My partner and I stayed with Keryn at the end of our New Zealand backpacking trip, and we agreed it was one of the best places we stayed during our travels. The property had everything we needed and was only a short bus journey away from the centre of Christchurch. Keryn's hospitality was the highlight for us both. She had great tips about things to do in the city and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Christchurch and can highly recommend.

Robyn's home is a great place to stay! She communicated well and was super helpful and welcoming. Everything worked fine and as expected per the listing. You may hear Robyn in her kitchen or see her across the garden from the suite, but it's otherwise very private and quiet.

Beautiful little place to stay, we were sad to leave! Great amount of space for us, comfy and clean. Everything was provided that we needed for breakfast and more including delicious treats! Pool was also fabulous for a swim. Sue and Greg are fabulous hosts, super friendly. Will definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Caroline's place. The property is very beautiful and quiet and the suite was clean and comfy. Caroline was an excellent host and very friendly and responsive with communication. We would highly recommend Caroline's place.

Casa Rossa was everything we were hoping for! It was a great place for our bridal party to get ready at the morning of our wedding and for us to stay on the night. The gardens are so beautiful and were a great spot to take photos. Thank you so much Mel and Chris! You guys were so hospitable and made this part of our wedding stress-free! The place was lovely and just what we wanted. (And we loved your cats 😻)

Our stay at Antje's was extremely wonderful. The bed was very comfy, we didn't even have the 'first night in a new bed' issue. The spot was perfect for getting to the ferry, going for wanders with a great cafe or 2 just down the road. The best parts if our stay with Antje were the breakfasts. These were nutritious and made with love and care. Antje and her family (the son we met) were very warm and very welcoming. We highly reccomend.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Cecile’s apartment- it was in a great location and perfect for getting into Christchurch- the bus service was excellent and we used this the whole time. We would recommend staying here. Sue and Ray

This was a perfect base for visiting our family in Christchurch. Grandchildren are great but it was good to escape to such a pleasant location and there was free use of the pool!

Modern, comfortable, fully equipped, exceptionally clean appartment in a very quiet and peaceful area. Truly, a home away from home! The location is perfect for exploring Christchurch (short drive) or hiking in the Alps. The Airport is 15-20 min of driving. A few fantastic walks within 40 min of driving (Trigg M, Rakaia gorge, Mt.Oxford just to name a few). A perfect base for exploring the region. Welcoming and helpful host. Would definetly come back.

Marinda and John are very kind, caring hosts. They're friendly and welcoming. They anticipated our every need whether e.g. it was where an umbrella was when it began to rain, to offering us the opportunity to charge our EV onsite. The site is delightful and the apartment was very well equipped. We loved our 6 day stay and hope to be back at some later stage.

Mede dankzij Deb zelf, hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad in de accommodatie van Deb. Deb is warm en vriendelijk en haar koekjes zijn heerlijk. Het uitzicht en de tuin zijn jaloersmakend mooi. De omgeving is rustig. Op 1,7 km afstand zit een supermarkt en zijn er een paar restaurants/fastfood aanbieders. In de accommodatie zit een oven zodat je een maaltijd kunt bereiden. Af en toe hoor je wat lichte geluiden vanuit de keuken van Deb maar dat wij bij ons nooit hard en nooit lang. Wij hebben er dan ook geen last van gehad. Voor ons was het de ideale plaats om onze jetlag te verwerken en bij te komen van een lange reis.

Brand new and very sleek. The location was FABULOUS, we could easily walk to the beautiful Hagley Park and all the tourist sites, and a short walk from the train station. The only thing missing was a mini fridge, otherwise the place is 10/10

The summer house is one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever stayed: the view over the city is amazing, the kitchen is stacked with appliances, the bed is very comfy and Jan and Geoff are very friendly hosts/neighbours. They thought of everything: there is a complete instruction for everything you might need during your stay! If you do have questions, they are easy to contact and reply quickly. There are plenty of walks available from your doorstep and it’s just a short bus or bikeride into the city. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Great value for our three week stay around Christmas. Our grandchildren liked the pool and the room with two twin beds for sleepovers. We cooked many meals and baked bread and pies in the oven and ate together at the table with our extended family. We enjoyed fresh flowers and apricots from the garden during our entire stay. I liked watching our host work in his shop on his hydropower systems and other projects in the gravel driveway. we really liked the company of the hosts and their family. We have been to three Christchurch places this year for long stays and would gladly return to this place for another summer stay. I liked entering the city from this side of town because there is little traffic heading Northeast into Addington and Riccarton business areas and then East to the Botanic Gardens and downtown. We shopped at the Barrington Mall and ate out at many places along Centaurus and Colombo streets which are not far. There is also a Dairy and Seafood takeout very closeby.

We stayed for two nights in this extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment. The kitchen is really very well equipped, beds are super comfy and the apartment is warm and very quiet. Super instructions on how to get there and how to get in. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Apollo Motel! We found it very handy that it was within walking distance to UC campus! Also Uber service was great!

This is a lovely place in the centre of Christchurch. Beautifully appointed, great kitchen, pleasant responsive host. You can walk or bus everywhere from here, no need for a car.

The studio that we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. We found the small kitchen to be very useful. There is a washer and dryer in the common area…worked well. Rod is a nice gentleman and was responsive when we had questions. Overall a fantastic place!

We just stayed at Sonja’s AirBnB for a month and were sad to leave as it really felt like home and Sonja is a large part of that along with her comfortable, welcoming, clean and spacious accommodation. The garden is a lovely extension of that space too and is even better than the photos!. We enjoyed interacting and having fun with Bobby, Sonja’s dog but you don’t have to when staying there. We would happily return to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sonja, as to us she’s a Superhost and now also a friend. Thank you Sonja.

L’appartement est très bien placé, un peu excentré mais le centre de Christchurch est facilement accessible avec la ligne de bus 27. La rue est jolie et paisible. L’appartement est propre, fonctionnel et bien rangé avec vu sur les collines. Les collines sont accessibles à pied pour faire de belles randonnées avec vue sur la mer et la bai de Lyttletown.
