Overall, a great stay. I let Hong know that I knew the area well so no worries about my stay, so the host let me be. The house is easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. While my party was only three, it was nice to have a whole house to yourself as everyone had their own space to move around. Not many places where you have a real kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were also separate and on the second floor. The walk to public transit was also short, and the reason why I selected this place. Very satisfied.

Clean and nice space for large groups!

This place made me and my family feel right at home. The friendly owners were on site when we checked in and showed us around the unit. They provided us with a fully stocked kitchen, snacks, and water. The place was very clean, and we found it to be the perfect size for my family of 4. There were mini split AC units in every room so we stayed warm the whole time. Lastly the location is a short walk from Kyoto station, ideal place for a stay in the city with your family!

Beautiful home. Clean, traditional, and perfect for our family of seven. The home, host, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Yoshihiro was excellent with communication and very helpful. We received a lovely welcome note and basket of treats. The apartment is spacious with two tables to sit at and a kotatsu which my adult children loved. The kitchen has everything you need although we ate out as there are many restaurants to choose from. There is a nice Nepalese / Indian restaurant close by. There are stairs up to the property and inside, which everywhere in Japan tend to be steeper than the UK. The apartment was clean and tidy and had different towels available, the bedding, (December) was very cosy. The area around is modern with excellent pavements and there are several rail stations close by, JR Shin-Osaka is around a 15 minute walk and we used another closer station about 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again if we came to the Osaka area.

超级棒的房源，在京都站附近，门口有巴士站，交通方便。还有厨房可以做菜，边上有永旺超市。我们提前把行李寄送到公寓也贴心的帮我们签收放到房间内，自助入住很方便。相对于酒店，有更大的空间，也很自由舒适。性价比非常高，我想推荐给所有人！

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement plein de charme, paisible et chaleureux. Nous avons vraiment très bien dormi dans les lits qui sont d'un confort exceptionnel. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, tout le nécessaire étant à disposition. Excellent 😀

The Host was exceptional, She was very warm, friendly and very accommodating. The accommodation is very nice, spacious and homely. The host kindly left amenities which was useful if you got anything. The bathroom is a standout part of the accommodation , especially if You enjoy using a bath. The neighbourhood is beautiful and very peaceful, there are bus and train services nearby. There are a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk however there isn’t much options. You need to travel in to town for more options which is fairly nearby.

離京都車站很近，離永旺商場也很近。房源乾淨整潔，真的很有日式家庭的感覺，進入房源能聞到淡淡的木頭香，老闆娘很親切、友善且熱情，我們要退房當天還去參觀老闆娘的另一個六人房型的房源，這個房源是日式榻榻米，另一個則偏現代，真的很推薦大家來京都旅遊時，來這住一晚。

Thankyou Uzu for a wonderful stay. Your hospitality has been amazing, from the moment we arrived; your personal touch with the chalk board welcome and taking the time to wait patiently for us to arrive and sit with us before showing us through Locokokoro House is memorable. The special touches like the world map you have with us now pinned on it and your hand drawn map of the local area, we’re amazing.. we had such a fun adventure using it to find your dining recommendations one night. Thank you also for the Komono experience and introducing us to your dog ‘Eight’ it was great! As for the home, the beds were comfortable, water was steamy hot & the kitchen well stocked! We loved our stay here & would return again!

Authentic Japanese Apartment in a great location! The place was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

an easy 5 minute walk to the train station with fast transfers to trains going to Osaka and Kyoto. Hosts were super friendly and greeted us right when we arrived and when we left to ensure we were okay and if we had any questions. Hosts provided a manual on how to use all the remotes and appliances and details on how to separate the trash for city collection (perfect for foreigners who are unfamilair with them). Place was really clean and spacious, bed/pillows were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, utensils and tableware. Hosts also provided USB charging cubes in all the rooms and house slippers in case we needed them. Definitely will rent here again in our next stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hide’s place in Osaka! The location was convenient, close to public transport and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Hide was responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Osaka. We would be happy to stay here again in the future!

Very convenient to JR line, Inari Shrine (10,000 gates), another subway line, a cute market and shops, and of course 7-11. We loved it. It was perfect.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Osaka! This apartment is perfectly located near Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Namba—ideal for exploring all the exciting sights, shopping, and delicious food the city has to offer. The room itself was comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. I felt truly at home and will definitely be back next time I’m in Osaka. Highly recommend!

Una casa hermosa, pequeña al estilo japonés. Muy bien ubicada. Con los accesorios necesarios para una estadia confortable. Accesible al transporte público, muchos restaurantes, combinis cercanos. Ademas, es un sitio tranquilo. Eso si, la escalera a los dormitorios es algo empinada ( igual que todos las escaleras japonesas) volveria!!!

very nice experience, stayed like local people in kyoto. mr mitsuo was very nice and helpful good in english we got pickep up when we arrived and leaved the guest house. very satisfying! thank you very much mr mitsuo for yout great hospitality 🤩

사진보다 훨씬 넓은 숙소였습니다 주방 기기들이 잘 구비되어 있어, 주변 마트에서 재료를 사와 요리해먹기 좋았고, 침실의 매트리스는 편안한 잠을 도왔습니다. 무엇보다 게스트들의 편의를 봐주고 항상 신경써주고 있다는 느낌이 좋았습니다. 비록 이틀간의 짧은 숙박이었지만, 이 곳에서의 아름다운 주변 광경과 안락했던 숙소를 잊지 못할 것입니다.
