Ian’s place was a dream. Such a beautiful spot and cozy cabin. I mean, you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful view. We even saw an otter out on the shore! Quiet, peaceful, beautiful. Any nature lover’s dream plus close enough to the city to go see and do. I would 100% stay here again.

Remote feeling but 5 minutes from Waterbury and 20 from Burlington. Great location for hiking, walking, biking and all that Vermont towns and cities have to offer. Thanks for offering this gem.

The place was everything we expected and more! Lynn was super nice and helpful, we informed her that we were running early and she let us check in to the Airbnb 40 minutes early. We loved having all that space to explore with the dogs. It truly was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. I would love to come back in the fall!

Beautiful location right on the lake. Quite and isolated but only a 25 minute drive in to Burlington. A nice rustic cabin but with all the comforts of home.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property! The outdoor shower was really relaxing and fun to try. The bed was comfortable with great linens. We enjoyed the walkability of the neighborhood and had a great meal at one of the recommended restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay again!

We had a great stay here! Upon arrival, we experienced some difficulty getting up the driveway, but Tony came to our rescue—even at 1 a.m.—which we truly appreciated. The Tiny House is incredibly homey and cozy, just as described in the listing. We felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. We would definitely book again for our next trip to Bolton Valley. Highly recommend!

The cabin was situated perfectly on the lake. It was chilly outside when I was there but the view from inside the cabin was beautiful!

We have truly never had an Airbnb experience as wonderful as this one! We brought our dogs, and Sergjio was so welcoming to us and them from day 1, including towels and bowls for the dogs, and a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, and fresh eggs for us! We have never felt as comfortable as Sergjio made us feel regarding having the dogs with us, and there was a great outdoor space for them to enjoy. The cabin itself was even more beautiful than pictures can convey, and it is such a peaceful, private spot, despite being next to the main home. Sergjio was very responsive the whole time, and so kind when we met him in person too! He gave us great hiking recommendations nearby, but his property has so much to explore too. The location is also great, about 25 minutes to Burlington and less than an hour to Stowe. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to book our next visit here!! We will definitely be back!

One of the best AirBnB experiences we have ever had! Perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood in Burlington, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. On site parking and a backyard with a hammock to enjoy the beautiful Vermont summer. The home is even more spacious than it appears on line and beautifully decorated throughout. Bright, cheerful and well outfitted for a family stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed everything about this guest house stay. The location is private and beautifully situated with views and lots of light. It feels completely private from the main residence. The furnishings are beautiful, clutter-free and updated. We appreciated the level of cleanliness and comfort of this stay. A peaceful location and easy drive into Burlington. Highly recommend!

Serene and well designed, Gabriel's Tiny Timber home provided a peaceful respite from a bustling weekend of wedding activities just up the road. Waking up in the comfort of the tree tops with the quiet of falling snow was a welcome break. This tiny home has everything you need for a restful escape. Make sure you watch the youtube videos on how to arrive, especially if arriving after dark, and bring a flashlight.

Great spot! We were up for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay in Essex- the location was perfect and super pup friendly as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Stayed here for a short getaway to disconnect and it was totally worth it. The place is really quiet/private and clean, but also close enough to the city that it wasn't difficult to find urban things to do if we felt like it. Although we did spot a couple of critters, it did not bother us at all since the cabin was superbly clean (and it is situated in the woods after all). Overall a really great experience and would 100% recommend!

Everything was perfect. From the decorating details to the lavish dog run, this was exactly what we needed for a short stay for a family of four + two dogs. The amenities were wonderful, the hosts extremely responsive, and every detail of the listing was spot on. You can tell the hosts have invested into the space and it pays off, it felt like every detail was intentional and thoughtful. Super drivable to downtown Burlington but we also enjoyed walking the local rail trail, walking to the co-op grocery store, and walking to Switchback Brewing for dinner. We definitely recommend and hope to return!

My boyfriend Alex and I stayed at Bonnie’s cabin over Christmas, and had the most magical time. Bonnie’s cabin definitely lives up to the hype - it gives you the cabin life with newly renovated modern amenities. Bonnie is also a super responsive host and she made us feel right at home. Love Mika's place so much! This is our second stay and can't wait to come back. Simple perfection. Loved visiting the farm animals, the friendly big dogs, the beautiful lake and yoga studio. Just a hot plate and toaster oven but still managed to cook full dinners in the minimalist kitchen. All the essentials with elegance and style. Wish we could spend all our vacations here!

We loved this tiny home. It was perfect for our needs as a couple who frequently camps. We were spoiled having a bed and a roof, as well as an shower with hot water. The space was comfortable and clean, and we did not have to worry about temperatures dropping during the colder nights. The hosts were responsive and provided plenty of instructions on how to get the most out of the stay. With so many hiking trails nearby, it was easy to enjoy the scenery and immerse into nature for a weekend. We highly recommend staying here and we would love the opportunity to return!

This “tiny” cabin in the woods was an incredible place to stay!!! The tall ceilings make it so even with the often bed there is tons of room to stand freely. We had zero issues with the compostable toilet-no smell at all! Kitchen is basic but perfect for making an easy breakfast, and the grill is great for dinner - steaks and veggies! We were incredibly warm and cozy with the gorgeous wood stove. The best part: the views and trails. We sat outside by the fireplace watching the sunset and walked the beautiful wooded trails! Best suited for young, able-bodied adults who can handle a gravel walk, steep ladder, and high toilet. We love this hidden gem in the woods!
