Great apartment, spotless and with a great “welcome pack” We would definately stay here again.

The villa is lovely, the outside space was our favourite, and the pool is a must-have in the August heat. You need a car because as not a lot of bars, or shops in walking distance, so the use of Tania's car was an absolute bonus. Coral bay is nice and only a 10-minute drive Just a perfect, quiet and relaxing holiday.

You just have to visit this place, it's practically perfect!

Villa Malibu was a great place for our company workation. Communication also went very well with the team. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Stayed in this beautiful house with 4 friends. The view and pool were amazing and so was the host. The house itself was a bit hard to locate with the adress listed so be sure to follow directions to the coördinates that are provided.

The villa is located on the hills overlooking Peyia providing a wonderful view of Coral Bay and it's surroundings. The villa is part of a small set of similar villas all located off one of the main roads leading into town and about 15 minutes walk from the supermarket and local taverns. It is set out over three levels (at the bottom a private pool; well maintained; middle floor kitchen and spacious living area. top are the bedrooms) providing a real sense of space and calm overall. The villa is well provided in terms of kitchen equipment; aircon; decent wifi etc. We did have a couple of issues (eg faulty cooker fan causing power to short) but the owners were quick to respond and address the issue. This is a lot of villa for the price and would suit any family/group who wishes to have their own zen space a little removed from the busier areas. Set in a hilly area with a lot of stairs between floors it may not suit those with young babies or with mobility issues, otherwise highly recommended.

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at Villa Anna and we definitely recommend it! It felt just like visiting our grandparents’ house in the village, combined with a touch of modernism. The beautiful garden and quiet neighborhood made our stay even more enjoyable. One thing to note: while the listing offers a two-bedroom house, only one bedroom is available for use. If you’re not a couple, it's best to inform the owner in advance. Overall, a lovely experience!

Villa Papaya is a spacious and comfortable villa in a perfect location near the Pafos promenade along the sea. There are several nice restaurants nearby. The villa features a courtyard and two balconies, offering shaded spots to relax in privacy. We stayed there with our friends and had a wonderful time. The villa is highly recommended for large families or groups of friends.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! I stayed for a month while working remotely, and it was perfect. The location is excellent, just walk to the beautiful Harbor and SODAP Beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Having a parking space available was a big bonus, especially for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great mix of work and leisure!

Endroit calme et reposant avec une vue magnifique. La grande piscine, rien que pour vous, est bien adaptée aux petits et aux grands. Pambos est un hôte très réactif. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Moronero Villa is a very special place. It is a historic stone building set in peaceful mountain surroundings. It has been refurbished and furnished in a style that fits its history and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Episkopi does not have any shops. There is only a restaurant run by the friendly Costas but it is only a 20 minute or so drive from Paphos, beaches and the airport. Savvas did everything he could to make our stay run smoothly. When the coffee machine stopped working he delivered a brand new one the same day! Highly recommended.

Cozy apartment in great location. Sofronis is standing out as a thoughtful and generous host. The place is well-equipped with all what is needed for a foreign in Cyprus, including electric adapter and cables for charging the phone. With a fringe benefit, next building there is a great local, non-touristic, Grill restaurant. We would love to return and stay longer while touring Paphos.

The house was a lot bigger than expected, and had a great location! Everything that we needed was there, and the hosts were very friendly! We would definitely come back again, the access to the sea, and walking into the centre was perfect!

Spent 65 days at Tracy’s home and loved every minute. Location was good - close enough to join in or just relax around the pool. The flat had everything we needed and the view of the sea from the flat was amazing. Tracy left a lot of local information for us which was very useful. The bus service is outstanding. John and Tamara the caretakers of the complex were always on hand to help and were a wealth of local knowledge and suggestions of places to visit. . A car is useful for exploring. Would highly recommend a visit to this bit of paradise.

