Amazing waterfront property, great fishing, turtle & bird watching. The hosts Doug & Marcie welcomed us, gave us helpful tips and recommendations. The home is very well stocked & like the pictures. Cute decorating with lots of helpful things to make your trip easy. Kitchen is well supplied & organized. If you want a relaxing peaceful old Florida trip this is the place.

Steve and Tess were very accommodating and hospitable hosts. Couldn't ask for any better hosts. If any issues arose, they were addressed quickly. We had a great time while staying there. Hope to return next year, love the area.

We really enjoyed our stay on the river. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the view from back room was amazing.

The house greatly exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the host's prompt response to our inquiries. The property's proximity to restaurants and waterfront access was a significant advantage. The kayaks provided by the hosts were a lovely addition to our stay. The screened-in back porch was a welcome feature, providing a comfortable space to relax despite the presence of biting insects, even in February. Although we applied bug spray, it proved to be ineffective. The house is remarkably spacious, making it an ideal choice for two families. One of the bedrooms is situated in a secluded area of the house, complete with its own sitting area. Our only criticism is the limited availability of TV’s, with only one TV in the entire house. This was particularly noticeable during rainy days, as we were traveling with young children. Nevertheless, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time here! Used the kayaks, and enjoyed the screened in porch every morning. Definitely want to come back. It exceeded our expectations!!!!

Wonderful stay! Kristen was prompt with communications, gave great dinner recommendations, allowed us to check in early, and provided kayaks and life jackets for our own exploration even though we had to leave before using them! Located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of everything!! Loved visiting Three Sister Springs during our stay!

Great location and nice to come back and enjoy the hottub after the Manatee Boat tour in Crystal river which was very close .Nice and quiet on the canal .

The house is just a few steps from the water and getting out on the kayaks was amazing. Nice quiet street with no noise at all! Great house if you’re in the Crystal River area!

Cheryl’s place was great for my dog and I! I was only in town for a few days, and I almost wish I got to stay longer. It’s definitely off the beaten path, but if that’s what you’re looking for it’s a perfect destination.

We enjoyed our two weeks at the cottage - it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Loved being on the lake. Inverness has so much to offer with parks and lots of local restaurants! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great time at Darden's place. It was beautiful, cozy, fully stocked and it met all our expectations. She was very responsive and kind and helpful.

It was such a peaceful stay. The sounds of nature was abundant. Its a very nice place to stay and eould definitely stay again.

Great piece of property in a beautiful neighborhood. Had plenty to do in the home and outside: large jenga blocks, s’mores pit, kayaking on the withlacoochie river, pushing the kids on the tree swing, karaoke machine, playing video games. Less than 10 mins away from a pretty sweet walking trail. Pet friendly too if you have your furbabies. My husband and I are talking about returning here when the weather is warmer to visit the springs!

WOW! Where do I begin? It only allows me a certain amount of characters to write this review, so I will TRY to summarize my experience. If I could rate 100 stars I would. I booked my stay here to go isolate and get alone with Jesus and spend time with him. Everything about this trip was completely lined up by God. I was a little nervous because I don't use Airbnb much but this place exceeded my expectations. Kelly was so friendly, informative, responsive, I literally cant say enough good. Im slightly bothered I only have so few words I can write here lol.. I got to meet her and her husband Chris in person and they were so kind and just amazing people. Kelly went above and beyond during my stay. I truly see Kelly as a dear friend of mine now and I will absolutely come back to stay here. DO NOT question booking here, GO! I will NEVER, EVER forget this amazing experience. I actually got emotional leaving, it truly felt like it became home<3 Thank you Kelly & Chris God bless you both

We stayed at the Barn, the pictures don’t do it justice since it’s even more beautiful in person. Loved the private bonfire area, incredibly comfortable bed, grand, expansive walking path in the area. The shower was very comfortable and efficient, the area was tranquil, serene, and exactly what we were looking for

We had a great time and particularly enjoyed the free kayaks. All in all great accomodation and we could have easily imagined to stay a whole week.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. It was a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, just perfect for a short respite from life. My 17 year old and I got to spend some quality time together, something we don’t get to do often with so many distractions. The cabin had most of what we needed and anything else was available at the Dollar General store just 15 minutes away. The host was very friendly and responsive as well. Highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable. Provided the good rest and recuperation we were seeking. Cool at night, pleasantly warm during the day. Nearby drink and food great. Highly recommend the air goat ride.
