Very clean and nice place! Seif was really helpful and great host! 15 min walk from the Sidi bu Said main street, but you can take taxi with reasonable price, so not a problem.

Dar24 è stata una bellissima sorpresa. Ho soggiornato li per tre notti con 6 amiche e ci siamo trovate molto bene Ordine, pulizia, comodità, accoglienza e soprattutto confort. Il DAR24 è molto bello, esattamente come in foto. Abbiamo gustato anche una splendida e ricca colazione la prima mattina ed abbiamo avuto la cucina a disposizione successivamente durante i giorni del ramadan. Suggerimenti molto validi per le cene e per gli spostamenti. Appena dentro la Medina, la posizione si è rivelata comoda sia per gli spostamenti nella medina che per gli spostamenti in taxi verso Cartagine ed i suoi dintorni Concordi tutte e 7 ci sentiamo di consigliarlo

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Ahmed. L’appartement est comme dans les photos et a tout ce qu’il faut. Le quartier est calme et central. Tout à fait recommandé pour votre séjour à Tunis.

Cozy place, in a calm and nice area. Communicatie with the host was quick and easy.

Beautiful traditional home in the medina of Sidi Bou Said. We spent 4 nights. The home is tastefully decorated. There is a heater which was so nice for the cold nights in the Winter. Great kitchen for cooking with all the pots and pans you need to cook a meal at home which we did every night. There is a good market a 5 minute walk with wine , pastries and fresh bread and everything else you can think of. It had everything with great prices. Plenty of bathroom towels and blankets. Lovely home with great views from the rooftop terrace. Comfortable bed , hot water for a nice shower, fast WiFi and great location for exploring the small and beautiful village of Sidi Bou Said. Lots of restaurants and shopping literally a one minute walk. We found that the Bolt app was the best way for taking a ride to Carthage and when leaving to Tunis. The Bolt app tells you exactly how much it will cost. Highly recommend. Lovely host !! Thank you Fares !

Appartement génial, propre et spacieux. Nous avons été super bien accueillis par Taher qui est très sympathique et réactif, toujours de bons conseils. La piscine est top, la cuisine super bien équipée pour cuisiner etc... La literie confortable. Je recommande fortement.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The photos don't do it justice – it's really spacious and the decor is adventurous and tasteful throughout. The location is pretty much as good as it gets in the heart of Sidi Bou Said. Bustling once you step outside but very peaceful indoors and in the two gardens (inner courtyard and pool area). We had an issue with the pool which was resolved during the day while we were sightseeing. Split between a few friends, this place is surely better value than a hotel in the area offering a similar level of accommodation.

Samia's house is a great and peaceful place to stay for longer time. Everything was clean, the whole apartment is spacious. My fiancée and I feel at home there.

Logement très sympa , dans un quartier calme , garage privatif fermé avec telecommande ce qui est appréciable , tv avec un maximum de chaines top top , l'hôte Mehdi est super gentil et serviable , je recommande vivement le logement de Mehdi a tout ceux qui ont une voiture et qui veulent être a deux pas de la Marsa et de Tunis .