Wir waren als Freundesgruppe mit 9 Erwachsenen für eine Woche in der Chez Max Villa, die unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertraf. Unschlagbarer Blick aufs Meer, sauber und ordentlich mit einem geräumigen Wohn-/Ess-/Kochbereich im Erdgeschoss. Die 5 Schlafzimmer (3x 2 Einzelbetten, 2x Doppelbetten) verfügen jeweils über ein eigenes Badezimmer! 3 Schlafzimmer im 1. OG, jeweils eins im EG und UG. Es gibt einen großen Außenbereich mit überdachtem Essbereich mit Grill, einer Lounge und großer Terrasse am Pool. Dieser ist nicht beheizt, daher war das Wasser im April noch etwas kühl, aber man konnte sich trotzdem gut erfrischen. Pegeia ist ein netter Ort mit Supermärkten und Tavernen (ca. 30 min zu Fuß). Perfekte Umgebung für Unternehmungen: Paphos, Polis, Akamas National Park, Avakas Schlucht sowie zwei der Schiffswracks <30 min mit dem Auto. Sehr hilfsbereites und kommunikatives Management-Team vor Ort, die all unsere Fragen schnell beantworteten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had a lovely stay as a big family at this place. We have travelled to this region a lot as a family but never stayed in this villa or area. We really enjoyed the different area, very quiet and peaceful and the villa was spacious and had everything we needed. The outside space with the sofas was a great place to relax and socialise as a family. Many villas don't have this but we find it really important to have a good space outside to relax in. Highly recommend this villa

We spend at Alexandras place 1 week. Everything was so great. Nice villa in 3 floors, great pool with private chairs, not many people around pool. Location is perfect! Nice local area restaurants just around the corner( left side). There were opportunities for breakfast and dinner. Nearest supermarket was 600m in front of Alexander hotel. It was not big but they had stuff for breakfast like cheese, ham, eggs, fruits, vegetables, beverages and also alcohol. Nice sandy beach was just in front of Alexander hotel as well. Sunbed was 2.50€. Paphos promenade and harbour with lots of restaurants were at walking distance. Also a bar street if you are looking for nice party. We usually started our weekend in some restaurant, then took a cocktail in TA BANIA bar, then Flairs bar with nice party atmosphere or glamorous Loft club and if it was not enough then party continues in Rainbow club :D Villa itself had everything you need. It was clean and spacious with 3 floors, 3 bedrooms 2 showers and 3 toilets. Upstairs is nice terrace with sunbeds. Lower floor at garden area there was nice private seating corner. All rooms had air condition and EU plugs added. I recommend that place and would go back.

Très belle maison, en retrait, pensée avec beaucoup de goût dans un cadre magnifique et avec une vue superbe. Maria et son mari son très réactifs et ont su parfaitement nous aider à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Nous recommandons vivement.

een prachtig huusje met alles erop en eraan, een warm welkom door Sylvia en haar man en 2 hondjes. we mochten van alle zitjes in de tuin gebruik maken. Sylvia reageerde supersnel als we een vraag hadden. als je een rustige en prachtige omgeving zoekt op korte rij afstand van meer drukte, dan is dit een fantastische plek! wij hebben een superfijne week gehad! This villa was lovely,even more so than the photos spacious ,clean just lovely,the pool was a lovely size ! We had a fabulous time ! Pradeep was the perfect host ,always answered any questions,very helpful,we also had a late flight so all the shops were closed but Pradeep had left us some milk,bread etc just a lovely touch ! The area itself is beautiful very peaceful,private ! Lovely villa Lovely host !!!

We spent an amazing and relaxing month at this lovely townhouse in Peyia. It is super clean and extremely well equipped for long (and short) stays, with lots of extra towels, linens, and tons of kitchen equipment. The views from the back decks are amazing - we watched a fabulous sunset every night of our stay. The furniture is comfortable throughout, and would be well suited to both small groups and larger family stays. Both Terry and local property manager Aimee were great to work with, helpful, and responsive. We had an outstanding stay and would love to stay again! 10/10!
