Very good. The only problem was the sleeper sofa mattress. It was very uncomfortable. My son slept on a blow up mattress that was in a closet.

Island Sunshine was the perfect place for myself and my daughter to get away during her week off from school. The unit was spotless and beautiful. The private patio for our little oasis was the best for reading, napping or having a coffee. We enjoyed the pool each day and liked to sit there after a day on the beach. Angie provided coolers, towels, chairs and wagons which we used daily. There was a great game room but the weather was so nice that we stayed outside morning to late evening on the patio, beach and pool. Island Sunshine is the perfect distance from the beach. We went into town once on the free Lee Tram that was right at the corner. We ended up not using our rental car except once to make a grocery run at the nearby Publix. This unit was perfect for making all our meals. There were grills that were provided for the unit, too. My daughter and I didn’t want to leave as Angie really has provided a piece of paradise at Island Sunshine! We will be back to enjoy again!

It was a wonderful stay. It’s a beautiful house with everything included for what you need to have a great stay. Agata is a great person and takes care of all details so that her guests feel at home. We would be delighted to go back soon, and it will surely be in this house. Everything in this house is amazing.

Such great memories were made at this beautiful property! We were a group of 7, including 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 3 kids. This place had EVERYTHING we needed, even high chairs and a baby seat. Location couldn’t be better, just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Tigertail Beach. The kids spent the whole time in the pool or at the beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back!

such a good stay! the house was beautiful & clean it also had a lot of amenities that we enjoyed. only thing i think could be better is for the spa to be like a jacuzzi with stronger water jets and be able to make the jacuzzi hotter then compared to the pool water. you definitely won’t regret staying here!

My family and I had a wonderful stay with Stephanie! Everything was great and like how it is advertised. Will definitely book again when we come back to Fort Meyers!

We had a wonderful time at Ed’s place! The home is beautiful and spotless. The beds and linens are so comfortable and there are so many great amenities. We traveled with kids and a baby and it was so nice to have a pack and play, high chair, kids swim things, etc. We spent most of our time swimming in the pool which we loved because it was so warm! The canal view was beautiful and peaceful. The surrounding area is very nice and we did a lot of walking and bike riding. The beach is very close and we enjoyed going there in the evening to watch the sunset. Ed was a wonderful host and always responded quickly to all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!

Keith’s place is an oasis: private, beautiful and very comfortable. The backyard pool was a favorite spot. The house is close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. It’s everything we needed and then some! Can’t wait to go back!
