The location is great and Jill is a wonderful host. Whenever we had questions or needed anything she had it brought over right away or had someone come check in on us. We really appreciated her responsiveness and care. Jill even went above and beyond to make our Christmas extra special with a tree and decorations for the kids! That was very fun to see them decorating on vacation. Thank you!

Great place for a quick trip in and out of Nassau close to Baha Mar and Airport. A little hard to find so clarify directions, but otherwise very comfortable and Michael was great and responsive.

Lou is an absolutely fantastic host. From the very beginning always responsive and engaging with us to make sure we were up to date and kept informed. Lou was also extremely accommodating. The place was exactly what we expected from the listing, bright, clean and had all the amenities we required. Comfortable beds, lots of space and very well taken care of. Everyone absolutely enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to get any property from Lou in the future. Thank you Lou for making our stay amazing and memorable!

This was the perfect house! We were a group of 8 and felt very comfortable. The house and backyard is spectacular, with a great pool and outdoor living space. Louisa was lovely, responsive, shared several local recommendations, and helped us book activities and excursions. She also hooked us up with a driver for the whole weekend! I highly recommend staying here!

Tammy’s place is beautiful. Right next to the beach, you can watch the sunset from the apartment. Lots of restaurants near by. We walked to places, took the bus and taxis. She has beach towels, toys for the kids. Tammy was very responsive to our messages. I recommend her place if you are looking for something relaxing away from the city.

This is the second time my group has stayed here. We loved it so much we came back! The best views and water access, great sleeping for large groups, and solid kitchen. Hoping to come back again soon!

Wow! Première expérience de Airbnb pour nous et nous sommes vraiment satisfaits d'avoir réservé chez Annick. Le logement est au-dessus de leur maison et ils étaient présents pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée ce qui a été très apprécié! Ils sont vraiment chaleureux, discrets mais présents au besoin. L'endroit est très calme, avec beaucoup de commodités tel que mentionné dans l'annonce. Les photos et la description sont très représentatives. Lorsqu'on loue Kestrel, Annick nous propose une gentille dame, Juliet, pour venir nous chercher à l'aéroport. Elle est aussi disponible pour les déplacements au courant de la semaine quoique tout se fait très bien à pied en général! Et c'est si beau! D'ailleurs, n'hésitez pas à prendre la visite guidée de Nassau que Juliet vous propose, elle vaut la peine!! Bref je relouerais chez Annick demain matin avec plaisir! On s'y sent chez soi en arrivant et tout est si bien indiqué que c'est comme si nous y étions depuis toujours! Je donne un gros 100%!!

We had a fantastic stay at. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could possibly need. Its location was ideal, just a short drive from most attractions, and there were two restaurants conveniently located within the complex. Greg was an outstanding host—always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. His attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here. All I can say is AMAZING! The entire family is very friendly and respectful! The cleanest accommodation ever, as soon as we got there you can smell the freshness of everything! The pool area is very cozy and clean - beautifully lit up at night ! Location is very easy to get to - although having a car would be great as walking is a little while, but taxi service that Wendy recommended was very useful, reliable and safe! The neighborhood is so beautiful and quiet! Wendy was in touch with us the entire stay making sure we were safe and enjoying ourselves- gave us plenty of recommendations for restaurants and things to do! I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Im more than impressed with my stay! Thank You Peter and Wendy !
