This was the perfect spot for our family of four while visiting the city for a running event. Jon was very responsive and friendly and gave us a tour on arrival. The place is exactly s pictured, immaculately kept with practical and stylish design. Fresh flowers on the table was a lovely touch 👌 I only wish we had stayed long enough to make use of the hot tub! We would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you.

It's the second time we've stayed at Rosebank. It's a perfect apartment - comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful place and feels like being in a boutique place - it's finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings. Josie is friendly, accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. It's well placed, a short walk from town and good restaurants and a lovely pub on your doorstep too. Will definitely be back.

Kristin's apartment was lovely - it was very clean, well furnished and beautifully designed. We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. Kristin was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at 7 Harpers Yard between Christmas and New Year. The location is perfect, it’s a stones throw away from all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Parking was super handy onsite and the property felt safe and secure. Very clean and looks as per the pictures. Steve was super quick at responding. I would 100% book here again

Lovely Annexe, so much storage, lots of cleaning products, Host friendly and very helpful. Area peaceful and quiet, free parking. Area lite well when returning in dark, felt safe. Could cook own meals which is great. Host gave me a large bag and was happy to wash bed linen and towels. Lovely local pub, food great. Local to family and friends. Would definitely recommend. Tucked back from the road hence completely noise free. Responsive host. Lovely kitchen area.

Louisa is a wonderful host. She was happy to accept my enquiry to stay at her accommodation at very last minute. The annexe was very nice and modern, and a nice private space for a couple to stay in. Me and my family stopped off here for a night on our way to a wedding nearby. Bob was a very friendly host and took the time to show us around on arrival, put a sign out on the main road for us to look out for, and took my parents for a walk down to the canal nearby. Jane kindly explained the route to our wedding too. The annex was spotlessly clean, nicely appointed, a well-stocked kitchen (utensils-wise), and the hosts had kindly provided a cot for our small baby. Access into the property is via a driveway off a layby as you come off the roundabout, but there was ample space to pull into the layby, and plenty of room on the driveway to park multiple cars. The only minor issue we found in the master bedroom (which didn't impact our stay on the whole) was that the windows were quite draughty at night - we solved that by just tucking the curtains up onto the window ledge. As I say, we were only there for a night, but was a great find. Thanks

It was a nice and tidy house, exactly right for what we needed in this occasion. Surely this solution will be on the top of our list for the next visit to Warwick. Highly recommended

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

We had a lovely two day stay at Brenda's place with our two boys. The house itself was spotless, with a lovely garden and in an amazing location right next to a play park our 3 year old loved. Brenda was extremely responsive and the bag of baby toys left out was a nice touch!

Fantastic location and great ownership. I am working nights and they had the kindness to ask if I wanted to check out later to allow me to get more sleep.

No problems at all we loved our stay really welcoming and a really nice annex beautiful patio/garden area Airbnb owners are very chilled really lovely and accommodating. We have been back for our second stay and we will be back again in the future.

Great spot. Private. Homely. Everything you needed whilst you’re away from home. Hosts were very helpful and gave us directions to the racecourse, only known if you’re local 😉 Nice touch with the fresh milk, selection of tea/coffee/sugar etc and toiletries. Warm and cosy. Bed extremely comfortable, extra throws and blankets too. Definitely use it again, but need to be quicker off the mark.
