Not a lot to do in this neighborhood, was pretty difficult to find on google/grab since there were no specific adress. Hard to order a grab from there. But hosts were really nice and offer a driving service, place is clean. Price is fair. Would recommend this place again.

This is a lovely place to stay. Quiet but not isolated. Plenty of space, an awesome stereo and lots of stuff for the kids to play with. No ants (!), the mosquitoes weren’t too bad, and the white house cat scares off all the local dogs. The open design is very cool, and the fans are brilliant. There was no need for aircon in January when I visited – I’m not sure what it would be like in April though. Communication was great, instructions simple. Don’t come here if you’re expecting Western conveniences, this is a more authentic and traditional way of living. 10/10 would come again.

Tutto meravigliosamente perfetto. Alloggio piccolo ma carino e molto curato, location stile jungle ma con un tocco di chic. La casa era impeccabile pulita, letto comodo, doccia calda costante e climatizzatore. Posizione strategica per raggiungere punti molto belli dell isola. Host cordiale e molto disponibile.

Everything was fine. We spent two weeks here There is often a nice housekeeper in the house who cleans the shared area outside and inside and the pool. And also your rooms, if you ask. And even cook dinner for you, but you will have to pay for it separately In the morning, breakfast will be waiting for you, at the time you want. It was very convenient to quickly have breakfast and go do your tourist things 5 minutes walk away there is a busy street with shops, massages, cafes, rentals and more 10 minutes walk away there is a big landscaped beach with sun loungers and bars Good  wifi. We did not measure the speed, but 7 people could work at the same time (video and audio calls, broadcasting, surfing) In the kitchen there was drinking water, a large refrigerator and most of what you need for cooking A small minus - there is no washing machine, and to wash things, you will have to give it to a housekeeper for a small fee In the end, my friends and I enjoyed our time at Amaia Villa

Mandi's place was truly a hidden gem in Kep. It was just a little off then main road to Kep beach. It was an amazingly beautiful place. The photos don't do justice. It was larger in real life. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. The pool by the main bedroom was so cool and decorated with lighting. It was more beautiful when in the night. The kitchen is equipped with everything we need to cook a meal. Mandi and Steve are indeed superhosts! We felt their warm hospitality from the moment we made the reservation until we left. They provide clear instructions so the check in process was a breeze. They were so kind to let us check in earlier than the check in time. Our family truly loved our stay with Mandi and Steve and we would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone who is looking for a retreat in a quiet and serene place. Thanks again, Mandi and Steve!

Very cozy place to stay with a lovely host who are very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Very calm and beautiful views directly on the riverfront. There is kayak available to use anytime for no additional charge and convenient motorbike rental easily accessible and very affordable. I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend!

J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour chez Many. Je n’ai pas eu la chambre que j’avais réservée, ils m’ont offert mieux, je crois (je n’ai pas pu comparer). La chambre était très grande, confortable, avec salle-de-bain privée, un salon et balcon avec une belle vue de la rue. J’aime beaucoup cette idée de logement dans un container, c’était très bien et très propre. Seul bémol, c’est que la cuisine était trop proche de ma porte, presque dans la chambre. Mais, j’ai été chanceux car je crois que j’étais seul dans l’immeuble. Donc, pas de voisins ne l’ont utilisée et heureusement. Mais dans le cas contraire, je crois que je n’aurai pas aimé entendre les gens si proche de moi faire de la cuisine. Martin, a été un hôte super gentil et serviable. Vraiment sympathique avec qui j’ai bien aimé discuter. Rien à dire la dessus. L’endroit, offre pleins de restos, de bars et la plage. J’ai adopté les lieux tout de suite. Je n’hésite pas à recommander cet endroit, mais vérifier votre chambre 😉 Merci!

nous avons été très bien reçu par Ken, il nous a donné les indications nécessaires. Le logement est en dehors de la ville et permet d'être au calme. On a pu profiter de la piscine située à quelques mètres de là. on recommande. merci Ken 😀

Villa Ananda was an absolute dream. Every detail of this stunning home is beautifully thought out—from the elegant decor to the serene atmosphere, making it the perfect escape. The villa was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and filled with charm. The pool and surrounding spaces were pure bliss, offering a tranquil place to unwind and soak in the beauty of Kep. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of Sokhim and his wonderful wife. They were incredibly attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Sokhim went above and beyond, arranging an amazing tour for us and coordinating TukTuk transportation throughout our stay, making everything seamless. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. This is a place I will absolutely return to, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway in Kep, Villa Ananda is it!
