Beautiful house, well-equipped and with a magnificent view. All 3 floors have separate entrances, every room has a separate bathroom with it. Kostadin was a wonderful host, breakfast was excellent and different every morning, and the kapama and chicken soup were simply delicious! Would gladly return again and enjoy this great place!

Our home was just 7-8 minutes away by car from all the amenities of Aspravalta and only a 2-3 minute walk to the sea. We spend 7 days there and we found everything needed in the house. The open-plan living room had a large table that was perfect for both dining and working. The bedroom was thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the linens were spotless, almost like brand new. Waking up every morning to a nearly 180-degree view of the sea and the Halkidiki mountains, and being able to look at that view any chance we got during the day, made us so so happy. With its stunning view, spacious living room and balcony, and breathtaking sunsets, we spent an unforgettable 7 days here. If I had to summarize this stay, I would describe it as peace, tranquility, and hope. We’re truly happy to have met our wonderful hosts, Martha and Joannis and their lovely boys. Beautiful modern apartment with aesthetic details and all amenities you need. Very close to the central street as well.

We had a great stay in Georgia's apartment. The place is very bright, clean and spacious. It is on a quiet street. There is also big terrace where you can chill after beach or eat. The kitchen is well equiped. We were with a baby and the host provided bassinet which was wonderful. The owners are very kind and smiley, always responsive and ready to answer all of your questions. They also brought us some delicious homemade deserts, they were fantastic, THANK YOU! The place is less than 5 minutes away from the nearest beach, restaurants, phamacy and supermarket. We will visit again!

We had a wonderful time at Krasimirs place! He cooked us dinner and a delicious breakfast.

Die Adresse ist nur mit Beschreibung zu finden, diese wird aber sehr akribisch und gut geliefert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, allerdings auch abgeschieden. Der nächste Strand ist steinig. Auf der alten Straße Richtung Kavala, ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt, befindet sich ein sehr schöner, sandiger Strandabschnitt mit öffentlichem Zugang aber auch mit einer Strandbar. Das Haus hat einen beschatteten Hofparkplatz. Man kann nur rückwärts in den Hof einfahren. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Das Erdgeschoss wird durch ein Klimagerät ausreichend gekühlt. Die Schlafräume im OG verfügen über je ein Klimagerät. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Fernsehgerät. Uns wurde erst vor Ort bewusst, dass das Haus eigentlich Platz für zwei kleine Familien bietet. Die Nachbarschaft ist hundefreundlich. Für gehbehinderte Menschen ist das OG ungeeignet. Wir haben uns, trotz knapp 40°C, sehr wohl gefühlt.
