First of all, thank you to Nur and her team (Pak Yandi and all). Very accommodating and very welcoming. A hallmark of Indonesian hospitality. This house is the place for a big group. However, you need a driver to get here. Not advisable to find your own way. The house and pool is well maintained. Definitely a recommend place. Love.

Tempat yang menyenangkan untuk keluarga dengan anak-anak. Semua sesuai deskripsi dan foto. Kolam renang walau dalam tapi tidak terlalu besar, jadi lebih mudah mengawasi anak-anak berenang. Kamar mandi banyak dan bersih, dapur dan peralatan makan juga bersih dan lengkap. Terdapat AC di setiap ruangan dan kamar, AC di kamar sangat dingin.

Rumahnya nyaman. Bersih. Sesuai deskripsi. We had a private and intimate event and it went smooth with the help of pak Saipul. Air di kamar mandinya kecil. Tp masi bisa di tolerate. Other than that, everything was excellent!

주변에 마트가 있고 식당가가 있어 편리함. 3층을 다 한 팀이 써서 프라이빗하게 놀 수 있음. 다만, 처음 가는 길의 의치가 구글지도와는 다르게 뜨는 것에 유의하시길.. 숙소는 깨끗한 편이고 잘 공간이 많아 다인원에 적합한 숙소임. 조리도구도 충분하고 공간마다 에어컨이 설치되어 있어 더울일이 없음. 화장지가 모자라서 문의 하니까 바로 가져다 주셔서 너무 좋았음! 가족단위의 여행객이나 한달 살기 하는 분들에게 좋을 것 같음

Very easy to reach, and simply put just exactly what is listed on the web. Be aware if you order gojek to this place, the map will direct to the back side of the building which isn't accessible, so you need to manually inform the driver that it is right across INSISTS. Most drivers got lost and quite few of them had little to no patience unless you inform them beforehand. Overall, a very great place to stay.

Amazing place, highly recommend! The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. The place was exactly as in pictures. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy, the bathroom was clean and stocked up with amenities. Location was a bit hard to find, but quiet and peaceful at night. Appreciate the open space and beautiful rooftop. Overall 10/10!

4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. Stayed at Kyo House during weekdays. Its a lovely home. Easy check in/check out. The room is clean and comfortable. The linens were freshly washed. The wifi and TV were very helpful. Everything was so seamless and easy, well equipped. Thank you. We will be back.

The place is very near from ICE BSD, you can just walk. This is a good place to stay, everything is clean. Feel like stay in home. Host very responsive.

Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

Rumahnya enak bangett, vibe rumah tua tapi isinya barang2 baru, bersih banget. Enak banget pas kunjungan kemarin untuk kerja bareng rekan kantor. Lokasi juga di pinggir jalan gede jadi enak nyarinya. Sebagai host, chris juga sangat responsif dan membantu. Recomended, value for money, rumah kecil di dalam kota jakarta.
