Great place to stay! The property is well-maintained, and I absolutely loved the aesthetic vibes throughout the home. I really enjoyed the natural light piercing through the sunroom and spent most of my time in the covered patio area. I also appreciated the peaceful location; it felt like we were the only ones on the street. I will definitely revisit soon!

This was a great place to stay based on location. It’s across from the pool and hot tub area. And about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It’s also easily accessible from the main road area. When we checked in, we had a little bit of an issue with heat being on and it being stuffy in the house. I sent a couple messages and it was shut off the next day. (The air/heat is controlled by the owner remotely). The kitchen has limited cooking supplies but had what we needed. The house is very roomy and the 7 of us enjoyed our time here. I would recommend to anyone staying in the Destin area.

Great house for our girls’ trip. The accommodations were nice, clean, and comfortable making for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was its convenient proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this house. Looking forward to coming back.

We really enjoyed the well furnished kitchen! Seating was nice for games and relaxing. Nice cotton sheets! Very clean- Just a couple Mile drive to the public beach.

We had the most wonderful experience at this beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, especially for our kids. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that felt like home. The amenities provided for children were fantastic! From toys to high chairs, everything we needed was right at our fingertips, which made our vacation stress-free and convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions we had, which added a personal touch to our stay. The location couldn’t have been better! Just a short walk to the beach, we spent countless hours enjoying the sun and surf. Plus, there were plenty of shops and amazing restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food options that we loved exploring. This was a perfect spot for our family vacation. This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

We loved our stay at this home. It was extremely well equipped in the kitchen and plenty of backyard things to do with the pool, spa, ping pong, sand box, and games. The location is only 2 blocks from the beach which made it easy to do when we wanted toes in the sand. Destin Commons shopping was also a few blocks away. Matthew was very responsive to our requests and addressed most of our issues quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house had great accommodations very comfortable inside furniture to fit a large family. The outside set up was wonderful as well. The patio furniture was very nice, but not very comfortable. Overall we had a fantastic week. The outside ice machine was awesome and the double refrigerators were exactly what we needed!

We absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we could have needed! The house was amazingly clean! We really appreciated the extra pillows and towels along with the super comfortable beds!! We loved everything about the house and you can tell that Kiersten puts so much effort into making her place a wonderful place to stay!

Great location, beautiful pool, and a safe neighborhood. Many of the neighboring homes are AirBnbs as well, so be prepared for outdoor music during peak seasons, but the home and service from management was wonderful! Very responsive to issues and even offered an early checkin. I would stay here again!

1000 outta 10 would recommend!!! Megan and Jeff were exceptional hosts! Megan was super responsive and helpful from answering questions before and during my stay. The house is gorgeous with an absolutely amazing pool (which can be heated) fenced yard and has plenty of privacy! the pool has ambient lighting for those evening swims. The house is spacious and would suit a family or large group, but don't get it twisted this is the perfect location for a solo trip as well. The decor gives fun beach vibes, the beds and linens are super comfortable. the custom bunk bed are perfect for a girls trip. full kitchen, washer and dryer, huge TVs throughout. The hosts left no stone unturned they provide pretty much everything you need for a day at the beach (it's literally across the street). The house has plenty of parking and the back is the perfect place to dine day or night. it's conveniently located and only a few minutes from pier park with plenty of shopping, entertainment and food

I actually met Ksenia. She’s an amazing person! The perfect host! 66 Dolphin St is such a beautiful home and we miss it already. 😔 The backyard is actually my new dream backyard. There were 14 of my closest family members. We all had plenty of room throughout the house and didn’t have to wait in line for a bathroom. And…still had room for more. Our only regret was booking for just 1 week and not 2. We have stayed in many homes in Destin, this is by far our favorite one.

Great place to stay. It was comfortable and a skip to the beach. Todd is a wonderful host and he answered my questions within minutes. Check-in and check-out was super easy. We will definitely stay again!

Josh is an excellent host - the communication pre-stay and during the stay was spot on. The house was very comfortable for two families with little ones. Arguably one of the best equipped kitchens we’ve had in an Airbnb. The outdoor spaces were very nice.

This was a wonderful place to stay on 30A! It was beautiful home and close walking distance or golf cart ride to the beach. We loved our time here. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed.

Joe was phenomenal with his communication and quick turn around getting the house ready on short notice. We had to evacuate due to hurricane Helena and had a really hard time finding a place that would accommodate our dogs and boat. The yard is beautifully landscaped and my wife enjoy the garden space. It was very peaceful for her recovery from surgery. Joe was kind enough to allow her to take a clipping from one of his plants. Highly recommend this home. Perfect location as well. Definitely will make this our go to vacation rental in the future. Thank you Joe and your staff for making a stressful situation seamless.

OMG!! I love this home. it's so beautiful, and it still smells like a new home. Beautifully stocked kitchen, decor is modern and unique, warm pool and in a great location. We had a large group and there was plenty of space for all of us. The beds are comfortable and lots of towels are provided. Very privare and in a great location. Lots of privacy. I wish we could have extended our stay unfortunately it was not available but the host was able to accommodate us with such a short notice.

Hayley was so nice and responsive! There’s a public beach access like .3 miles away which is where we parked everyday. She was super understanding, check-in was easy, and the place was peaceful and nice especially if you are coming with family. Reasonably priced as well. Definitely recommend booking this place!

The thing that really stands out (particularly for elderly people like me) is the living area and one bedroom and bath on the easily accessible first floor. This is a real treat compared to most homes that require a minimum flight of 13 stairs or access to similar areas.
