This property is spacious and well equipped. The garden is secure for children and peaceful to sit in. The bedrooms are comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The location is ideal for exploring Severn Vale, the Malvern Hills, the Cotswolds and other surrounding areas.

We spent a lovely weekend at Dawn's place. Everything was absolutely perfect. Dawn is one of the best host I have ever met on airbnb. The house was well equiped and spotless clean. The hot tube was brilliant and already heated up by the time we arrived. The parking space was secure and big enough for a Defender. BBQ was clean and ready to go with the coal provided. The pub basically next door was great too. I really can't fault the place for anything. It felt like home from the first moment.

Beautiful home, stunning views!! Very well equipped had everything we needed. Loved the games area and the hot tub was a nice extra touch. Beds were amazing, the pillows were lush!! Us 6 girls had the best time!!! Thankyou, we will definitely stay again!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Susan’s beautiful cottage over the weekend. Check-in was super easy – Susan greeted us on arrival and gave us a quick tour, making sure we knew where everything was and how it all worked. The cottage itself definitely had the wow factor – absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and really well looked after. It had such a peaceful, relaxing vibe, which made it the perfect getaway. The hot tub was a real treat! It was already warmed up and ready to use when we arrived, and really easy to operate – a lovely touch that made our stay feel extra special. It’s just a 4-minute drive into the town centre, where we found some lovely cafes and great places to eat. We also spent a day in Ludlow, which was absolutely stunning – well worth the short drive. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing weekend and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay with a great host.

We had a fab stay at Jane's place. It was cosy and comfy and the hot tub was great with a lovely view out onto the garden. Jane was really helpful with the instructions about how to get there and gave some good recommendations - The Nags Head pub did a great Sunday lunch. We had a refreshing blowy walk up Pontesbury Hill - would recommend but be prepared for a very steep climb!!

Lovely spacious barn well presented, Sarah was very helpful but not intrusive. It was warm and very comfortable. Would love to return some time for a longer stay. Thank you.

We had such a wonderful stay at Louise and Tom’s cottage this weekend. The cottage itself was immaculate, very cosy and we felt right at home! The surrounding area is lovely, and very peaceful! Perfect for a calm weekend away! Louise and Tom are great hosts, very friendly and responsive and they had thought of everything you’d possibly need in the guest instructions at the cottage. We went to a lovely local pub for food, The Balance Inn. Ludlow is also only a 25 minute drive away which was a nice day out. We have already recommended this place to friends! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Shepherd's Rest. Perfect if you are seeking a quiet and peaceful retreat away from the stress of everyday city life. The surroundings and hot tub were a real joy and the accommodation was beautiful and homely and fully equipped. the cakes and fresh milk in the fridge were a lovely touch. we will be returning and recommending to all our friends and family!

Dear Emma and Andrew Thanking you so much for our stay at your beautiful Lock House, it was just the therapy needed at a very difficult time for my elderly mum. The location is idyllic, we loved hearing the new born lambs and watching them bounce around the field in the sunshine. We even had a visit from a gorgeous swan! Lock House is immaculate inside and out, a real home from home. So clean, comfortable, cosy and well equipped with lots of thoughtful extra touches including the welcome pack and fresh flowers on our arrival. We had a really wonderful restful break and we hope to return again in the future.

Location was perfect for exploring Ludlow and all of its history and eateries. Close to market square; the castle and was still quiet and peaceful. We forgot our toiletries but fortunately the property is close to all the shops so that was no bother at all. The house itself was the perfect space, especially the enclosed garden for our two dogs. We really appreciated the old fashioned character of the property and would love to come back to Ludlow and stay again.

Great place for peace and quiet. Beautiful cottage surrounded by countryside and wildlife. Only minor point I can comment is on the electric shower. it would be lovely to upgrade to cylinder fed hot water (a mixer tap on bath with shower hose and head is all that's needed) as this didn't quite hit the mark. other than that, all great.

What a perfect stay! Jo’s place was lovely, it had everything you could need. Was quiet, peaceful, exactly as described. Jo’s guide to the place was so thorough and very helpful. We went on some lovely walks in the area - great location, can get to some really great spots without driving. Will come again :)

Amazing AirBnB. Beautiful panoramic window, all furnished well, super huge comfy bed, fantastic shower, Peter was hugely helpful and responded straight away when we couldn’t get the heating going, great dog walks, 4 miles to lovely Ludlow and a National Trust castle. Super lovely break! Thank you Peter and Hilary 😊🐶

We stayed with our kids over Newyear and it was the perfect spot for us - close to neighbouring friends. Despite the howling storm and winds it was very cosy! we loved the cottage especially the decor and attention to detail. It had everything we needed for our short trip. We would love to come and visit again soon :)

Thanks for a lovely weekend. peaceful location, lovely cottage, a good house for two couples, spotlessly clean - you will need a car of course! Something to bear in mind for those who are similarly not used to lighting fires that we really struggled to light the hot tub and spent many hours doing that instead of hanging out as we'd planned.

We spent a wonderful Christmas week at Paul and John’s cottage. The building has been carefully and thoughtfully restored and is really snug and cosy. We found everything has been considered making it well equipped and extremely comfortable for any length of stay. The views across the Radnorshire Hills into Shropshire from the cottage are amazing and there are plenty of long-distance paths (Offa’s Dyke Path and Glyndwr’s Way) close by to use as the centre for some good walks. We can truly recommend this for a base for a holiday in a beautiful area of Wales.

An amazing experience, both the cottage and the hosts are everything that was promised. Susan and James were extremely nice, Susans response time and eagerness is incredible even when troubling them on a Saturday evening for logs. The cottage is surreal with a picturesque stream in the front space which is incredibly peaceful to wake up to and amazing views 360° round. My partner and I would come back here in a heartbeat and the area as a whole has even made me consider moving away from cities and experience places as peaceful as Wales. Overall incredible long weekend, extremely sad to have left but worth while any day of the year. Thank you Susan & James for a wonderful experience.

Before we left we were already planning when we might be able to fit in a return trip! The location was beautiful, very peaceful and a morning brew on the patio was a lovely way to start the day with the abundance of bird song. Our host Maggie was wonderfully helpful, responsive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The log fire was a great addition to the weekend, the beds and linen were so comfortable. For two couples it was a bonus to have two showers and the option of two doubles were a must have for us and it was super that that set up could be accommodated. Would love to return.

What a beautiful, remote cottage in the most stunning surroundings. It couldn't have been more perfect for 3 pals to meet, catch up, cook wonderful meals together and walk the long mynd right from the doorstep. The cottage exceeded our expectations, with a well kitted out kitchen, and was beautifully furnished with a cosy living room ( once we were shown how to make a good fire), and the most comfortable beds. As lovely as it was, it wasn't ideal to have the bathroom as a thoroughfare to one of the bedrooms, but we'd been made throughly aware of it beforehand, and as old friends were fine with this. Janet and Michael were fantastic; so responsive and helpful, giving us use of a truck when the track to the hut was waterlogged. We had problems with getting the heating warm so they drove over to sort it all out. They also went above and beyond leaving the most lovely welcome treats including delicious biscuits, wine, a fruit bowl, eggs etc. Perfect!!!
