This condo is nestled in the perfect little nook outside of the touristy part of PCB. It was tastefully decorated and felt cozy. The modern, clean condo is paired with the most spectacular ocean view. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip.

We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. Beds were comfortable & most enjoyed having the ocean view with the sunrise every morning & being able to have door open @ times to hear the ocean waves. Nice to have the extra blankets when it got chilly.

Jamie at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The space itself was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our girls trip! The only thing was the Jacuzzi could use a good clean. There's some suspicious black buildup around the edges that needs scrubbed. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

Words can not describe how amazing our visit was! Where do I start… beds were super comfortable, spectacular view and ability to walk the beach and run in the community. The kitchen was perfect - it had everything you need without being cluttered. Bathrooms had great water pressure. Amazing two floor layout and amazing location. The decor was beach vibe, not over done, just so tasteful. There is also a work out room and pool in the building. The pool is half indoor / half outdoor and when the dividing door was open starting Feb 1, it was superb to swim in a heated pool and look out at the beach. Stores nearby and great restaurants at Rosemary Beach. I could go on and on… worth every moment and grateful to San for sharing her special place by the beach!

Extravagant luxury in a very peaceful environment. We felt so comfortable in your home. The beautiful decor, location, access to the beach and to all the surrounding places made it such an awesome experience as well. We plan on visiting again and again. We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place. We felt very comfortable, nice calm beachy vibe with furniture and decor. Kitchen very well stocked and great to cook meals. Pantry space great too. Bathrooms spacious, bedrooms very comfortable and the walk in master bedroom closet was a wonderful surprise. This is the first place I stayed where there were numerous hangers in each closet which I personally love and appreciate! The views out to the gulf were stunning as the sun glistened so beautifully. The building amenities were great -we enjoyed the gym, BB, tennis and pickleball courts -all very nicely paved. Pool is spacious, heated and access to beach great. Destin keeps beach very clean, “singing”pristine white sand wonderful! Long Walks up and down beach felt very safe barefoot -super clean. There are a few planes that fly right by because nearby airport, but they are mostly smaller planes bc small airport. The sunsets are amazing over the water! Just gorgeous & wonderful!

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The views were so beautiful and the condo had everything you could possibly need. It was so convenient having a kitchen with pots and pans so we could make food at the place. The washer and dryer was a huge plus too. When I had a question, Derek was very responsive. Overall, great experience. I definitely recommend!

Great place! Loved that they had available beach chairs! Primary suite has beach views which was nice!

The resort area was convenient and right on a beautiful stretch of beach. The condo itself was lovely, clean, and quiet. The beach side balcony provided beautiful sunrises and sunsets, daily dolphin sightings, and privacy. Esperanza, as our host, was responsive, attentive, and helpful. It was a wonderful accommodation!

Well stocked with all essentials. Amazing view. Only used the master which had a very comfortable bed. Overall, extremely impressed!

This a beautifully decorated condo. Spacious, clean and on the beach. Great parking options. Limited view of the beach thru the buildings but we did see a large pod of dolphins from the balcony. Beds are very comfortable. Will definitely rent this condo again.

This place was exactly what I needed for some solo time away! The view was a beautiful as the pictures and the 15th floor height means minimal noise from the ground level, except for the crashing waves. Robert and Eta were extremely responsive to all my messages and were gracious with my check in/out requests! There are plenty of restaurants and a store within walking distance (about 10 minutes at a slow stroll). And I felt very safe walking. I did go in the off-season, so I'm not sure how the vibe changes during peak times. I would definitely stay there again!

Ulla’s place was perfect for our family of five! Everything was just like the pictures shown. The kitchen is well stocked with many appliances and plenty of dishes. She has beach chairs and a cooler to use. The chairs on the balcony were perfect and the drying rack was really useful. There are plenty of towels and linens. There was also a blow up matress and three portable fans which came in handy. We didnt see anyone coming or going or have to share the elevator, it was very peaceful. The pool was great and the beach was right there. There was laundry soap and dishwasher soap there to use and small hotel style samples to use in the shower. This place was perfect and I would definitely stay again. Ulla is so kind and caring. She reached out to check on us and was very easy to communicate with.

Located perfectly along the Gulf of America with gorgeous water views just steps away! The short walk to the beach made it easy to enjoy daily strolls along the white sand. The resort's well-maintained pools provided wonderful options for swimming and lounging when we wanted a break from the beach. Great spot for anyone wanting a relaxing Gulf Coast getaway.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4!!! We were meeting up with our son stationed in Panama City in the Navy. We made many memories cooking, enjoying the balcony watching TV and spending time on the beach. We were taking pictures of our mattress and pillows in the MBR as they were extremely comfortable. The hosts are genuinely friendly, sweet as can be and are very responsive for anything you need or any question you may have. Although the house manual also explains everything. This property is amazing, perfect for a family, everything you need is provided, comfortable, cozy, beautifully decorated, clean…..I can’t say enough about this property!!! It’s private but just a few mins from the beach and a short drive away from tons of restaurants and different things to do. 30A is an amazing area and the perfect vacation spot. And the hosts are just as amazing!!! Wonderful experience!!! Wonderful property!!! This vacation was a dream come true of ours and Heather and her family helped make it as easy and as perfect as it could have been!!!! They are truely amazing people! ❤️ We will be back next year and I can only hope we get to stay at Heathers Place!! 💜🦎🏖️🌞

The house was amazing with great quality furniture and linens. We had everything we needed and the house was the perfect fit for our girls weekend!

Beautiful home. My family and I rented a golf cart and did not touch our vehicles for a week. Stunning neighborhood, pool is just steps away, the beach path is right outside the door. Great places to eat. John was extra helpful and always responsive. I will definitely visit again.

We loved staying here! We loved that there were multiple balconies so we could choose our view or how much sun we wanted. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was also comfortable. I personally liked the cute beach decor and felt very relaxed in the space. The heated pool was also very nice!!! the Temps outside were in the upper 50s so I was surprised that the pool felt more like bath water! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was absolutely wonderful! Clean and well stocked and conveniently located. We were minutes from restaurants, shopping and activities. This was the most well stocked kitchen in any place we have rented! I don't think there is anything you would need that was not in this kitchen not to mention it was nice and large. The decor was beautiful and made you feel right at home! The condo complex had everything you need. The pickleball courts were a big plus for our stay and pool was large and our sons thoroughly enjoyed it. The patio on the condo was perfect for watching the waves roll in while having coffee or eating a bite of lunch. The master bath was HUGE! We loved the oversized shower. Having a washer and dryer was so nice as we were able to keep up with our laundry easily. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Destin and we will be back! The host was quick to respond to very pleasant to work with. Thanks so much!
