don't forget this if you haven't already applied for one as you can't rent a car in Japan without one! Enjoy the stay!
