这个房屋像件艺术品一样美丽，一开门地上铺满了鸡蛋花，真的是太美妙了！里面布满了各种艺术品，像是生活在博物馆里。开放的庭院带进来凉爽的风，听着风铃的阵阵清响，可以享受美好的午休时光。但也带来一个问题是会有蚊子叮咬。住在这里最好有交通工具，因为需要走1km以上才能到主要街道。不过周边有很多评价很高的美食可以享用，并且可以享受宁静的夜晚。

Great location, literally 1 minute from the beach. There are many cafes and restaurants close nearby. The pool was fun, and had a slide which the little kids enjoyed. The whole house was clean. The kids also really liked the karaoke machine and sang songs for many hours. Overall a great stay.

Me and my family spent 1,5 months in this wonderful place. We loved everything about it and enjoyed our stay. The house is big, nice and cozy, Thai style. You have everything you may need: washing machine, vacuum, toaster and aero grill, everything you need for cooking and having meals. The beds are comfortable. There are a lot of place of storage and hangers. There is even a hot tube in one of the bathrooms. We also had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. The owner is easy to get along with, very helpful and nice. The house is located in a private territory. It is not a touristic area and we enjoyed it. There is a local food market just nearby and a lot of cafes, bars, shops and massage salons. We rented a car and was driving to bang Sare for the sea (which is better than in Pattaya and just 20 minutes away from the house). The owner helped us to find a rental with reasonable prices. There is nothing I can complaint about. It is 10 stars out of 5!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa! With five spacious and well-decorated bedrooms, everyone in our group had plenty of room to relax. The beds were super comfortable, and the air conditioning in each room made for a perfect night’s sleep. The highlight of our stay was definitely the private pool – clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by a lovely outdoor area where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The villa is in a peaceful location, yet still close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

THE PLACE WAS AWESOME AND THE STAY WAS VERY COMFORTABLE TOM WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL TO US IN EVERY ASPECT.. HE ALLOWED US TO CHECK IN EARLY AND CHECKOUT LATE (BUT IT DEPENDS ON AVAILABILITY.. WILL BOOK HIS PLACE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE❤️

房東即時回復而且有問有答 入住時間是凌晨四點，但房東在我們一抵達還是能即時訊息幫助我們入住，房間乾淨整齊、沙發舒服，採光好每天早上都可以被美麗的陽光喚醒。 退房後有東西遺落沒有發現，房東主動提醒並且提供解決辦法，合理且迅速，以上都讓這次住宿體驗感受很好!

Hosang est un hôte professionnel, tout est bien organisé, la communication est bonne et les problèmes sont réglés rapidement. L'appartement est fidèle à la description, vous vous sentez comme chez vous et c'est très agréable de se réveiller chaque matin en pouvant observer la mer. Si je reviens à Jomtien je louerai l'appartement d'Hosang à nouveau sans hésiter.

I have been here several times already and will book here again if I come back to Pattaya. The friendly host, clean room, and amenities were all perfect.

Les hôtes ont été hyper réactifs et conciliants notamment sur l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. A la moindre question ils m'ont répondu très rapidement. Concernant le logement, il n'y avait aucune mauvaise surprise en arrivant, tout était telle que décrite dans l'annonce. Le logement est par ailleurs bien situé, et au calme, loin du tumulte de Pattaya. Un grand merci aux hôtes, je garde cette adresse dans mes favoris ^^ Khob khun khrap !

Pairine's place is beautiful and I think anyone who books this place will be happy. You need to get a motorbike or some type of transportation to get around or you will be stuck in this little community. One last thing get ready to sleep on a brick hard mattress. The mattress is brutal and made for many nights of uncomfortable sleep. The pool was deserted and a bungie cord attached to the door kind of an abandoned area I only went up there once. Other than that it's a great place to stay. Great sunsets from the balcony.

Jättefint boende med alla bekvämligheter man behöver. Toppen med pool access. Värden fixade taxi och moped åt oss så allt fanns på plats när vi anlände. Trevlig incheckning. Hög kvalité på lägenheten och bra wifi. Det som skiljer sig från annonsen är läget. Området Mantra där lägenheten finns ligger 1 km ovanför adressen, som är till stället man checkar in på. Du behöver en moped för att ta sig runt i Laem mae Phim så för vår del spelade det inget roll att det inte låg vid stranden. Kan verkligen rekommendera boendet!!

这套公寓给我们留下了很好的印象，完全就是图片中的样子，很漂亮！ 如果你想在芭提雅避开闹市区的嘈杂，寻找安静的三卧室，那么这套公寓是接近满分的选择。 这套公寓每天有专人负责清洁打扫；三个卧室中，两个卧室有海景；门口就有711，很方便。 如果能有洗衣机的话，这套公寓就完美了！

I had an absolutely wonderful staycation at Kyle’s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I could need. It truly felt like a home away from home, with the added bonus of top-notch security that made me feel completely at ease. The location is excellent — everything you might need is within easy reach, and the beach is just a short walk away. But the real highlight for me was the breathtaking view from the room; I could have spent the whole day just admiring it. This place made my stay truly memorable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway spot. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

체크인도 간편하고 숙소주변에 모든걸 갖추고 있어서 게스트가 편리하게 생활 할수 있는것 같습니다. 개인적으로 31층에 수영장이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 강추 합니다.

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.

Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Bilder sind auf dem aktuellen Stand und man kann überall gut zu Fuß hin. Der Schreibtisch und der Stuhl lassen einen auch gut produktiv sein.
