The unit was as described and is about half way to the airport and town center. It's a quiet area, which we appreciated for when we wanted to rest. There are some local eateries and shopping nearby; about a five minute walk. The host was able to answer our questions in a timely manner and provided some local information in a welcome book. Would stay here again.

The location at Wendy’s place is excellent - an easy walk to town and restaurants. It was perfect for us, 2 couples travelling together. We enjoyed the 2 restaurants and the Beat breakfast place that Wendy recommended. The pantry items, milk, etc, were much appreciated on arrival + the little welcoming chocolates placed with the bath towels - a nice touch. Great information for Christchurch available in the house. We highly recommend Wendy’s place.

For my wife and I, Michelle’s place was ideal and felt like home. We liked the layout, especially downstairs, where the kitchen and dining space was very ample. The beds were very comfy and the heat worked well. Fast streaming on the TV and the internet was fast. Reversing our car into the garage was a challenge at first due to the angle of approach but still quite doable. All told, a highly recommended home.

Carla was lovely host and I really enjoyed my time staying at her airbnb. The room was clean and quiet - the house is located within walking distance of hagley park. Thank you for making me feel at home Carla!

We were very happy with our stay. It didn’t feel like an Airbnb, it felt like a home. Wendy was very friendly and came with a lot of recommendations. The kitchen was filled with spices, cooking supplies and all of the necessary equipment. Overall it was truly a 5/5 experience!

We really loved the apartment, the location was excellent, it was suitable for a family of 6, we needed to bring the table and chairs from outside to have dinner, but other than that, the apartment really suited us. The landlord accompanied us and was very charming.

Perfect location for exploring central Christchurch by foot or public transport. Off street parking a bonus, felt secure leaving the car behind a gate. Bob was a great communicator. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay and the beds were super comfy. Quiet neighbourhood and amenties as described. Great hospitality and service, highly recommend and would stay again if ever i Christchurch.

Wonderful place for our short stay. Less than 5mins walk to the nearest mall for groceries shopping. Kitchen was fully equipped and provided more than what we expected. Fresh fruits, cereal, coffee..etc Love the bathroom the most as it has strong water pressure. Will definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends.

Stacey's place was perfect for our stay in Christchurch! It was so comfortable in the apartment that we almost didn't want to leave to explore the city at times. It had really nice details, a great enclosed back deck, and very comfortable bed and Stacey was always quick to reply and very friendly!

Perfect location for us. Maggie and her team were very friendly and responsive to questions. Highly recommended over all.

We stayed for 2 nights. My parents, my husband and our 2 year old daughter all had a wonderful stay in the Christchurch townhouse. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Once the stadium is finished it will be the best place to stay for all sorts of events. The house was super comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of towels, toilet paper & dishwasher tablets.

So clean and tidy. Very close to Riverside Market and amazing restaurants. Great having a car park across the road. Living area was small but worked well

The proximity to Lake Te Anau and the view of the lake and the mountains of Fiordland National Park make this a really exceptional property. Walking, running, or cycling on the lakeside trail to town or east along the lake is easily accessed at the end of the block. The trail and the area felt safe at all times. The neighborhood is also a quiet and people we met were friendly. The house is spacious and well equipped. We especially appreciated plentiful kitchen and bath towels. The deck on the south side of the house is a delight, especially in the morning and evening.

It was a lovely stay at Dan's townhouse which is located in Christchurch Central, so close to restaurants, public transport, shopping and trams. The accommodation was not only clean, tidy and uncluttered, it also had a homely feel. I would certainly recommend Dan's place to anyone looking for a central location in Christchurch.

We only stay there a few hours, but the house is very clean and the beds are comfy.

The place is super convenient with supermarket and lots of places to eat all within walking distance. Also, there is a direct bus to the city Center which is super convenient!

My husband and I stayed at Tori's place for just over 2 months. We couldn't have been happier, it was just like being at home. We'd travelled from the UK and the house was welcoming and comfortable. It was lovely and clean, the beds and pillows perfect for us. A short walk to Merivale Mall and shops, lots of cafes within walking distance. A longer walk into the city, but a very good bus service as an alternative. Hagley Park is also reachable in about 50 minutes walking. Northlands Mall is also walkable, about 45 minutes, useful if you don't have much to carry back! Tori is lovely, so approachable and easy to talk to. Wish we could have stayed longer, perhaps next time.

These studios are extremely cosy and new. Modern features and very clean and tidy. We absolutely loved our short stay and felt at home. There are so many little extras like washing/drying, tea, coffee, drinking chocolate etc. they have done an exceptional job as a host. Parking is a bit painful and no dedicated spaces or area, the surrounding businesses are busy and take up almost all parking but if you are persistent you will get a spot or can park a few streets over and walk.
