always love staying here! aico and yasuo are wonderful hosts, very helpful and accommodating. always enjoy having a talk with them in the morning and evening over a meal or tea. they are always happy to see the goshuin i collected or pictures from my day! beautiful home and garden, feels welcoming and relaxing to stay away from in the city. different room i stayed in previously as i was w a friend and it was spacious and tidy. great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore! had such a good time once again i'll be booking here whenever i'm in osaka!! thank you aico and yasuo 😊💕

暁子さんはじめ、皆とても親切でした。細かな気遣いもあり、快適に過ごさせていただきました。 また、他のゲストとも交流ができ忘れられない思い出となりました。 大阪に来た際にはまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

If you want a traditional Japanese bed and breakfast in quiet surroundings, but accessible to shops, the metro and central Osaka, this is the place to stay. Beautiful, warm hospitality, friendly and informative, with gorgeous Japanese breakfasts. If you are lucky you have the Japanese bedroom, an additional benefit. Overall, what a glorious place to stay.

Exceptionally warm and friendly. Because of the train station directly in front of the house, we had an easy way to Nara(~20min) and Osaka Namba (~40min), direct train connection. We had no trouble sleeping. Apart from trains passing, the area is very quiet. The view at night from our room (3 bed room) was gorgeous, and the breakfast in their cafe is delicious. For me it is one of the best places I have stayed.

I was only there for a short time, but it was nice to stay! hopefully next time I'll be able to spend longer in osaka

Yuriko’s place is fantastic! A short walk or taxi ride from Itami Airport. Despite its proximity to the airport, I didn’t notice any plane noise. Perfect place for a family, a couple, or even a solo traveller to rest up during their trip. From the time you step in the house, you will notice yuriko’s attention to details to ensure your comfortable stay, including a variety of high quality food/snacks/drinks AND beauty products! Yuriko is a professional esthetician. So u can ask her professional services with fee. But if you are not interested, there is absolutely no pressure. So I highly recommend this place for every traveler who is in the Itami area!

The location was nice, easy to find and close to a train station. We had 3 adults, 2 adults shared a room but there was plenty of room. It was clean and the people were very nice to us. I would recommend staying there.

주요 관광지도 다 가깝고 수압도 매우 좋습니다. 단체로 여행을 올때 아주 적합한 레지던스입니다.

Fully kitted apartment and close to the train - great home base for exploring Osaka.

駅から近く、徒歩圏内にスーパー玉出もあります。南海線の南出口、JR線の通天閣出口はエレベーターがあり便利です。(地下鉄は利用してないので分かりません) チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえ助かりました。 問い合わせの返信が早く安心できました。フロントの方の対応も丁寧でとても良かったです。 新しく、綺麗にされていて、気持ちよく過ごせました。

3人で利用させて頂きましたが、部屋も広く、とても快適に過ごせました。 JR、地下鉄どちらの駅からも近く、どこに行くにもアクセスが良かったです。 チェックイン時間等も柔軟に対応頂き、たいへん助かりました。また利用したいです。

We stayed at Kuniko's apartment for a week. We have three kids, including a crawling baby. The place was a little tricky to find at first but once we found our bearings it was easy and very close to the station, less than ten minutes walk with kids and luggage. I hadn't received check in information 24hrs before our booking so I messaged to ask and was send details quickly. Self check in was easy and efficient. The apartment was very clean and spacious and clutter free which I appreciated with a baby. There was space for her to crawl around and the tatami platform for beds worked out perfectly for sleeping arrangements. A large fridge freezer and kitchen amenities were appreciated. Having a washing machine in the apartment was very convenient and clothes dried quickly in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and different each day. The kids were also happy to eat there every morning. Kuniko was very responsive and always helpful. Would highly recommend. 😊 Thanks Kuniko!

とても親しみやすいオーナーさんで、説明もとても丁寧でした。 地元のお勧めの飲食店、銭湯(天然温泉）の情報も正確で良かったです。 また、子供用のおもちゃも部屋においてあり、細やかな気配りが、お部屋の至る所にありました。 朝食のサンドイッチは、どれも美味しいですが、カレー味がお勧め(笑)

A pure sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate. The location is at the top of beautiful and quiet Koyodai. The combination of the warmth of Sachiyo’s and Justin’s hospitality and the impeccable design of their home and the meals unmatched in terms of quality of ingredients and flavor was perfection. I am grateful for the simple touches of care and creativity each day. I felt welcome and so happy. I look forward to seeing them again. My heartfelt thanks go out to them.

Mein Aufenthalt bei Miyagon war großartig. Ich wurde vom Bahnhof abgeholt und es gab einen gut organisierten CheckIn. Die Unterkunft war sauber und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Zusätzlich standen kostenlose Getränke und Snacks zur Verfügung. Es gab jeden Morgen super leckeres Frühstück, teils mit lokalen Früchten die ich zuvor noch nie gegessen hatte. Miyagon selbst war super freundlich, immer gut erreichbar und hat mir ganz viele nützliche Tipps für die Reise gegeben. Dank eines Übersetzungsgeräts, welches Sie immer bei sich hatte war die Verständigung ebenfalls einfach. Das Haus befindet sich direkt an einer Straße die voller Sakurabäme ist. Zudem sind unmittelbar in der Umgebung viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das einzige was ich schade fand ist, dass ich die Unterkunft nicht für eine längeren Zeitraum gebucht hatte.

Le logement était très bien. Il ressemblait aux photos. L'hôte était très réactif. L'hôte nous préparait le petit-déjeuner à l'heure qu'on souhaitait. De plus, l'hôte est venu nous chercher. Nous avons été très bien reçus et avons passé un très bon moment. Merci beaucoup.

This is the perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle of Osaka. A short walk to the station will get you to all the places you need to go! A highlight for us was the delicious breakfast that Koniko made us in the morning. I 100% would stay here again 🫶🏽
